Abeg mamas in the house does pregnancy make one snore so deep.....My husband said I now snore so deep that the way I snore can wake neighbours up.....we both laughed over it....he said maybe it is the pregnancy

Please don't worry, it will be good news when you go back. My last menstrual period was on the 7th of November, yet I was told that there was no baby. The sonographer was even asking if the blood test was positive and I said yes. They asked me to come back but I went to another place after two weeks and they did TVS, the baby was seen and heartbeat was heard. Please be on bed rest and check after four weeks. God will make you smile.

My fellows sisters.....I am writing this with a heavy heart and I know it is only miracle from God that can help my situation.

I went for scan and I was really expecting to see my baby but the man that did scan for me said he can see a gestational sac but no foetal pole yet.He concluded that maybe my body is taking its time to form the baby and I told him my last period was on Nov 21st and he said I shouldn't panic that some bodies take time in making the baby grow that I should just make sure I eat well and take folic acid daily and I shouldn't stress myself and I should repeat scan in four weeks time.

I am just sad at the moment....Though my husband is trying to cheer me up still I am not myself.

Please someone should say something about the below post:

My weight last two weeks during my antenatal was 84.3 and today I'm weighing 87.1. I am 24weeksplus

Hope the difference is not too much and what can I do to reduce my weight because I don't want my baby to be big. Even though the doctor said for now, everything is still okay.

Wow you need to watch your weight so you don't weigh 90 something kg later in your pregnancy... I will advise you eat light food especially at night for example take more of eko elewe .....don't know the English name and eat it with lots of vegetables and also make cucumber part of daily diet....it helps with weight loss.

I experienced it too and was okay with the cold water until I had cold and cough then had to stop. Now I take room temperature water to avoid cold.

I hope I don't experience cold and cough o cos this cold water sweet me wella

I have been eating very well and no MS since I became pregnant, what's happening o.

Congratulations once again Ma'am and welcome on board.

Try and register for antenatal on time. Start taking your folic acid, eat more vegetables, fruits except pineapple and pawpaw, drink enough water(4-5bottles of water),Avoid stress, avoid bending and lifting of heavy weight, at least 7-8hours sleep every night. Visit your hospital any time you experience discomfort(Such as severe weakness or bleeding) or any pain. Let the pregnancy be within you and your husband for now until the pregnancy begins to display it self.
