I don't even know how to put it well, but I will try my best to explain a little..and I seek sincere advice from matured and experienced ppl on the forum.

I am a type that when I love ppl, I love them wholeheartedly..to the extent that I will give in all my best to them.. be it family members or non. When I tell you I gat your back, then I truly mean it. But the problem now is, when these ppl hurt me. I don't know how to handle it, I don't even know if I will call it unforgiving spirit or maybe cause I remember things alot, I will surely not forget.

It's not as if I won't forgive them o, I will but, to make that relationship between me and that person smooth back.. it's not possible.. the distance will always be there.. tho before I get angry or pick offence it takes long, but once it happens like this! Some of my relatives (extended fam) offended me, and since about 3 yrs now, these ppl have been sending different ppl just to beg me and talk to me etc.. in order to make things back, but it's just not working!. Cuz I know myself.

And I am a type that, once I vex, I don't look back..even if the person has done a lot of things etc.. I have tried my best but it's just not working. And I understand the fact that there is no how there won't be argument among humans, it's not possible.

When you have an e-diot as a governor these are the type of things that'll be happening. You'll expect a security-porous state like Kogi to have its own state security outfit by now. But the rulers are disconnect from the people; they are only concerned with appealing to the oligarchs from the north and stealing billions from the state coffers. Kogi state is a problem for Ondo state and SW at large.

Instead of addressing the real issues, you're subverting or deflecting blame. How is Kogi state a problem to Ondo and SW? For your information, Fulani (the real perpetrators of these criminal activities) are not from Kogi state. Kogi State is also a victim of the general insecurity in the country.

In case you didn't know, Kogi State is the only state in Nigeria that shares boundaries with almost 10 states across the country. The implications of this are that, if 2 criminals moved from each of these states to Kogi State, then Kogi would have about 20 to deal with.

The original problem is not from Kogi State, so we should deal with the source if we really want to curb it. Additionally, we also need to channel our energy and hold the federal government responsible for their incompetence when it comes to the insecurity affecting the country.

Lest I forget, I'm from Kogi State, and I'm typing this from Kogi State. I can count how many of those Fulani criminals the state government had dealt with. Tell the FG to stop handling those bastards with kid gloves.

Background: I was employed 2-month ago and the job was a full time job. It's more of inventory in a luxury firm. It's a one- man business operated by husband and wife.

I was given a responsibility of handling the inventory aspect which I will submit on an Excel format(which must include all pictures of the stock keeping unit of above 1000) I took my time to study the process and counted every stock and submitted. The company/shop did not have any primary data before now.

Towards mid January, while still on the excel, the wife brought one software which she said she want to use for sale and that I should continue uploading the items. I suspended the Excel and continued with the software. Her culture before now which I got from old staff was to use inventory officer to count her stock and sack them at the end of 3--month and she always get away with that since no appointments letter until end of 3month.

The wife now insist on not paying me January salary with flimsy excuses of not getting my report on time . Is that a valid reason? What should be the next line of action for me now that I don't have a letter of appointment?
