yup...they're right, airtel rocks...but being a heavy internet user as you've mentioned, you'll still need to be conscious...cos opening a page with opera for instance, would consume twice as much data as opera mini would've consumed on an s40 phone... that said, welcome to the awesome world of Droid ![]() |
probably the constitution amendment will allow the president to be impeached and elections held immediately ![]() is that even possible...?! ![]() |
fagamite: Thats a Yoruba man for you, highly industrious and stupendously educateddidn't the article say something like igala...?! Rgp92: He is not a yoruba, but a Nigerian.thanks a lot...exactly my point...! |
which of them is 3G...? |
do fulanis own any village in plateau...? hasn't the government made provisions for people to be evacuated to camps in nearby villages...? the attackers are possibly still hiding in the hills, (they even tried to attack again some times last week) and the STF is planning a major crack down on them, that's why people are being evacuated! #reporting from Jos south |
mkmyers45: I hope you understand what drag queen and cross-dresser mean ryt?yeah, a male who dresses up in women's clothing, typically for public performance... I mean he ain't a tranny and I don't think most gay men re crossdressers... they want to be identified as men who love men (sickest thing ever) |
it doesn't necessarily mean he is gay, just some dude making cool dough outta the impersonation business |
[size=25pt]No list for DE...?! |

damariox: Am using Lg optimus one. . i taught this was goin to be an upgrade cause it has gingerbread while mine is froyo.if you've used a P500, then you've gone beyond the level that you can enjoy an entry level droid... I'm rocking a P350...and I think the least I can go for now is a galaxy S II...at least something with a decent GPU... I'm really done with playing gameloft games that have to be modded for our kinda CPUs... but I guess the tecno T1 is a bang for the bucks for those trying to get their hands on a Droid for the 1st time |
lol...guys @cj1080... I just wanna sell it off, that's why I left it at a very good deal @ikechukz...I don't know how much P500 costs now, but doubt its below 30k anyway, find me a buyer plsssssss ![]() |

I think the error is from the journalist... I'm pretty sure the commissioner and his anti-bomb squad knew exactly what they were saying ![]() |
Is it me not seeing properly or what...!? else... Why do Nigerian papers always use the word detonate instead of disarm or defuse...!!! Security operatives discover a bomb & prevent it from exploding, the media say the police successfully found & detonated a bomb...! What the hell...!? I've seen this countless times... An instance... The Police Commissioner, Mr Emmanuel Ayeni, said the officers were able to detonate one of the bombs while the second exploded, injuring no person. He said, “When my officers and men with the Anti-Bomb Squad arrived in the scene, they were able to detonate the second bomb and luckily, the one that exploded did not harm anybody or cause damage to the hostel block. ’’ www.punchng.com/news/police-uncover-bomb-in-unijos/ |
working on a solution guys, stay tuned |
@All... I just experienced the same problem, it happened when the BIS subscription on my sim expired...after renewal, the internet connection was restored... here is the catch, the blackberry.net apn will not allow you connect if you do not have an active subscription, unlike the default apn that'll allow you connect but can't do anything if you do not have a plan or credit... so I suggest you try the bbc week which goes for #500, if it works for you, then you can go ahead and subscribe for bbc monthly at #1500 which is a better bang for your bucks... |
ZUBY77: Thanks for the reply. Here are my seetings. Let me know where Mtn wap should be.ok, that is the default MTN access point, you should have no problems connecting to with that...just make sure you've enabled data connection by doin this: goto settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks> tick data enabled you should see an 'E' or '3G' at the top of your screen...you can now connect to the internet |
Brisingr: jereal tanks 4 replying that was the first tin i did but no change but i notice as soon as i change back to mtn gprs from d one with blakberry apn internet is restored.this is what the parameters look like on my screen... APN: blackberry.net PROXY: 010.199.212.002 PORT 8080 these re the only things you need to enter when creating the new access point |
needful: so pls can someone teach me how to root my sgs2there are various ways, you can lookup 'rooting sgs2 on Google' but I think the easiest way is using 'gingerbreak' there are a few simple steps you'll need to follow though just look it up on Google |

Pls I need help.rooting is same as hacking. it simply gives you root access (complete access) to your device. firmware update is as it is, firmware update ![]() |
