Good morning, please I need your assistance, I lost 3gb of data yesterday. I sent 1gb each to phone numbers; 08063245454 and 08036850925, in each case the data was deducted from my line 08137822454 but the two lines were not credited with the amount shared.
Also, 1gb of data was shared to 07063082435 but 2gb was credited to the number.

I have 7gb data remaining in my sme data balance before these errors came up.
Please kindly assist me and retract these losses.

That of 08036850925 was transferred to your line(it was successful), while that of 07063082435 has 2GB in it,

Mtn, You guys are not fair to me at all. From the N200 credit I recharged, it's only N50 I used. D stupid weekly English learning subscription(I never did it myself, it was automatic) took N50 and I quickly canceled it to avoid re occurrence. But the remaining N100 just vanished dis morning without receiving any form of message in respect to the credit. All I want you to do now is to please refund my credit as soon as possible. Don't knw why browsing is extremely slow. For example opening a page takes abt 2 minutes, uploading a file of 4mb takes more dan 3hrs e.t.c.(Even with 3G on).

I have done hard reset plenty times and changed to 2g(edge) and all other procedures that customer service told me.
N.B the 3G and bold sign shows,but i know its from you guys end and nothing to be done from my end

can someone explain to me how MTN charges these days? am on mtn zone tarrif plan and lately do not understand the deductions, my BBMIDIM plan for BB10 that usually takes about 2weeks before I exhauust it now finishes in a day, from there they move to my call credit till that also get finished.

The rate is the same. You are given 500Mb for the BBMIDIM and you can use it up in a day when downloading or browsing. It all depends on how you use it.

You can try dialing *662# then select other bundles. There are packages like facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp 2GO and others.
