A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Anambra State Government in Nigeria and the Bukham Group to construct 20,000 units of shops among other projects at Anambra International Trade Centre in Oba near Onitsha. The group will, in addition, construct 2,000 warehouses and hotels, a primary school, a cinema house, police post, health centre and a fire station at a cost of US$ 493.71m within a period of five years.

Bukham Group chairman confirmed that the first phase is near completion and is expected to be inaugurated by March this year. Construction of 1,700 shops will be done in this phase and they will be ready to let. “Trade and commerce development is one of the core pillars of our administration and what we have done today speaks volume of the strong desire to make the state a major commercial hub in Africa,” Governor Willie Obiano said.

According to the governor, the government will support the project by building access roads to the centre from Onitsha-Owerri road and Oba. A fence will also be put around the market centre and ensure connecting it with electricity for adequate security.

1,000 youths have already been employed in the construction project.

My principals reccomendtion letter did not gain me admission into the university, I had to back his recommendation letter with copies of my SSCE, JAMB and i had to present the originals during screening to be admitted and i know that Millions of Nigerians did same.

The Nigerian Army should De-rank Pa Buhari and make him to return all monies he recieved from the army and all entitlement from the army, Beacuse he defrauded the army into believing he was qualified to be commissioned, when in reality he did not have basic qualification to join the Army.

No one is tarnishing the image of the respected Pa Buhari, you were the one that brought up the issue of perception being reality! If you have rescinded your earlier position that perception is not reality, then its all good.

All am saying is that Pa Buhari must stop dragging his feet on the choice for his running mate, he must act presidential and be decisive, the best candidate for the job is the asiwaju and he must pick him, failure to do that will not augur well with the Party.

You are basing your figures on the corrupted 2011 voters register, The 2015 voters register is not out yet as distribution of PVC is still ongoing in most states, The voter register for 2015 will be made up of people who have collected their PVC, that number will be very different from the figures of the corrupt 2011 register you are quoting.

He will get the same +/- 12 million votes again in 2015 and lose as usual, but if he wants to win this time around he need massive votes from the SW, since SS and SE will not vote for him massively.

Fashola: is Tinubus boy, and Tinubu is more experienced politician and will get all and more votes that fashola from the SW and beyond, Fashola could not even install his successor in Lagos, He is a light weight, even the worst governor in the country was able to install their succesors Fashola was not even at the table when the Asiwaju decided who the next lagos governor will be, that speaks volumes about fashola's political influence and where the real power in Lagos and SW lies.

Oby is not a politician but and activist and academic- her activism is not even up to that of the Nigerian gold standard Gani fawehinmi, remember he did not succeed in politics even though he was the most popular and the best activist that Nigeria has ever produced. Oby is a ministerial candidate and not a VP material.

oshimole has too much political baggage remember "Go and die" etc besides he has no political value outside Edo state, the Labour thing is all gone remember he was at war path with Labour in his state, he fired and humiliated teachers and decided to make them take eligibility exams. the labour Union now considers him a pariah.
Osihimole will not galvanise the SW, and his influence in the SS is limited to his state and has zero influence in the SE.

I just read that Gen. Buhari prefers Amaechi as VP, Amaechi is one of the vocal opposition to tinubu within APC, If the general goes with Amaechi, he will alienate the SW voters because the SW governors are mostly Tinubu Boys, they will not be happy with the choice of Amaechi.

Amaechi will not even win in his ward or LGA in 2015, mark my words. the ikwerre will vote for wike to hold onto power for another 4 or 8 yrs. the next biggest political group, the Ijaws are with the president and have already settled for presidency while giving the gov. again to Ikwerre, the Ijaws in delta are also backing Ifeanyi Okowa for delta Gov. so the deal is already in. Analysis Of all the APC VP contenders:
Osi? banjo = political lightweight and unknown.

Fayemi= political lightweight lost his governorship election. but speaks a lot of grammar.

Okorocha = Political light weight lost the presidential primaries and may not win re election in his state.

Atiku= Political heavyweight but cannot be trusted will bribe everyone in government to turn them against the general if he succeeds just like he did with his former boss.a man on a mission to actualize the prophecy of his marabouts.

Amaechi = political lightweight, only thing he has going for him is the rivers state treasury which he is using to bribe his way in APC.And also cannot be trusted betrayed his brother GEJ, If he betrays his brother he will not bat an eyelid in betraying the general and the party.

Fashola = Political light weight is a house boy to Tinubu, But has the potential to morph into a hevyweight if he can get out of the shadow of his godfather, he is well liked in Yourbaland outside of ondo and Ekiti where he is an anathema.

Tinubu = A political Heavy weight and the Asiwaju of yorubaland, the soul of APC and the best man for the VP candidature. He is well liked all over the youruba land and all APC states, will bring the loyalty of all SW governors of APC stock and is well respected in political circles in Nigeria.
