truthsayer009: Does that make it wrong for her to have said she wanted to chew something? Or does that make her a glutton like he called her? Her offence now is that she wanted to chew something on a date she was invited for. Why didn't the guy just simply tell her when he called that he wants to take her on a date but he got just 2k. Then he can simply ask her, so what can we do with the 2k I got. 2 Likes |

These kind of guys are the exact type that if situation changes now and they hammer they will pour heaven and earth of women and will not even remember how to priotize again. I feel bad is a working class guy that is reasoning that way and I can imagine after my father has finish training my in school and she is working then comes one day with this guy of Mr priotize, it won't be funny I swear. 1 Like |

truthsayer009: Asking for more what? Who told you the guy had bought anything for them to chew before. You carry a lady on a date and buy her coke or pure water then she says she wants to chew something and you tell her chewing is bad for the teeth because you don't have enough money. She never asked for more, she only wanted to chew something and not just sit down drinking whatever. But nevertheless, its always better to avoid embarrassment than allow it happen and later feel bad about it. 1 Like |

Apination: This is not about giving anyone any reason to think we owe them heaven and earth. Its just common sense bro. You don't owe them anything and they don't owe you anything either. Do you really understand the meaning of "going on a date"? What's the reason for asking someone out on a date? Is it to show how broke you are or to how much you know how to priotize your spending or to prove to the person you asked on a date that you don't owe them anything? Common bro, you check out the true meaning of going on a date and the purpose of going on a date. 5 Likes |

Jyde89: I think N50,000 which is about 75,000cfa franc would do justice to a good chilling two weeks in Togo. The cheapest neat hotel I have seen so far in a safe place goes for 4,000cfa for rooms with just fans and 7,000cfa for rooms with AC. Other nice hotels go for around 12,000cfa above. Food is not expensive. Shayo is from 500cfa for normal beer. So I think the 75,000cfa will go a long way for two weeks and you might still have change that is if you don't go and dash all your money to olosho because for woman issue, its very hard because they don't speak English at all so you are mostly to meet more olosho which will burn your money. 1 Like |
Romance / Before You Ask A Lady On A Date, Have This In Mind. by Jayneek(m): 3:33am On Apr 11, 2019 |
@Gaspardd the nigger that went on a 2k date, please next time keep this in mind. When you want to ask a girl on a date you have to keep in mind that she has to be very comfortable around you. No one is saying you should spend the whole world on a lady on a first date NO. However you should keep in mind that you guys will have a drink, chew something and possible do something to have a fun time. If you like a girl and you know you don't have enough money for a fun date at that moment, you don't have to call for a date. You can just start getting close to her through normal everyday conversions, making her smile anytime you see her around or stuffs like that. As time goes on, knowing you are a man, you could just tease her one day and tell her you would love to take her on a date but you know how this Buhari regime is naaa, no lajan in the pocket. She would probably laugh it off but guess what you already made a little point so when you finally decide to take her on a date, you can still jokingly tell her again that you are not that buoyant sha but you just had to squeeze yourself in order to just be around her. She will definitely understand and be considerate in what ever she feels like taking but then you still have to ensure you are capable of buying drinks and at least something little to chew, definitely not 2k for that. Even if she has the money to pay, being the fact that its you as the guy who called for the date, at least ensure you are comfortable enough to enjoy a fun date, not a date were your heart is pounding because you know your pocket is 2k or less. There is hardly any first time date that won't go wrong with just 2k except you have done like I stated earlier by getting closer to the lady first through normal everyday conversions so she already gets very use to you. That way even if you got no money for a date, trust me she will never mind and even decide to call for the date herself because she already likes you especially if she is a decent lady who truly wants a sincere relationship. Am feeling quite sleepy as I am writing this so please you guys should not mind any misplaced grammar or scatter scatter English. Just a little tip for my nigger whose thread has been making me laugh so much. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Evercurious: She did the right thing my brother. How will somebody just stay in house, decide to call a lady that is just in her house jeje and ask her on a date with just 2k in his pocket? Haba only the sound of that is annoying. A 2k first time date? Who does that and he had the mind to take her to a place were there is chewing involved. The babe should have even ordered chewing for him too because this kind of guy that carries 2k on a date and likes to priotize his spending will also know how to priotize his feeding by eating maybe once in a day so am sure he must have been salivating for the chewings but shame won't allow him. 2 Likes |

MartinsD12: You still dont get the point. Am not talking about anything being wrong if the girl paid or not. The major problem here is how on earth will you think of taking a girl on a date especially to a place you know chewing can occur with just 2k for pocket. It doesn't make any single sense. As he knows he cannot effort to spend more than 2k why ask her on a date in the first place. Now after embarrassing himself he came here to cry out lol. If he knew what he did was right or he doesn't feel ashamed of himself on a first date, haba, why did he come here to cry out. Remember to ask a lady on a date no be by force ooo, especially on a 2k date hahahahahahaha 3 Likes |

MartinsD12: You guys hailing him just don't get the point of how senseless his action was. First he was the one who called the lady and asked for a date which she agreed to. How can you ask a lady on a date with just 2k? If it was the lady who suggested the date or outing then that's different. No matter how you guys hail him the truth which is always bitter is that he didn't do well at all. Even he himself knows that and that's why he is here feeling bad. 40 Likes |

The truth is that you are really stingy. If you love to priotize the way you spend why bother asking a girl out on a date just to go and drink coke and fanta. Going on a date with just 2k is really very bad and it was better you didn't just go at all. However, you ruined your reputation to your own conscience because trust me girls like that don't go casting guys. She liked you and that's why she went on a date with you and secondly she might already felt you are the 2k spending kind of guy which made her carry her own money. You for use shame follow her chew something too, or you still priotize how people pay bills for you? 38 Likes 4 Shares |

Let me say a little about Togo. Its a small peace country that shares border with Benin Republic and Ghana. Their major languages French and ewe. They hardly speak English so first thing to note is that as a Nigerian (they call all Nigerians Igbo) it is 95% impossible to get a job here except you are very good in French. Most Nigerians here are mainly into business and they dominate the main markets selling clothing's, shoes, electronics and so on. Others have businesses like bars and restaurants but by doing so you have to employ workers that can speak French and ewe and a little bit of English but then the ones that can speak English are very difficult to find. Accommodation is quite okay in terms of price and there is constant light in the country. In the main city Lome, you can get really cheap houses for like 10,000 to 15,000cfa a month but then, most of those houses will be like a room with shared toilets and most of them you get water from wells. If you want a nice neat one bedroom self contained in Lome, you will pay up to 45,000cfa a month. However in other areas like Bagida and Avepozo with are developing areas, you will get nice one bedroom self contained with flowing water and your own cash power (pre paid meter) for 25,000 to 30,000cfa a month. Food is very cheap here and their main food is Akuome with Ademe or egbsese. They also have corn and sause and these meals you can feed your stomach full with just 500cfa. There are other normal meals as well and you can also get naija restaurants here were they sell normal naija meals with isi ewu, nkwobi and abacha. If you have a nice home you can cook your naija meals in your house by yourself. There are lots of nice beaches here were you can also go the relax and have some fun. These French people love enjoyment and from as early as 9am in the morning you can find people already drinking beer in the beaches both guys and ladies, no time. These are just but a few things you should know about Togo. 7 Likes |

Hello dear people, Are there any Nigerians on this forum that are based in Togo? Religion / A Simple Question Regarding The Issue Of First Fruit And Tithes. by Jayneek(m): 4:52pm On Jan 01, 2019 |
The issue of first fruit has been springing up since and I have following discussions and peoples opinion regarding this issue. From the discussions so far and all the biblical quotations made, I only have one simple questions to those that believe in giving their first salaries to the church as first fruit. Does it mean that for those who pay tithes out of their salaries every month, they are not suppose to pay their tithes in January because they will have to pay all their salaries as first fruits? If one pays all their salaries in January as first fruits, how is the person suppose to pay their tithes or tithes is no longer relevant in January because it is the season for first fruits? I wish you all can help me share this post to men of God that can proper help us clarify this issue once and for all. Another important question I would love to ask is for those whose children are in schools owned by these churches. If you give the church your January salary as first fruit to your church, do they allow your kids to resume school without paying their fees because you have to wait for your next salary to sort it out? |
