With 4.5GB Night plan (9PM-6AM) 102 to 131, the additional data of 1.5GB will be exhausted first. While 4.5GB (120 to 131) 1.5GB day will be active from 6.01am-8.59pm and 3GB night from 9pm-6am.

it seems our nairaland mtn CC cannot help their customers, Nairaland Airtel CC are doing better that you people. All MTN CCs are the same.
I think the best option people is to port out of MTN if you want your number. Its better than to be complaining about an issue while they cant even proffer solution to it. just port kawai!

My mtn line just went haywire and started asking me to "insert sim",i tried the sim on other phones and its still the same thing,it is my business and main sim in nigeria and i cant afford to lose it.I might have to do a sim swap but dont have the PUK number,as it a very old sim and this would not be my first sim swap,i dont have the security number too.Am really confused.Pls Can i get a solution here?

Put the sim in a Nokia device if you are getting the same response, please visit MTN office with your identification card and other details to do a sim swap.If you are without your sim pack please go with your PUK number ,frequently dialed numbers.

Hello shosky1794, kindly visit the nearest MTN Walk-in centre with a valid ID card, PUK, sim registration details to retrieve your line. Also note that a welcome back sim is used for sim swap NOT a new line. Regards
