i believe it's still to early for u to be worrying over who calls who first. it has become the tradition for the guy to do the chasing while the gurl enjoys it and if this is too much 4 u to do, then u don't really have it for her.

it's very possible for u to love someone and still hate him. this happens when u are helplessly in love with someone who one way or the other isn't worth wasting such emotions on. either he isn't reciprocating the love u shower on him or he isn't just meant to be "the one". this kind of love can otherwise be called obssession which means uncontrollable desire for something despite all odds.

well you're not going to get a companion if you keep chickening out of every relationship where you think the guy isnt putting in so much effort. Try pouring your heart out to the guy, most guys will melt and do everything they can to make you happy . . . if he does the opposite then find someone else.

Has it occured to you (like Ras said) that the guy may find you boring and unstimulating? Are you perhaps the "play hard to get type" who makes a guy sweat real hard before you admit you like him? Many men dont like to work so hard only to find out later the girl wasnt worth it in the end.
