Saying the yogurt is fake means it is not yogurt....or the brand is not what it says. If the business was not registered.... they should say unregistered....if taxes were not paid... they should say tax evasion.... if conditions were unsanitary they should say.... unsanitary conditions.... health risks... contamination... etc. So why exactly the business is closed down....we don't know....everybody guessing.

This is why its always good for people to read and comprehend properly. They didn't say the yogurt is fake but the factory is fake because the owner didn't comply with the laid down rules to set up such a factory that produces a consumable product sold to the public. Its a very simple thing. Nafdac has no business with tax so its definitely because it was not registered and you don't blame them for the way the topic was put because Nafdac didn't put the topic that way, its the blogger who put the topic that way but all the same its still very clear that they meant the factory is fake and not the yogurt itself.

As long as he is producing it for the masses without the proper laid down rules for setting up such a factory, it is considered fake. Same applies to pure water and other goods. The yogurt might be good and produced properly, the factory is what they considered as fake for not passing through the laid down process to set up such a factory. If not that Nigerians love to always form being smart over very little issue, getting a Nafdac approval is not a difficult thing so why not do it knowing you want to run a proper yogurt producing factory.

I bet you, there are millions of fake products registered and imported into Nigeria, and patronize by you and your likes. Yet, a budding entrepreneur is shot down because he/she is yet to register with CAC or NAFDAC.

Stop sounding like an illiterate okay. They didn't say "fake yogurt" they said "fake yogurt factory". The difference is not the yogurt being fake but the factory being fake because the owner didn't comply with the set standard of establishing a factory producing consumable product for the masses. Try to always comprehend something when you read it before you try to argue blindly.

Fake because he is producing in mass quantity and selling to the masses with being certified by Nafdac. Anything food or drugs being produced and sold to the masses without being certified by Nafdac means its fake because you never know what you are taken in and if anything happens to the masses taking it, no one can be held accountable.

I believe you have a camera phone? Then you can start a marketing job on your own without any issues. Just go around your neighborhood and look out for any car dealership. Meet them and tell the person in charge you have someone you is looking for a nice car to buy and you are helping the person out. Take a few pictures of like two or three cars. Take a pen and paper and write down some information about the cars like the year, the price and some features of the cars.
Now go back home, come here on NL and post them in the auto section adding your number for anyone interested to call. Ensure you negotiate with the dealer on how much he is willing to pay if you bring a buyer. You can also post in facebook buying and selling groups to find more interested buyers.

Put in your best, learn to pray and believe in what you are doing. Trust me, in no time you will see yourself going places and becoming a car dealer on your own.

You are wrong. It doesn't make women drowsy or anything of such. It actually turns a lady on and make her want to have sex at that moment. I remember in my university days back then, my roommates had it and we use to put it in suya for girls we just wanted to have sex with especially those girls that love to eat our money for free.
That is long past anyways but I never knew it still exist. The true purpose of the Spanish fly is actually for ladies who have very low libido. It is used by couples in order to give the lady a high libido. Its not a bad stuff just that a lot of guys have taken advantage of it to sleep with different kind of ladies.

This NL members are something else and it really shows that the problem of Nigeria is far beyond what can be easily solved with the high rate of individuals with very low mentality.

The above is the statement that indicted the guy. Once he kept his cool, he should have been matured enough to pay for everything.

You seem to reason like me on a level. Some people might call me mumu because if its me and I didn't even have enough money for three, I will sacrifice for both ladies by probably having just a drink while they could both eat if they want but I will open up to her that I didn't know she was coming with someone so I didn't hold enough cash. But if I had the money I won't even blink twice to pay it off. I don't think that actually is enough reason to just tag someone a bad or hungry person. She probably had her own fears which is why she came with her friend.

I know this is the sort of thing my very good NL friend @Gaspardd and his supporters will do hahaha.

I know a guy who asked a girl out on a date and this was actually their first date. The guy asked the girl to choose any location of her choice were they could meet but the girl insisted its fine for him to pick any place of his choice.
So this guy picked a nice eatery where he will spend at most 2k for each of them for food and drinks and maybe like ice cream to support everything. The girl was fine with the location and they agreed on the day and time.
Long story short, the day came and the guy arrived there before her as a gentleman and few minutes later the later the girl arrived in the company of her friend.
Though the guy was really upset about that because first she didn't even mention it to him but he kept his cool and allowed everything flow. After the orders and the whole gisting and fun, the guy formed a call and then told the girl he had to go for something urgent so he has to leave them both and call her later.
He called the waiter to bring the bill and then he calculated how much the girl and himself spent and left her friends own out. He then paid for just what himself and his supposed date took and told the girls not to be upset that he could only pay for two as the money he had was not enough for three (but actually he had the money to pay for everything) then he just left them there.

Later that day he tried calling the girl but she didn't take his call only to send him a message that she was going to block his number and he should never think of calling her again after pouring insults on him as well.

Now let's check this out, was the guys action right or wrong?
