Someone told a friend of mine that the marks allotted for the test and interview were 50 each and according to him this is how we were graded at the interview:
Comportment -max 5 mks
Communication skills - max 5 mks
Professional questions - max 25 mks
General Questions - max 10 mks
Additional qualification -max 5 mks
Total marks for interview - 50

if the test was 50 marks why is it that our questions for the CBT exam was just only 45 questions instead of 50 questions

Who know the marks allocated for the CBT exam and the marks equally allocated to the interview

its a cummulative score. u can easily relate it to when a university put its cut off mark at 200 for eligibility for post jamb. both 201 and 300 scores will b assesed but those scores will b calculated together with their post jamb score.

the interview is how many marks and the CBT exam was how many marks too

I also got the call talking about my profile update not reflecting at their end. I told him that at the interview they seemed to have every info on me, so why another silly update (didn't exactly use "silly" on phone). He just said I should endeavour to do so as soon as possible.

I said ok, but also told him that after the interview I got a message to update portal profile (with: ignore if you've been interviewed or something like that). I made it clear to him that it appears their info/data management is somehow lousy. He jokingly responded, implying maybe if I become hired we could come to change things.

I have done that anyway. By Tuesday I'll call back so they can check if it reflected.

From my understanding, the idea of quota system is to reshuffle. A particular state mit already be well represented in the organisation so it is possible to cut out that state assimilation. Correct me if I'm wrong on the quota system function tho

and you were told that many staffs have retired and require replacement so how donyou know how the organization of DPR looks like now possibly you don't know the answer for now so far you performs well and merit it in this recruitment you will surely be in the final list

Interesting new topic..i think people should forget about competition for now. The time to be competitive ended already. Its important to know that atleast every state has a very top stakeholder that has a slot or 2 that will be granted regardless of the candidates scores. This is a given even if merit intake is majorly considered in this recruitment. In other words, if they are taking only 2 people in a particular state, you realise it will only take the grace of God to be taken in place of that major stakeholder's candidate even if you score the highest. We hav no idea how the quota system will be broken down or how many per state or even if your state will have a slot or not because it is actually possible they will not take from 1 or 2 states. For now, it's you and your God to find favour. We will all be fine last last..

if some States will not be taken then why are they trying their best by applying federal character for each state to be represented appropriately at this stage being at the top cumulative score is the best and safe situation

I did my interview in Abuja, when I came in I noticed a score sheet on the table by one of the 2 interviewer and the guy before me scored 37%there were scores as high as 70-80%.

After looking around, it was when he came back to the first page to start afresh and saw my name and was like there it is. I'm among the first 10 on that page may be it's because I applied early. Even on the list we wrote before accreditation my name was second for that discipline and batch.

Lmao...are you for real? This is actually a concern?i don't think it is anything sir. You realise they must have grouped applicats daily and they have a list. Now over 150 candidates were expected daily but not everyone would turn up on the same day and same time as expected..then we had to sign once we got there for accreditation. When signing during accreditation, there were little numbers written next to the names e.g my name was number 1 on that page but had 6 written next to it with a pen(hard copy)
I believe all the names for the day were compiled on the list regardless of your discipline and just at accreditation they number how you go in according to your discipline and turn...i.e i was to be number 6 for HR..i dnt know if this makes sense but thats what i think. However, i don't even believe this topic is conspiracy worthy..lol
Let's just chill till there's news which is most likely next year. Btw we were scored for the interview so those thinking it was just to check readiness...sorry you are wrong. The scores "may" be added to the CBT scores for finals or solely based on interview scores..im not sure but it def would count towards selection. Wish everyone goodluck. I was interviewed in lagos by four people. 2 men and 2 women, one of each with a laptop. The woman with the laptop asked me technical questions about my field, seems she's a colleague. As I entered, the man with the laptop asked me my name, to which I replied and he said and I quote "Your name is on page * number * on the printed list", which I do not know why he had to tell me that. Then the interview commenced.
If the job is yours it will definitely not pass you by, forget all the conspiracy theories.

Ours is for 400(they were supposed to take 200 in 2016 and another 200 in 2017 but 2016 didn't happen so they combined) and they still need to take 200 left which is 'supposed' to be next year. So if the total is 750, i can only assume the OND intake is about 150. However, i think we should just focus on getting the appointment regardless of number of intake

do you know anything about page number like page 1 number 15 what do you think it means of that page number in the computer

When my documents were being verified, and I had to sign, my name was towards the end of the first page.

But while they were checking for my name during interview it was number two.

I think the numbering during interview is arranged according to who they want to take. It is certainly not based on the CBT.

People who were interviewed should speak up if they were told of that page number so that we will deduce what the pages means
