Curlieweed:Why can't minimum wage be 100k or do you think 18k is enough? And moreover, he has explained where he hopes to get the money from. He floored Moghalu on this same issue on their debates on TVC last week. Imagine the 5 million dollars Gaduje hid in his Babariga. I'm sure people like you would scream to high heavens that he'll cause inflation if he said he was going to add it to workers salary. Which candidate are you supporting and let's compare their ideas if you think his is not quality enough. |
People just run their mouth anyhow instead of being grateful that a bold youth like them is leading a movement to take back this government from recycled politicians. The movement is #Takeitback and not Sowore2019 because he himself knows that the youths who should vote for his likes are shouting Atikulating Obediently. Atiku who has been relevant in our politics since 1980s now contesting almost 40 years later. Now let me ask you, who among the politicians have a vibrant campaign like Sowore. What of the quality of ideas his presenting. The youths need to be smart. And mind you there have been rumours especially by Deji Adeyanju that all the other youthful candidates have been bought save Sowore. My only issue with Sowore is that he doesn't know how to do little hypocrisy to win friends like many Nigerians. |
Nameflow:Thanks. I guess the poster is a lab person hence, his position. We should look beyond inter professional rivalry and support the good of healthcare in this country. This is a welcome development if you ask me. |
Your logic in that test are not being done by doctors is flawed. Who declares an individual fit, a doctor or other allied medical workers. The purpose of this is to curb quackery and proliferation of many fake health reports that our corrupt system has allowed. An hospital gate man would get you a medical health report so far he has the hospital letter head and impersonate a doctor or a non existing doctor and these many lab people do. So, what NMA is doing is to get a personalised stamp that can be traced to every doctor. This is to make it easy to hold someone that is the doctor responsible for these reports which only them are licensed to issue.

Happy birthday to the super introverted geek, Seun. |

I am apologising on behalf of this stupid doctor, Olufunmilayo that wrote this article with an intent of hate in a bid to prevent his fellow doctors from practicing in a saner clime like him. If he is so patriotic why is he not in Nigeria. I am also apologising to Nigerians who feel that doctors make too much noise about their leaving. The truth is most of us who are planning to leave don't even loud it and we are so mad at this Dr Olufunmilayo of a guy. Who send am message. Now people are thinking we are sounding like a loud bass. Nigerians don't worry, you will have doctors to treat you and you won't notice the doctors exit as you'll have new graduate from medical schools, JOHESU members and quacks parading as doctors readily available. And to many NHS doctors in view, let your soul rejoice as you stand a good chance of treating Buhari when he next visits. The door as been thrown wide open to more non EU doctors. Just write IELTS, PLAB 1 and PLAB 2 and Issagoal. I'm already learning to say, "God bless the Queen" |
Sorry if I sound insensitive but if an undergraduate wrote what is up there then I understand why most graduates are not employable. RIP to the dead. |
Flat headed idiot. |

When are we going to get it in this country. There are millions of Taju. Instead of sponsoring one just because a video was made while not have an all inclusive policy |

chucs:I wonder how people reason. When you start a company of your own, pay your workers went on strike for months for no just cause on resumption. It is not johesu fault, had it been the government audits public hospitals most of you lot would have been sacked because there are many unproductive workers in government establishment. |
That's how it should be. Nobody should go on strike for flimsy reasons and expect to be paid. The FOMH got this one right. |
gameboyo:I doubt it but one can never say. The electorates are generally stupid and ignorant. |
ImperialYoruba:We have since done freedom for him ![]() |

psychologist:I'm not jare. I know a few who are and their constant agony terrifies and saddens me. |
psychologist:He was never an engineer. He was just a common refrigerator technician. |
Aregbesola, another example of a typical African leader that mask under religion while he enriches himself using people's wealth. Spent billions on elephant project Opon Imo" while he indebted the state in the process. He "owes civil service more than a year salary without feeling guilty. After all, in thinks he's doing them a favour. |
That is where Nigerians is getting it wrong. You even MBBS is a Bachelor of Medicine and not Doctor of medicine. Must you all answer the title doctors? Typical Nigeria title mentality. Don't worry very soon we would have doctor of nursing, doctor of health record too SMH |
Unigrad:Stop arguing like a kid. Answer the simple question that I initially asked you. |
JoannaSedley:If indeed this is true then Adewole has been cowed by politics. Anyway, that is good to hear if it is true, cos I can't imagine them not receiving two months salary. Many have debt that they've incurred with the hope of paying on resumption. |
MrBigiman:Thumbs up Mr Bigiman. There are quite a lot of people that appreciate what you are doing on this platform especially during the JOHESU strike when you dispelled all their lies and PROPAGANDA. Countering every lie with a corresponding truth with verifiable examples. You are a single match for them in their hundreds. You're smart, intelligent and informed. Keep it up. |
Unigrad:When an average Nigerian have no superior argument they start insulting you or the typical "I be your mate". You are the one that types without reasoning because if not you won't use your liquefactive inflamed brain and gutter filled mouth to say medicine started as a diploma. When you won't make valuable research at knowledge but would rather allow some semi illiterate doctors wannabe union leader to mislead them into thinking Medicine started as a Diploma course in Yaba Tech. Ode radarada that would rather prefer to throw insults than respond to courteous and civil question. Oponu. Piss on you as I step out of here. NB: If you mention me without answering my initial question I won't answer you. |
Unigrad:You see we are getting it wrong. The foundation of the MLS post graduate college is wrong as it was designed to give the Lab scientists a negotiating edge in CIVIL SERVICE and not based on the need for specialists in that field. Now come to think of it. Will a post graduate degree lab scientist be employed by a private institution and if yes to do what exactly? Well time will tell, if the MLS post graduate degree technologist would be the one to start managing Leukemia and be seeing Reed Sternberg cells? |

In as much as it is painful to admit by members of Johesu, I think Johesu is gone for good. I saw a circular yesterday asking CMDs to collate names of Johesu members that came to work during strike so they could be paid. This seems wicked especially coming from the FMOH but the truth must be told most union are trigger ready when it comes to strike without any consequence because they know they will be paid on resumption. I am happy that the government is not playing politics to this though painful because I am surrounded by many Johesu members as families. This should be applied to NMA and any other striking union in the future. You go on strike, you don't get paid period. |
