It can only set to a browser. The Brainly app is not an option.. Usually it was set to Chrome by default but I was always asked everytime if I wanted to use either Brainly or Chrome

Under settings, go to App Settings >>> Manage Apps.

Then select the Chrome browser, the App info will come up. Scroll to the bottom and clear defaults.

This is mathematical certainty, it does not have to do with exchange uptime update.
