sam4xadams: well for me my opera mini still going on my smartphone. Simple. All you guys need to do is to changes airtel ip 195.189.142.132 and port to 80. Then any opera mini will open. Try it you don't it handler.

all other browsers that never worked before on my Droid all work now...!

I guess I'd say good thing opera mini got blocked in the first instance...now a single solution solved all my problems...!

uhmmm... I think my case is worst of all...
cos no browser works! I've download virtually every browser from Google play store (android market), but they just won't work...
interestingly, just like everyone's case, every other app works!
from the play store app to whatsapp, YouTube, email (excluding Gmail app though), Facebook etc...

this really needs to be figured out! either by Airtel or some whiz boy out there...!

some droids don't have or probably would not let you into recovery mode, you'd have to root the phone, and install a custom recovery mode...like clockworkMod recovery...

sure these phones are entry level phones, but I think the interesting thing here is that, this is their first android device...and most definitely there would be future releases...
