I think sanusi could be right here to a large extent. Can someone tell what d functions of ministers of states are? And they will also ve their own SSA,SA, etc...it's just to find jobs for the boys so to say. And it's really draining the country's purse. Doyin Okupe and Ruben Abati functions are overlapping. And am sure each of them will ve their own staff too. What a waste of money.

We dnt know where dey ve disappeared to,despite thousands of security officials deployed to the state. Also,in Mahin and Igboegunrin communities,materials and inec officials are yet to be seen also in d river rine areas...

I heard about it on radio. But the fact is that ACN cannot win in Ondo state except they rig. LP has a good chance to win and d PDP isnt far behind too. Dnt be surprised if the ACN comes 3rd @ d end of the day.

Some pple here are just spewing rubbish as if this is not Nigeria where anything is possible. I know a boy in my house here that has collected N10,000 from ACN. So if they can spend such an amount on sm1 what stops them from doing any other thing that will make them win votes.

I think from my own observations, Mimiko will win come october 20. Mimiko will win in ondo central. And in ondo south, the pdp is strong there but it is not going to be an outright win. Even if pdp wins in ondo south, it's not going to be by a wide margin. And in ondo north,it seems d acn is strong a bit there but mimiko will still get his own fair share of votes there. So when all these are added together, with his bulk majority of votes coming from the central,looks like mimiko will win. The pdp candidate is from Ilaje in the southern senatorial district. His pple dont really support/love him because of his antecedents when he was the chairman of both osopadec and nddc. And mimiko has a significant no of followers from Ilaje also. Based on all the foregoing, I think mimiko will win plus the fact that he's the incumbent gov

I think it depends on d pple involved. Their commitment,love and trust dat exist in d relationship. I and my gurl were in d same state b4 now until she went for NYSC. She'll be thru by February nxt year. From where she is to where I am is abt 5 hrs journey and she comes visiting once in a month. I ve been to where she's serving only twice. We talk everyday and we ve been talking evrydae since we met. D relationship is abt 18 months old now. It's been good so far and we r getting married nxt year after her service. She's been very open and trustworthy. She gave me her facebook p/word nd she doesnt hide her fone. She hasnt given me any reason to doubt her. Pple arnd her even attests to her faithfulness and even her frnds say it. Dey even say u too love dis Jaywon sef. I think I'm lucky to have her. It's nt always like dis for everybody. And I ve been very faithful to her too. Her mom calls me almost every week and her dad also does. And I ve seen some couples who stay in d same environment and yet dey still Bleep around. I dnt like long distance relationship dat's very far sha, like UK/USA to Nija.

MNDA has nt done any project dat's visible in d oil producing area since it's(ministry) creation. Bt NDDC is doing relatively well. I'll find out how much ondo state gets in d 13% oil derivation fund.

@dayokanu,I dnt know how true it is dat ondo gets more money than lagos state. I know ondo gets an average of btw 5 & 6 billion every month from federal allocation. I dnt know how much lagos gets but I think their IGR is close to 20 billion

If Mimiko attacks Tinubu,I dont think it's out of place. Tinubu and his cohorts came to ondo state and started spewing lies nd propaganda. Telling lies and insulting Mimiko. And deir radio station(Adaba FM) is also a tool dey use to lie and insult d governor nd his party. Imagine Tinubu said Ondo gets more money than Lagos state. How more mischievous can he get. Doesnt he know d IGR of Lagos state?

Mimiko may not ve done well in some areas but he's still doing well as far as I am concerned. And dat is why he will still win dis forthcoming election. One of d areas he didnt do well is in d construction of roads but he neutralised dat by doing well in other areas. Let us not forget that he has only spent 3.5 years. Agagu spent 6 yrs and tried his best. Agagu placed an embargo on employment for years and only employed a few months to when he lost his case at d appeal court. Mimiko built mega and model schools in all d local govt areas of the state. He built modern markets in all d LGA of d state. Some pple said it's d function of the LGAs. Why ve dey not built such structuresb since ondo state ve been in existence? Akure has received a face lift from what it used to be. He also didnt do too bad in employment. So if he can do all dese in 3.5 yrs,he'll definitely do better in 8 yrs and den, u can now compare his govt with dat of Tinubu. The Gani Fawehinmi diagnostic centre in Ondo is fantastic. And also d Mother and Child hospital he built in Akure is unprecedented. I was there and it was really wonderful...and it's free of charge.(my cousin's wife gave birth there 2 weeks ago). D mother and child hospital being built in ondo town is almost completed.it's even bigger than d one in Akure. Basic health centres in places dat didnt ve. And many more..I wont be too surprised if he wins.

I dont really subscribe to d idea dat u re adviced to marry a member of ur church. I attend a pentecostal church and will be getting married nxt year to a member of C&S. I dnt think there's anything wrong in dat as long as there's love and u re both Christians. I even ve a friend who is a member of Trumpeters Church whose doctrine is dat u must not marry outside d denomination. He has stuck firmly to dat instruction dat he'll not marry outside his church. I asked him what happens if u dnt find sm1 u really love or who really loves u in ur church. He said he will surely find.hmmm...but I will be d last person to insult Pastor Adeboye even if I dnt agree with what he is purported to ve said. Love covereth all sins!!!

I have to admit that the president is doing well in some areas and also in some,doing very badly. In road construction,power supply....for instance, the lagos-ore-benin road has been very bad for years but has not really been looked into.Obasanjo awarded the contract then to Tony Anenih,but he embezzled the money. There are a few things I dont like abt him,however. Sometimes,he behaves as if he is senseless.I remember some months ago,he was in church in Aso rock,and there was bomb explosions in kaduna that killed lots of pple.He was on the alter and said,I just heard that there were bombings in kaduna and that many pple were dead.Imagine he was saying this and smiling. I was pissed off. How can scores of pple be dead and u re smiling abt it on national television,as a president. And some other things like dat. Though he's trying o but he can sometimes act like a retarded person. Imagine he said protests against fuel price increase was sponsored. What kind of foolish statement is dat? It means he is so much detached from the reality of hardship Nigerians are facing.
