thesicilian:Because they are not as hypocritical as you lot who believe abortion is a sin. |
Ratello:Why the hate my guy. If you think Moghalu is a better choice good and fine but don't just discredit other candidates out of hate just because they aspire to take back this country from the corrupt system. I also a fan of Moghalu cos of his intellect but I must tell you, amongst the three names you mentioned up there, Sowore has the most vibrant campaign. Note this, even if Sowore doesn't win the presidential election he'll surely have more votes than Moghalu. |
Oyegun was smart by half by quickly switching allegiance after the 2015 election but he also proved to everyone that he is ungrateful and would only be loyal to you because of the benefits he can gain from you. He fails to realise that you don't fight with some people cause even if you win the fights you'll still lose the battle. Let's all watch and see how irrelevant Oyegun would be after handing over the chairmanship in comparison to the relevance of a non office holder in the person of Tinubu. You can't win a war against Tinubu even if you win some fights. He is a politician many love to hate because of his seemingly power but mind you he has the most faithful loyalist among those in power come rain come sun. |

Resumption with nothing. I no fit laugh. ![]() When you wanted to win all instead of winning some and losing some but now you've lost all. |
Johesu has refused all forms of diplomatic suggestions that could have solved this impasse. If I were the minister I would have played this card since they started walking out on meetings and insisting that they are not shifting ground. If you know the number of people who have died as a result of this unreasonable strike then you'll know that they should not be pitied. The public should not be deceived, it's high time we allow people go on strike and be paid for all the time they were on stroke, it is never done. If you are on strike the cost is that you won't be paid for the period of the strike. It would stop unions including NMA from going on useless strikes. |

The things wey them don they produce for Aba since second day the picture surfaced online. I still saw someone rocking the Jersey yesterday. Only about ten percent of the upper middle class and upper class would buy from Nike and they are not more than 10 millions. Most of the orders would come from Nigerians in Diaspora. |

This morning, news reached us at the accident and emergency service department of the irrua specialist teaching hospital, Edo State, of a mass casualty of accident victims along the ever-busy Benin-Auchi road. Sources gathered that 19 out of the 20 victims were members of the UBTH chapter of JOHESU, the arm of health workers who are currently on strike and have placed most government hospital facilities under lock-and-key. They were said to be on their way to a social function at Auchi. Thankfully, this is not the story at ISTH, IRRUA EDO STATE, as the hospital management along with the doctors who have been at their duty post for the past one month duration of the strike, have kept the hospital running at optimal levels. The Presidents of the association of resident doctors, the NMA Edo Central zone, medical and dental consultant association, ISTH chapter, alongside the hospital management have all called out their members to assist at the emergency room. The Doctors as usual, have all swung into action to cater for the casualties while trying to access the locked theatre for those who would need surgery. More than half of the casualties have varying degrees of fractures and dislocation. While a few of the dislocations have been reduced under conscious sedation methods, others may need the orthopaedic, plastic surgeons attention in the theatre under control by the anesthetic surgeons. We pray for the victims to have good outcomes and return back to their respective families. We thank all doctors for coming out, even those that are not on call-duty. Indeed, this underscores the statement that "BEING A DOCTOR IS NOT JUST A TITLE, IT IS A MENTALITY" http://ardisth..co.ke/2018/05/doctors-at-isth-irrua-respond-to-mass.html?m=1 |
frankpro27:Health workers like orderlies you mean? |
amagugm:You've confirmed your IQ with this statement of yours. Good luck |
Yahami:At no point would a doctor not recognise the role of the nurses but out of envy of some sort the nurses are wired to hate doctors. You claimed those hospitals are on lock because there were no nurses on ground but you didn't tell people that the gatemen in the hospital are part of your johesu and would make sure all the doors are locked, even that of the consulting rooms. So tell me how do you expect consultation to take place, or you expect doctors to consult under the tree. Is it not the same set of johesu particularly the nurses who would hide hospital equipments so has to make their strike effective? The hospital needs the nurses to function quite alright, but try not locking ward necessities and let's see if what is happening in OAUTHC won't happen where patients relatives take over the nursing care on the ward so far they are taught. Though not the best but it has been effective so far. Even the neonatal ward is running with children on the ward, the house officer currently work with the mothers, the most important thing the nurses do their is to feed while IV medication that most are on is being given by the doctor. So tell me if the hospital is not running howbeit not maximally. The nurses are the one losing in this fight. All other health professional in JOHESU enters with grade 8 but your graduate nurses still enter with grade 7 and you people are not talking about that. Johesu(Lab scientists) people are just using the nurses and they will continue to do that until you people wise up. |

I'm one leg out too. One exam left to pass and I'm out. Johesu should continue to pose as doctors, after all, they believe the doctors within the country are fake and only those of us that ply our trades out there are the real doctors. And also the data is very wrong. UK: About 2000 capacity for March and November exams not listing those that eventually went to Ghana due to space unavailability and not also forgetting those that went to UK to write. USA: About 500 leave every year and the number is reduced due to its multiple istages and the cost. This is without mentioning other European, Asians and African countries. Interestingly they Government don't know what they are loosing cos they trained most of us for free. I paid a yearly Tuition of 15,800 as a student in a Federal University due to government subsidising education. A responsible government would do all it takes to keep these ones but wetin concern them. Even the patients gan hate doctors cos according to them they a one proud set of people. The pay is terribly low especially if you work with a private hospital and if you're unlucky to be a state workers in a state like Kogi or Osun, you are good as working for free. My justification for wanting to travel out is this, I had always wanted to be a physician to my head of state and I realised that being in this country won't allow that. So it's better I jand, so when they come from one of their medical tourism I might just be lucky to be a member of the team. VIOLA! |
