This is a good decision. Enugu North don't have a good hospital. When I was there schooling late 2000 in UNN it was difficult to have access to a good health facility. The only hospital in the entire Nsukka is one Bishop Shanahan Hospital, a missionary hospital that was nt even a standard hospital and private clinics. People over there use to travel to Enugu for better health care. It is good to better the life of people in that area by given them a good hospital i n the name of ESUT TEACHING HOPSITAL. Please let Governor do the needful to commission this project before he leaves office.

Based on my readings, yes it will reduce in a nutshell but mostly because ASUU has gotten its way and negotiated certain favorable terms IPPIS is no longer recognizing. In some instances, obtaining these terms makes no sense in the first instance, in other cases they are legitimate issues that I believe can be fixed on the platform as other agencies have been using it long before now.

1. A number of universities have bargained PAYE tax reliefs with their state governments. IPPIS deducts according to the accepted standard by law.

2. Some allowances being received by them are not captured by IPPIS.

3. IPPIS makes certain deductions like NHF, meaning take home pay is lower across board.

4. They won’t acknowledge this but some of them work multiple jobs with multiple salaries. IPPIS prevents this using BVN.

Agencies that generate their own money are not under IPPIS because they(agencies) determine their workers salaries and every other allowances. Infact they remit money to FG like FIRS,NNPC,CBN and others.
Those under IPPIS are MDAs that depend on FG for funding of any kind which sadly universites fall under.

Many men have lot of unrealistic idealism of how a woman is suppose to treat them forgetting that the person they rely on for emotional support is also human.

Yea, the temptation comes from been a celebrity and not marrying a very rich guy. Women heart are soft and vulnerable to temptations. She just discovered she is no longer getting deals and brands while pocket is drying up fast. Nothing frustrates a woman pass lack of money no matter how good she claims to be. The worst is her single friends will be brandishing there latest range rovers from different senators while she watches her beauty fade away bc of child rearing.

Lesson to guys, before you think of marrying a celebrity, just make sure you are sth close to Ned nwoko in terms lalas and sth close to Kidwaya in terms of strength and sth close to Ozo in terms of love and affection and sth close to Prince in terms of physic. In fact you have to kill yourself in order to successfully marry a celeb otherwise, no put hand.
