Danielnino00: I doubt if the money they were paid for participating in the u-17 and u-20 afcon plus the u-20 world cup is up to $3m given where they finished...
But then if u subtract the money used to prepare the teams for the tournaments, camp allowance, winning bonus, coaches salaries, etc how much would be left?
The NFF aren't really clean but still it's pathetic for the ministry of sport to ignore them like that.. Ghana budgeted $12m(or $15m) for AFCON preparation!! You've already sum up everything with your last paragraph. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by jieta: 1:26pm On Jun 14, 2019 |
Danielnino00: So apparently, the NFF is currently broke.. From what I gathered, the ministry of sport didn't include the expense for the international games Nigeria would be participating in in the 2019 budget. Could have been a deliberate act by Dalung.
If the above is really true then we can hardly blame Pinnick for taking the super eagles games to Asaba for monetary gains... The NFF really has a lot on its hand this year. U-20 and u-17 AFCON done.. u-20 world cup done... Women world cup ongoing. AFCON coming up. u-17 world cup coming up . u-23 AFCON coming up. Beach world cup coming up.... let's forget about that inconsequential ruins call dalung, but are the NFF not being paid for participating in all this competitions. |

Sports › Re: Nigeria Vs France: FIFA Women's World Cup (0 - 1) Full Time by jieta: 9:32am On Jun 13, 2019 |
deltateam: Technically France and Norway are more likely to qualify. Norway is so thrashing Korea. Its a fact.
France won Norway, that won Nigeria. Its logical to think France will beat Nigeria. Besides if Nigeria were to defeat France by mistake, they will need to score as much goals as possible in order to qualify ahead of Norway by goal difference. No no no that's not true in respect to your second paragraph, if we beat France one zero or at least get a draw we are good as qualifying as runner up or best loser. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by jieta: 8:10am On Jun 13, 2019 |
What if Norway lose to Korea and Nigeria lose to France because I know we will lose can we still qualify. |

I wonder when Nike will roll out some proper kits for our cadet teams...Just look at the short.... there should just promote them to the next afcon competition. |

You say Ivory Coast is better, Senegal is better, na your opinion, allow people that want call super eagles the best team in the world, to call them, e no concern anybody...
All this yen yen yen, ranting for this thread don too much abeg... Check the name of the thread "super eagles thread ", not "nuetral, fans thread ".. Sentiments and patriotism" is the basis for this thread abeg...
No pun Some people are just pain in the ass they want to force there opinion on others Against Ukraine we played well, the midfield and defence were a little bit coordinated than our previous match. Like what oga icon said, Ukraine don't play possession football so we should not rate them solely on that performance.I expect the coach to shake the midfield a little bit to connect the attack On our next opponent i don't see us beating them in full time maybe in penalty shoot out we can edge them. |
