Help ! I need  to know how much it will cost to  fence a land with the following dimension in lekki 2--front and back -25m each , one  side is 40.7m. The other side is fenced. Total meters to fenced is 90.7m. Someone is giving me an estimate of 1.3million including gate. Is this fair?

Is this a water log area? If it is, then it will need a raft foundation and in that case, the price is appropriate. If not, knock off about 30%. Don't waste your money! In countries where the measure of distance is in kilometer, most people do their oil change every 3,000km. Big waste! I will say; like you, like me!!! As in, like we think alike or I guess you the mind reader!!!! lol. Firstly, I am not going to interlock my whole compound. And those palm trees are really very lovely. And there is another tree as such that looks very much beautiful too. I will have a carpet grass, the palm tree, and that other plant. Again, I really want to be carefull because I don't think I will have time  for cutting/maintanance. The three types of plant I want to plant need very less maintance and they are also very much beautiful. I think I need these flowers for their beauty and so as to save cost of interlocking the whole compound.
Again, I'm going to install inverter for my house. But for the Solar Energy, I don't really know for know. But I told my Electrician to make some enquires about it for me. Its been like 2months ago, yet no reply from him. Maybe he thinks i'm not serious about it sha. If you have good/relaible contacts for those, I will like to have them because I'm very much interested in them.

Again, the least price for 6" blocks around my end is 130
and for 9" it is around 135 to 140

But there is a place I saw 6" for 120.
But I notice this people don't add stone dust(granite dust) to their sand when they make their blocks.
So it quite depends on what you want!!!!!
