Because you're not in her shoes, other avenues should be explored.
Roland17:
Watching a lazy father roam the house while the mother is productively and actively responsible for the upkeep and survival of the family is definitely not a good sight for the kids.

As humans, when we are stressed, emotionally and physically its only normal that we loose sleep and when good sleep is missing in the equation of daily living, we gradually develop health problems like HBP and other stress related complications, so think about it, i doubt he would cater for the children if anything happens to you.

Your potentials are really huge and i hope this challenge does not limit your focus to maximize your potentials. personally, i would not advise you seek a divorce as there are many avenues yet to be explored to resolve this issue.

If you have spoken to him about these teething issues and he has remained indifferent, i would say speak to his family or someone who he respects and listens to, do not throw him under the bus in your quest to prove he is wrong, dealing with a stubborn and lazy person is no walk in the park but it requires patience and maturity.

Take some time to build and stabilize your finances, sounds like you make some money but because you shoulder tons of responsibilities its almost impossible to save, i would advise you focus on shouldering what is very important to you and the kids and start funding an emergency account.

My prayers are with you, i pray God gives you the courage to remain strong in the face of adversity and the wisdom to make good decisions.

That's because you not hey on the know on scientist new discovery in space. They found the largest galaxy ever and this one is made of thrillions of suns. Yea you heard me right, suns and they're despite how hot are not as hot as whats under the galaxy. A black hole thats absorbing the heat and creating a heat much more severe.

Can't give mug details, but this is legit, was sent to my phone via international news.

The good news is that it is coming toward us, and it has only billions of years before it reaches us.

I also learnt that it has thick mass of dust circling the galaxy.

Just tell her to leave the marriage. A marriage without love is likened to seating under a fire with your bare skin undecided undecided
cococandy:
He said this to your face? shocked

The guy doesn't even love you.
He's there because you're his meal ticket for now.

Watch him bolt when (if) he gets a means of survival of his own. What kind of man won't even make effort to help his wife take care of his kids' needs? Even if he's bringing only a quarter of it. At least that something.

And if he loves you, he won't be ok watching you stress yourself to death doing two jobs and doing all the house work on top of it all. He's both physically and emotionally not with you and it's not your job to fix him. He's an adult.

If you can't do it anymore, tell him to his face and not us. For example, that chair incident, I'd have left it there let rain fall on it and the sun shine on it. Or better still return it to where I bought it from. If he can't use his muscle to lift the chair into the house, we might as well send it back where it came from. I don't believe in stress lai lai.

Stop killing yourself slowly.
Anything you can't do? Say you can't and so be it.

You are probably afraid that he may misunderstand anything you say as disrespect for his lack of money. Even when you're very respectful about how you say it. It's not a new phenomena. (There's actually a name for it) But guess what? If it makes him sit-up and be an adult, the end justifies the means in this case.

You still don't know how to use it. When you download the fonts on the ifont go through your phone settings, search for fonts in your settings. Open and you would see those fonts and they're not installed in your phone settings. That's how it was in my phone, I had to install all the fonts I downloaded in my irony in the font section of my phone then I clicked on the one I needed and it worked.

You can also Google how to use it. I you're using um go launcher then its from the settings of the go launcher. Can't recall totally the way you manuplate the preference setting, but I'm sure you surf for fonts in your go launcher preference.

Its a pleasure mate, I must say I also have found these thread a stroke of luck. Its great to have great minds like yours and Freeman's, who can think abstract from the way man is used to thinking, who can see the spot in the white.

It's been long I met philosophers, or people that thinks in the same similitude
NoMoreTrolling:
Men, I am so soaking up all this advice.

Obviously, we should enjoy our lives and leave our marks, but as you said, we should be able to let go so we can partake in peace that comes from the spiritual. Letting go of addictions is soo hard though, but with it comes peace, like choosing to study instead of procrastinating and later experiencing the joy that comes from acing your test.

Thanks to all you guys for contributions on this thread. It's always nice to be steered straight after one has completely veered off track.

But if we decide, do we get that peace? Even if its for a brie moment before our feathers are ruffled? If we do, is it not worth it? Is it not the hope to find peace the reason man pick up a sword?

I strongly believe peace can be gained in everything and every time, its all in the way man chose to see his reality, its all in the way man choose to face it. You can fall many times with a smile and still get up, or you can fall with a frown and think its not worth getting up

How does it make you shiver? Though funny, you're the first to comment on it. I'm curious, enlighten me.

Have you ever delved into the bible without any reason in mind safe, Jesus I want to know you, I want to experience that joy that comes from knowing you?

There are things one need not explain to you. Things you need to experience in other to understand. If you've truly served God for no other reason than to serve him, made the bible your friend, then you should by now be accustomed to the great peace and sense of wholeness that comes along with this.

A valid evidence that the supernatural exist and the bible is true and pure. For it is a friend that when read to find the deep meaning holds the key to Lol mysteries and answers to all mans question. Don't read to impress, to find, to confirm. Read to understand, read to feed the restless soul of man

I truelly understand you mate, this same issue has cost myself a derail in the things of the scripture: the piece missing in the life of man that makes it all complete.

The mistake most people make when they engage in the matters of the spiritual when looking from the angle of the bible is looking with the physical eye. They're not ready to accept the concept of the spiritual, they're accustomed to holding on right, too tight to let go. And by so doing they forget that in the matters of the spiritual, when it comes to the thinhs of the Lord, letting yourself go and delve further into it is the only way to find that peace we all soley seek.

The women folds are a disease that devours the heart, one that can't be entirely cured. It is left for man to choose how to leave his life. Though they're a necessity, is it worthy to let them rule your life, so much so that you lose sight of the true happiness that comes from the abolition of oneself to be approved to pertake in the peace and wholeness from the spiritual
NoMoreTrolling:
The transient nature of life is really scary if based on shaky foundation.

I still remember my favourite lyrics from Casting Crowns:

"I am a flower quickly fading,

Here today and gone tomorrow,

A wave tossed in the ocean,

A vapor in the wind"

I feel you on the bible talk though, but you and I know how hard it is men, what with girls everywhere, lol. Still, it's sober reflections such as these that make us remember what the ultimate goal should be and hopefully dust off those bibles, hehe grin

You stand on a right footing mate. But when ones essence to happiness is involved, can't a feather be ruffled without lifting a finger? Cant a tree be hewn down without you being a hand to the axe? Yet while on that, Can't peace be derived from things of no matter along the way? Just to make life meaningful to leave again.
Freemanan:
The universe is not as gentle as you perceive it Mate...
Supremacy and Peace cannot come without ruffling feathers.... It's you against other elements...
Romance › Re: What's On Your Mind? by Jetjacky(m): 12:55am On Jun 28, 2015
Its weary mate. Like I say we leave to die, one might say, why? Why all this? Why continue this aimless circle for a peace that is not attainable. Yet I believe one can decide the way he wish to die. Point being, yes man is a being that is restless, with an aim to obtain peace and supremacy, but can't peace be gained without an edge of a sword, can't supremacy be gained through mental skill and not the fist. Man can go against its nature and in so doing find peace in things he once neglected
Freemanan:
Come out of that Utopia Mate...
Society is bound to evolve no matter what and in that process there must be clashes for survival, hence war and chaos.... State of nature becomes evident and the real nature of man comes out.
Peace is gotten through war and war Only ends when another war begins....

You see the circle Mate? It is aimless and void at last.
Romance › Re: What's On Your Mind? by Jetjacky(m): 12:48am On Jun 28, 2015
This is true. Sometimes I look to the sky with a question on my lips, is this all there is to life? No fun without heart ache, to live to die, to strife to be something, which is eventually nothing at the end. Noffing is everlasting and tangible in ones heart. Even the lust come and go, friendship, love, praises, archievements. Nothing last forever. Even the joy we so dearly yearned for is a little taste at the end of the day. Nothingness like freeman has said is all we have. I call mine solitude, the moment when I'm in the mix of all but in the mix of non. Is like one who has everything and yet nothing. All alone with nothing to hold unto.

Just like you I have to admit that back then when the Bible were my friend I hardly fall into this starless night, where all I have to keep me company is my thoughts and lonliness
NoMoreTrolling:
Guess that's why one must strive to leave their mark, like the tale of the 3 talents (reference to religion again), instead of giving excess leeway to those thoughts of emptiness that fester to linger and become monstrous, devouring your talents.

However, leaving your mark without that something "extra" is akin to the cockroach stuck in the basin which you so aptly described, or the hamster running fervently to nowhere on the wheel.

Honestly, I find only religion answers questions of human existence for me though, without which, I'd truly be in complete agreement with your take on the lack of meaning to this life.

When some doubt my God, I point to one of the strongest emotions in human existence; Love! With it, you can raise the spirits of even the most depressed soul. The existence of that emotion gives credence to my belief in one, a supreme being, that radiates and promotes such emotion.

Please no one should mock me, calling me a saint! I'm far far from it, but I know what the ultimate goal is, which I mostly fall short of in forms of empty sexual relationships, anger and so on... Still I find that the straight and narrow path, though very very tough to stay on, is the surest path to fulfillment in everything this life has to offer.
Romance › Re: What's On Your Mind? by Jetjacky(m): 12:34am On Jun 28, 2015
Life is about peace. The joy that come from nothingness. Even in that void, the sense of being at peace with yourself an environment. Desires are what disrupt this great peace, for all the elements in the heart of man has found a place to settle.

There is peace in everything
Freemanan:
Hmmm... Deep one there...
I see nothing in human existence. It's like the tale of a cockroache who is in a basin and struggling fruitlessly to climb out. Man existence is like running in one vicious circle of aimlessness.
We try to give it purpose with Religion, happiness, material beauty and the rest, but at the end, it amounts to Void and Nothingness.
