VICE President Yemi Osinbajo said, weekend, that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration had spent a total of N2.7 trillion on infrastructure since assuming office. According to him, the Federal Government is committed to ensuring that monies belonging to Nigerians are not stolen but used for nation building. Osinbajo also said the country was earning 60 per cent less than it earned in the past 10 years, adding that despite this low earning, the current administration has spent more in building infrastructure than any other government in the country. https://empowermentafri..com/2018/12/weve-spent-n27trn-on-infrastructure.html |

mokaflex:What do you mean? it is sellotape. Seal tape is different.

Will one bag of feed be enough to feed 15 fishes to maturity? |
The problem with Nigeria is an issue which is not far from corruption. Corruption is in every facet of the government. For a country to develop it needs foreign investors and local investors to be comfortable and confident coming in to invest. I as an individual being in a local investor having 1 million naira in my account to invest, can not confidently go into business if I'm really a business man wanting to really invest with my whole heart, I will definitely think about it, because of the situations on ground. Let me say this, if I for example I go into production with my 1 million naira, I will need electricity that is not readily available, I will also need security which is nowhere to be found and the whole of these issues is due to an initial corruption in the system. Someone else in Russia would have come to Nigeria to come and initiate projects on electricity that will perhaps increase Nigeria's electricity capacity from its current 12000 megawatts capacity to times two, that investor knowing fully well that he has the capacity to attract loans from corporate organisations such as world bank and the rest of them, but that man will not do this why because he will look at the map and decide to take his idea to some other country maybe South Africa, why because the Nigerian government and personnel in government will not help matters, they will one way or the other make that individual lose interest apart from this, he will also say that there is no security. They also have history of how other investors have been having issues when they come to Nigeria. A white man will be kidnapped in Nigeria if he doesn't have security guarding, these are the some of the factors affecting the growth of Nigeria. Nigeria cannot grow by itself. If for example Nigeria wants to grow these basic things are the things that will change first, security and electricity, if Nigeria has these two things, believe you me the country will begin to experience some light. Do not believe anything the presidential candidates tell you that they will provide electricity, it is not the responsibility of the government to bring electricity, but it is the responsibility of the government to stabilize the country and attract investors, be it local and international investors. if these things are done the country will develop itself by itself The telecommunication networks in Nigeria today are here, and if they spent the next ten years in Nigerian they are going to run their masts on generators every single day, and you will tell me that the rates of tariff will be down? how dare you say that? it is going to be up and these things affects us. A man in China who is an investor will one day sit down and say if I take my company that produces phones in Nigeria, and open a manufacturing industry to manufacture the phone directly in Nigeria, after doing his calculations, he will discover that he will make more than he is making right now in China over there, but if he does his visibility study well, items of what he is going to spend in terms of electricity and the corruption in Nigeria in terms of taxations, accreditation and other things he will decide to stay back in China because he will be losing more that he will be getting due to instability is in Nigeria. |
I have 10000 naira free money I am not using, but I have an idea to play with it next year 2019, i would like to use the whole of 2019 to increase the money by x 2. But I do not want to do gambling or stuffs like that with it. I don't need the money, but I just want to really play and see what happens. But I have a target to increase the money by x 2 at the end of December 2019. i just want to play. Please what business can I do that will not require me to spend a lot of time in it and have this money increased to 20 thousand naira at the end of December 2019? |

I just received my I20 on mail, expecting to get the originals by DHL today, but there is an error on the I20, which had another course different from that which is on my letter of admission, but same faculty. I asked why, the said I shouldn't worry that the error will be corrected when I arrive. Are there any implications to this? Should I insist they change it? |
