guys when transcribing, do u need to differentiate who is the rep and customer? or its automatic? because am finding it difficult to differentiate between rep and customer.

The highest thing I do with my android phone is to download, read PDF file and chat. I'm currently using Xiaomi android phone (note 5a prime), I bought it since 2018, I just want to use something different and I have never used Samsung phone before, that's why I have been looking for reviews from people that have used it, particularly, A20s. Hello guys, please how do you label a call in which 2 reps were first conversing and after a while a rep hands over a customer to the other rep? Am I to strictly keep the owner of the call as the rep and the other rep and customer as customers?

Is there a way to know who is rep or customer. I will be so sure the voice I hear is that of the rep or customer, by the time the transcript is rated I will see 1 and the reason will be inverted speaker.

The journey at Qa-World hasn't been easy. Who has two earphones and can give me one? Actually, I don't have the money to pay any now. And the effect of not having one is telling on my RQR. The Gotranscript test is crazy they audio is mixed up deliberately, but the trick is that you have to do more of research to understand the subject matter and you might have to wait for weeks to get results. Transcribeme is also cool, i mean the test...but QA is always the training ground,so enjoy QA world first.

Rev is employing now ... the test is cool but you need to put your eyes on the details...like they say the devil is in the details...unfortunately I didn't make it, i didn't check the speaker label..they exam is still okay than gotranscript which is quite painstaking.
