Health › Re: FG Bans The Sale & Consumption Of Local Gin (Ogogoro) by jemype(m): 7:05am On Jun 09, 2015 |
my brother u need too go to Ghana and see how they do it. oonly God knows what we are drinking. from d agbo they sell everyday. ddo u know if the water used to make it is from d gutter or from osun river? do u know if d leaves and raw materials are gotten from mass grave sites? we jus drink it without knowledge. same thing with d distilled ones do we know actually if the contents are not harmfuL to us or mistakes were made. these are issues we need to tackle as a body has to b set up to research all these things and the iff at all agbo must sell it should b packaged so we know where it is coming from and who to blame if anything happens FOLYKAZE: FG better not try to do what it can not finish. This is a locally refined gin from a natural product that has been taken by the locals hundred of years ago. It sever many purposes ranging from medicine to entertainment. The local medicine are made with ogogoro and not from any chemical compositions called alcohol. This from a very long time has done nothing wrong with the body system. The general public should note that Ogogoro does not kill. It is those bad chemical and drug mixture that kills. Original ogogoro does not do any harm to the body. Even the doctors advice people to take it. It is those fake ones that kill and do lot of damages to the body system.
Fake things is not here today. Ogogoro is not the only product out there which fake replica is in the market. Fake drugs like paracetamol and even bread is out there. I was in the market where I found an old mama identifying a fake red oil mere by tasting it. What would have happened to those thay do not know original oil from the fake one? Who keeps the record of those thay have died from taking fake food and drugs? How many thousands should we count of people thay have died by taking expired medicine? Does this make the government raise a ban on medicine and food?
Ogogoro have become a field of investment. It has produces millionaires and help the poor one sustain into the poor economy system. What would happen to there business? Are we going to push them back into zero job oppourtunity economy?
There are lot of houses in Ogun and lagos state where fake seaman and schnapp are been made. Lot of beers are made in the east which are fake and have claimed lot of lives. Government should wage war on these people producing fake food and drugs.
Government should encourage us to refine out own local wine and gin. We need to keep watering investment oppourtunity and not put ban just on anything.
In the case of getting drunk, foreign beer and gin too make people tumble into gutter. There is no justification for banning products like ogogoro and palm wine. It is natural product and do the body system lot of good than those chemical composed drugs which kill us steadily.
Ogogoro must stay |

go to their office and tell them about it and that the nnext time u will visit them it will be with a court injunction. but I hv dealt wit then and tho they delayed they delivered. coolrose: Please which body regulates the activities of online stores in Nigeria?
I had a transaction with dealdey online store since 9th April with order number #14286060641587 which were purchased and paid for since 9th April 2015. The order was to be delivered within 10 days. I later found out that these items were never available with dealdey and they remained advertised on the website for more than 1 month. After several calls and demands I was told the orders are no longer available and that a refund would be effected and that I need to write an email for the refund to be effected within 7 days. I have since written this email since 18th May 2014. My online wallet account with them have been wiped clean and I have made several calls and written over 17 emails to no avail. Till now, no products and no refund. Please how can this impunity be addressed? |

you are right there. but the intellects he is moving with at the moment and d momentum is higher than it was in d 80s. he stopped many oda things back then but im optimistic right now because the relationship this time wit the international community is amazing. sunshine1974: The question is "is the president interested in iron and steel?" let's not forget that it was he dat took power from shagari. Shagari probably wld ve completed it. If u ask me? I think it's time the president completed the project because people still blame the failure on buhari. This is d golden opportunity to make things right. |
Politics › Re: 5 Reasons Why PMB Must Look To The Completion Of Ajaokuta Steel Company by jemype(m): 7:02am On Jun 04, 2015 |
yes it isnt a weapon company but u know evil minds can start producing it secretly. most of these countries produce it secretl. thats what america is scared of. but if checks and balances are made effectively im optimistic it will work as that must have been discussed on one of the trips to overseas by political stalwart friends of the president. sunshine1974: Yes, but it originally isn't a weapon manufacturing company na. Its just an iron and steel company. We promise we will not produce weapons. |
Politics › Re: 5 Reasons Why PMB Must Look To The Completion Of Ajaokuta Steel Company by jemype(m): 6:48am On Jun 04, 2015 |
if pmb does it then I will know that he really means well for nigeria. but I think it was a way USA used in doing checks and balances on nigeria so we dont start producing weapons of mass destruction. sunshine1974: It's just the conspiracy of America, they think with the Russians involved over time they will use the place as dere military base in Africa so they led the Nigerian government into deception making it look like a failed project. But I honestly believe that if PMB want to do something he will do it without any fear of victimization from the American govt. |

soon u will understand. its not that the other leaders are bad or they dont have willpower. but at this moment buhari is the onlyman who is ready to take that sacrifice of leaving behind selfish sentiments for the betterment of nigeria. maybe sm1 else in d near future but for now amongst d political parties" sai"only" buhari Reference: Silly talk of an irresponsible citizen. 'If he can't, no one else can....'. That is why Nigeria remains where it is. Is this how an Amercan, Brit or Aussie talks about himself, his people, his country. Better wake up. Nigerians can and should put an end to this tragedy, period. They should find what binds them together and sacrifice what divides them even it means their religion and ideologies. No leader can run a chariot drawn by divisive horses. |

we have to understand that no country or territory has ever been 100 percent successfull in fighting terrorism even USA killing obama didnt stop terrorism but it can reduce it tho. but I think the fear of buhari will only curtail the sponsors activites. dont u think if goodluck even punished one politician of govt official behind boko haram it would hv sent chills down their spine? bushdoc9919: Well....let us wait and see.
If Boko does not end...then we better put pressure on our leaders.

gej wasnt weak. he just surrounded hiself wit greedy people. if u understand the meaning of d word "sai"buhari u will know buhari is the norths last card. last of a dying breed. he alone can bring sanity and if he cant no one else can ZUBY77: I see.. Calm down. This Boko Haram is one major reason why you believe GEJ is weak. I expect Buhari to be blazing up there already. Guess where he is now? |

its funny how u havent joined the army ordone anything personally to stop them. u havent even donated relief materials and u think the best thing u can do to help is to hold a leader responsible for an age long insurgency. dont worry why dont u start doinng it now. ZUBY77: Please i want someone to remind me when it's time to start holding Buhari responsible for this daily attacks in Maiduguri.
I believe Jonathan is no more responsible. |

[quote author=ReSexzskilz post=34276910]1. Does God exists and if he exists is he a mere fabrication?
hi there sweety. from my little life on earth I have discovered that- there is "religion" and there is "God". many people never encounter God no matter how they search because they dont know 3 things- "faith" "spirit" and "truth". if u have faith and pray in spirit and in truth u will encounter God. this has nothing to do with ur pastor. if u do this fervently for one week and u dont encounter him continue with atheism. |

Kio67: Monday has made it 1007 applications and Cvs I have submitted to various companies.I have submitted online, offline, hard and soft copies but yet no job for the past 4 years. The worst is that am an orphan and no one is willing to help. I don't have uncles or connections to rely on. I trained myself in school which is unizik with a 2.1(PAE) but yet no job. I barely eat nor clothe myself. Matter of fact, am a living bone and suicide is my only option. Am already a living dead. If there's somone out there that can give me breathe again please come to my rescue. I feel ur pain and know what u are going thru but suiccide is never a cure. if u think what u r going thru is hard there r people going thru worse situation. the thought of them is enought to stir u up. to b honest with u ur result is by far better than mine. I discovered early that ur position in life has a lot to do with decisions u take. look at the close friends u have. if none of them are moving u forward then its time to change them as it is said an eagle cannot dine wit turkeys. u have to change ur mindset. u hv to go to a good church and join the service unit. change anything u know is not taking u forward. u dont need people to connect u to move forward. u can make ur own connections thrru linkedin, church programs, seminars etc. jus honestly take a book and consult a good friend to tell u things u do wrong. thats d beginnign |
