Been trying to get through to mtn customer care till i saw this thread.
I subscribed for 750 mb for android but i mistakenly sent the command twice when i did not get a reply on time.
The problem now is dt i have been credited with 1.5gb which i do not want
Please assist me by retrieving 750mb from my android and returning my 2k credit. The number is 07065020931.

Hello @JideSm, good work here. I'm using MTN BIS which used to work fine until last week. Seems its no longer unlimited or capped at 3gb. Tells me I've crossed the fair usage threshold.
I tried subscribing for the BBC day but it took several hours before it got activated and barely downloaded up to 50Mb and stopped. Called cc but no solution. Please help

I am not happy with the way my credit is being deducted anytime I recharge. It has being happening for a long time now, I just cannot take it anymore. For instance, If i load 200 without making a call the money would just vanished all I will be seeing is your subscription is been renewed.
But, I have never subscribed to caller tune or other app. but they kept on deducting monthly even when i sent cancel.

There are terms and conditions to it. You must have been on the network for a minimum of 4 months, you must have recharge and use up to #500 monthly on the line, your balance must be between #0 and #12.

i want to recharge my mtn sim but it keeps repeating itself keeps telling me 'the operation you requested is unavailable. Please bear with us. You can recharge your phone by dialing 181 or via ATM and VTU channels' and when using the USS CODE it tells me 'sorry the prepaid operation you are trying to perform was not succesful.

So I proceeded to recharge the sum of 1500 on my sim.I was suprise to see that my data service has been on without the subscription being renewed and my balance is now 94 naira. Even as I am typing my last month subscription which ought to have expired yesterday Is still active while I'm being charged for data service...Please I'll like a refund of my money deducted from data services caused by the negligence of MTN..My number is 08033199118. I expect this isssue to be addressed promptly.
