Please , I paid through paystack and my payment not reflecting on my application, I did sent a mail as suggested here and a ticket was opened , I later got a mail yesterday that the issue has been resolved but unfortunately when I log in to book for appointment it's still saying am yet to pay.
Have written another complained yesterday but till now no reply no changes .
Can I go to paystack office to request refund or how do I go about it, am about to pay another money

Custom do seize phones it's only by luck if the phone is not seize and you pay almost ×2 of the phone. But like I said it's 50/50 chance.

Why going for Redmi 5 plus, that phone is outdated though still very much a good phone.

Why not get Redmi 8 or better still If it's because of cash look for some of the new releases of Redmi phone.

Also have it in mind that ordering from Aliexperess is 50/50 as per custom issues

Sorry for replying late.

You need to book an appointment online either for fresh or renewal.
Go to the NIS website and navigate through it, you will how you will be registered, paid and book an appointment.

You can only go on the day of your appointment to be captured or if you are chance a day before to open the file but this you can also do on your capturing date.

For renewal, you need to buy a brown file but for fresh white file ( sold for #500).

Now because you paid online which is #25k plus an additional 1k for bank commission you will have to print your payment slip and appointment slip.

Be ready to stand your ground because you see those yeye service com by the entrance gate will surely demand an additional 6k from you but it's left for you to pay or not ( I did not pay Shishi).

No matter the crowd you will be captured that day. If you are for renewal go with you old passport, your NIN, 2 or 3 passport photograph and the payment plus appointment slip.

Yes am based in Lagos but you either go on your appointment day or days after.

No matter the crowd you will do capturing and returned home same day

Collected my passport today at Sagamu center.
Capturing: 15th Feb
Production date: March 3rd

I was told it has been ready since but no test message so if you captured around that time just go there with your slip and old passport (renewal) and only your slip for the fresh passport.

I captured yesterday at shagamu and the collection date on my printout is tomorrow. Could this be true? And I just track my application now the status is attached.

Don't waste your money going there tomorrow, I captured the 15th of last month and they ask me to come back in 5 days, till now my passport is not yet out .

Collection of passport is even the easiest, no hassle no stress in less than few minutes .

Is it possible to process, capture and secure a fresh passport from Sagamu Passport office within 2 weeks? Not DIY though.

I got my passport today.

Captured date was 18th of January 2023.

I didn't receive any text message. I went there based on what I read here on nairaland that someone got it after week after in sagamu.

I don't think I spent 15mins in the premises.

Collection at Shagamu centre is as easy as ABC, I was there today to capture and I can tell the centre is far far better than Abeokuta.
Also Shagamu is DIY friendly, though they ask for admin fee of 6k, you can either pay or pay less depending on your pleading power.
I keep my finger cross as per the collection date given to all of us today which is just a week away.

If you can, go a day before to open file. If you can't, open file on your day of capturing. Sagamu center is well organized and not too crowdy. 2 times I was there, they finished capturing everybody before 3pm. If you have your documents complete, you will capture.
Make 3 photocopies of your payment slip. As soon as you get there, go to the cafes and buy brown file if it is fresh passport. Collect number for capturing. The servicom is very helpful. Ask questions. Go with original documents and photocopies.

Run from the installer, you don't need charge controller for an inverter without solar panel, also the battery he quoted are going to put you into trouble.
