though i have some properties in my care, But i can't fully claim because of some ongoing issues in the family. But i have planning on getting a half plot of land from either ikorodu, sango, ibafo, ibeju-lekki. Pls can i have idea of what it will cost to get from the locations above.

At Ibafo you can get as much as 1m for half a plot or more and ofcause less depending the proximity to the Lagos Ibadan express road , but at Idera Ologun which is at Likosi a stone thrown after shimawa you can get half a plot for 600k without issues

Roofing stage is a stage where everything should be quality upfront. Your savings at the wood carcassing stage won’t be up to 250k regardless of the type of wood you’re asked to buy. So why not wait to raise that amount.

I’d rather save on roofing sheet than buy cheap woods.

Pls is the statement true , won't I regret it and also will longspan aluminum good on it .

Banku and Mokere are very close to Isheri North and always flooded when there's heavy rain and also when dam is open from Abeokuta.
The best area along Lagos Ibadan Express Road to buy land is Arepo,Magboro but not Gaun area .

Excerpt from the 4th mainland bridge project stakeholders meeting held yesterday 17th Nov. 2020 at Igbogbo palace hall, Igbogbo.

The project engineer said no house(s)will be demolished because it's going to run on canal. They warned the Omo onile not to start selling the land close to the road Alignment because any building built along the right of way will not receive any compensation because as at the moment, the final design had bn concluded without any building conspicuously sighted on the alignment. Land speculators are equally warned not to start buying lands close to the proposed road alignment because the design can be varied during execution. The construction will take 3yrs and is going to be tolled with hightech technology equipment better than what is obtainable at Lekki toll gate plaza. The project will automatically generate employment for professionals and artisans . Pls pass the info around your area that this is not to fall into the prey of omo Onile. The road is going to be consented to a contractor that will look for fund and execute, they are not likely to delay because they will want their money recouped on time.
