kobo junkie thats a good point the decay in the south and the country as a whole is caused by neglect, lack of maintainance culture, squandering of govt funds, political infighting and non chalant attitude and selfishness of the citizenry. so what asha and co have said is also right, but to me those 2 where the main things hindering nigeria (fulani and homosexuals) while the others i just listed are the secondary things hindering us. |
toba when your cup don full niam you go smell am because i can cage you like an animal easily. when people out of pity are helping you understand the situatation in your state and in the west you are revamping and shooting yourself in the foot, and spoiling your peoples chances. ungrateful shit! the problem with you yorubas is you don't know how to use your brains but yet one animal wants to say i should think before i speak. how can a dullard be trying to sound intelligent but yet is typing in a yoruba accent as i quote "so has to perpetrate dubious acts are lies and called for" "Let think twice before posting" there are more then 12 grammatical and spelling mistakes in your scablings. so "as" is now "has" if you cannot even spell how can i or any reader believe what you are saying. even listen to yourself do you sound like you know what your saying! how can a bus conductor want to come talk nonsence where educated people are! you cannot even write a proper grammatical sentence but you want to sound like you know what your saying. nobody else has talked except you because they all know that what I'm saying is true! you may be able to convince the conductors and road tranport workers about what you have said with your kind of english, but you cannot even convince the readers of nairaland! |
toba some of your arguments seem to have no basis for an executive buffoon, same thing i said aimobi most likely changed his name , or can you not read (illiterate yoruba fool) i.e the issue about a justice or did you not hear that i said edo mafia controls the judiciary , did i specify any particular justice (no i didnt) you just seem to be annoyed that i can sway and flay your people. If you want such power then why not join us. let me tell you something, if i knew your name , you can beleive that your passport, drivers licence etc would all be siezed and i will arrange for an incriminating case on your head, what ever land you live on or own i will so frame you up that your land was acquired by illegal means that you will regret living on your own yoruba soil. thats if you think i don't know what I'm saying that ajimobi is into 419, drugs etc I'm assuming your a lousy yoruba idiot (as most of you are) , as an edo mafia man irrespective of what ever part of the country I'm from ill tell it to you like it is, i know a man into drugs/419 just by looking at him! i don't need evidence i can create the evidence by framing the person up, like i said i can make arrangements to convict any yoruba idiot like yourself falsely if i feel like. the police and justice that will arrest you and prosecute your case will be our boys, and theres no way out for you! if an initial justice was assigned to your case, it will be reassigned to an edo mafia member. the justice your talking about yusuff knew that they had to make such a ruling if not the case could be reassigned, retried or they will be retrenched! call me a bully, call me what ever you like this is how we operate, i think you need to go and ask bode george if he is not a sell out to your people. also call bode george a bully first to his face and see if he will not incriminate you with false conviction! |
infact majority of the staff of the old national oil and the national bank, gateway bank, gateway hotel, odua investments , odua telecoms about 60% of them where/are edo mafia members and ajimobi knew it , and now that national oil is now conoil its the same thing. national oil would not have taken off without edo mafia they would have frustrated their efforts you see no major large scale or sensitive business can operate in nigeria easily without getting approval from edo mafia. this is why the chinese businesses in nigeria came to meet aikhomu to be the chairman of nigerian-chinese chamber of commerce because they know edo man will not want to cheat them and will be straight forward in business. same thing when akala was in police he knews it very well that its edo mafia that controls nigerian police when his fellow police friends used to invite him for edo mafia meeting! that elephant you see as the symbol of nigerian police is the synbol of the oba of benin , so nigerian police is the oba of benins police (laughter)! |
ajanlekoko made a very true point i.e that a lot of females who sleep with the oga end up controlling the power , money and companies for themselves. some of those ladies end up making the descisions in the company and side-lining the oga himself simply because they are servicing oga. the oga will not even be able to talk to the lady because of fear that his supply of sex can be cut off. and the thing with such ladies is that they are "social ladder climbers" i,e they use a big man to get to know even bigger men until they are servicing the likes of obasanjo. they will first start with their oga at the bank , their oga will introduce them to minister of fianance or a governor before you know it the lady has milked her bank boss for all the money she can get from him and use the money for boob job operation/plastic surgery to enhance her looks and then she will jump to the minister after she has milked the minister and used the money to do more plastic surgery and to advertise herself on ovation. before you know it she will be after the president or go into politics herself. thats how chief mrs nike akande got to become a minister , she started as a secretary /assitant in a bank in the 70's apparently she was servicing some of the directors in the bank before you knew it she became a senior manager and she was introduced to various politicians and generals along the line and before long she was servicing the likes of abacha, thats how he made her a minister. she serviced her way to the top! |
the fulani overinfluence and control in nigeria is too blatant, they dont even know how to hide it , up to the point that umaru shikafi, wada nas only death could seperate those fulani men from being part and holding political office in every single government since independence. |
the middlebelters also encourage and indulge the fulani, by allowing themsleves to be dragged along as errand boys wheather its langtang (jerry useni, john shagaya) or otukpo (david mark, onoja) or minna (IBB, jerry gana) or abubakar audu of kogi or awoniyi or kwara. these middle belters know that its in thier best interest to tell these fulani the truth, but they cant seem to face up to them because they feel that thier own power or relevance in the country could be threatened, taken or replaced by a southern ethnic group such as the edos or yorubas etc and so based on this the middle belters also started looking down on the southerners. |
however there are a few fulani that actually like southerners and are well educated, well exposed and that really want the country to do well, an example of this is buba marwa. |
kobo junkie I'm glad you liked my post. it may sound impossible but its true. because if the fulani can be so unified i don't see why southerners cannot. because the fulani culture naturally does not make them loyal to their kins men meaning a fulani woman can deny or leave her husband, or a son can deny his father if they where historically caught in wars. also with a motion in national assembly at least they will not be regarded as militants because they will be following due process. ive also noticed that any politician that is anti fulani ususally does not win political office, e,g ojukwu did not win, instead orji kalu won, same with uwazurieke. also ive noticed that the key people who want to break up from nigeria don't like to seek political office in the first place thats why people like dokubo askari don't seek political office, instead they feel that change should come from war or the gun, but so also did the likes of orkar and nzeogu and t.y danjuma and buhari, ibb etc! |
horus , please the bible does not make any reference to jesus being white, and this is not a forum for canvassing of us treating oursleves as war enemies. also the same bible warns that there should be no causing of fights among two friends or brothers. a better method to solve the ethnic issues in nigeria is for the southerners to be more unified and voice out their one voice in the senate or national assembly and pass it as a motion and eventually a bill, because its by this democratic means that such change can be effected they should simply demand under the auspices of southern politicians association of nigeria for all the points as i outlined above. i.e change of coat of arms, flag, naira etc i.e more reflection of national representation in the form of the symbols of our nationality. In short we need an all inclusive, more tolerant goverment, and leaders, we also need a reorientation right from the family level. i.e the northerners should stop making their children feel that they are better and more entitiled to nigeria than any other ethnic group also the southerners especailly the niger deltans and easterners should stop training their children to be so rebellious and to stop trying to outsmart or cheat, the yorubas should stop training their children to be so loud, lously and double faced. IBB has been known to quote that reorientation and change in nigeria starts at the family level, whats so amazing is that IBB who really knows about this good governance, policy and politics but yet he merely payed lip service to all those things because he then turned around and did the total opposite lol because during his regime all we heard was fulani this and fulani that! |
ribadu has not yet experienced real police job, if they should post him to one remote part of the country in taraba state where camerounian gendames or armed robbers in a rural area will come to a police station , outnumber all the policemen there and tell the dcp, acp, inspector etc to pull off their uniforms ,strip naked and lie down on the floor, they will cart away all their watches, money and the guns in the police station in some cases they will release the prisoners in the cell and even demand the key to the police vehicles there! in some of those remote places there is no light, no water, no telephone, no tarred roads, no toilets, no pipe borne water. and some of the police stations are in the middle of a nowhere forest and bush where there is no evidence of human life for kilometers infact in some of those places there is no mama put food joint or restaurant close buy, the policemen there have to plant yam or some crops near the police station , they when harvest and cook the food and, they also have to catch bush rat as a source of meat and roast or catch fish in a near by pond and cook it themselves lol let ribadu tell us if he will be able to handle such a place! he has enjoyed abuja in an a/c office with nice accomodation for police etc but let them transfer him to a place where he will be frustrated to leave the police thats when he will know if hes a nigerian police officer or not! |
RIBADU IS LIKE AN AIRFORCE OFFICER THAT DOES NOT WANT TO REMAIN IN FORMATION WITH THE OTHER PLANES IN THE SQUADRON! RIBADU WANTS TO LEAD THE SQUADRON WHEN HE HAS NOT OFFICIALLY BEEN APOINTED SQUADRON LEADER, NEITHER IS HE NEXT IN LINE IN SENIORITY TO LEAD THE SQUADRON, NEITHER HAS THE CURRENT SQUADRON LEADERS PLANE BEEN SHOT DOWN, BUT YET HE DOES NOT WANT TO REMAIN IN FORMATION, HE MUST BE DRUNK, POWER DRUNK! ONCE THAT FLIGHT OFFICER (RIBADU) GETS BACK TO BASE HE WILL BE COURT MARTIALED, DEMOTED AND RELEGATED TO DEMEANING DOMESTIC DUTIES LIKE COOKING FOR OTHERS, CLEANING TOILETS, SWEEPING THE COMPOUND ETC UNTIL HIS COMMANDER IS SATISFIED AND CONVINCED THAT THE OFFICER HAS CHANGED HIS ATTITUDE TO HIS JOB, HIS RANK AND HIS APPOINTMENT, IF NOT HIS COMMANDING OFFICER WILL HELP HIM TO FACILITATE HIS LEAVING THE FORCE! |
komekn the system of beurocracy, policies, proceedures have been in place even before ribadu joined the force. usually only a head of state , minister, or service chief can change the policy, system, proceedure, terms, technicality, process, and conditions as they apply. however the service chiefs do not want the system to change because they went through it for at least 30 years before they got to the top so they suffered through the system so they want others to go though the same thing. you see service to the county is a sacrifce, its not by force and its not for your own popularity but for the advancement of the nation. thats why i said if ribadu does not like the policies, proceedures, beurocracy etc then he should feel free to pull off his uniform, tender his retirement papers and go into politics or business. ribadu knows it that for now the best thing for him is to remain in the uniform because of the opportunities that are available in the force. if he goes into politics theres nothing guaranteed and theres a risk of not being elected. personlly i don't see ribau seeking office however i see him as an adviser to a top political figure, i see him as a minister or the head of a parastatal but, i don't see him as a governor, senator or president , hes more the executive type not the legislative or judicial type meaning hes an action guy! |
Eziachi what you said is quite true. But we are too far into a an amalgamation to want to split up now, social intergration by marriage, schools, religous organisations are what bring us together as well as a sense of national belonging and pride, but when most of the facets of our national identity are fulani /hausa in origin and nature it will take time. these issues should have been addressed by now by the senate, natioanl assembly and i can guarantee that they will end the war in the niger delta, these are: 1. the change of the coat of arms (because the current one depicts 2 historical fulani tribes i.e the horse and the eagle which symbolize the ancient sokoto and katsina empires respectively. (nigerian tribes had their own historical coat of arms before the coming of the british: for the nupe it was wild pig, for the igala/idoma it was hippopotemus, for the edo it was elephant. for the kanuri its was camel and lama etc the coat of arms can simply be river niger and benue in a y shape 2. the change of the word naira from our currency which is a hausa word meaning "money in the form of paper". same thing kobo means "petty metal money" 3. the removal of arabic inscriptions from the naira 4. a more unifying name for the country such as "federal republic of kwaneria or wazobia" 5. change of the national flag which is a 100% representation of the official uniform of the ancient sultan and warriors of sokoto. even the nigerian amry uniform is just a british version of clothing of the colours that where historically worn by the sultan of sokoto i.e green and gold the new flag should be 4 or 5 colours which can include , green (hausa), yellow (igbo), red (edo) and blue (yoruba) and maybe brown (for middle belt) |
Obsano stole a lot of money yes i agree but he has immunity from prosecution so does any other president or vice president in nigeria because the laws see's it fit that they will occasionally have to act above the law in order to carry out thier duties. ribadu on the other hand does not have immunity! |
I also agree with MC Usman about what obasanjo and his usless set of yorubas did : i.e fani kayode, funsho kapulakun etc they looted, they abused power, they threw wild parties, their children are spending money anyhow, all the things that people accused fulani and northerners of doing is what abasanjo and co did. not to mention the sexual escapades that where going on during obj;s regime i.e stella and ben bruce, moji obsanjo and her father in law (obj) and all manner of nonsense all in the name of democracy! I have to give the fulani respect when it come to their own version of democracy because you hardly hear of scandals apart from stealing of money, but if its yoruba in govt not only do you hear of stealing of money you also hear of all manner of scandals and juju going on. as for an igbo or south south govt we are still waiting to taste what their own govt will be like! it may even be worse than the yorubas and fulani combined because its igbo behind nollywood films they will turn the entire country into a film with scandals, comedy, drama, hired armed robbers, hoodlums, assasins roaming freely |
The igbo officers (nzeogu) that planned the first coup killed mailamari, yar aduas father and the saduana because they felt that it was those fulani that where using the likes of okotie eboh to steal money and to give the money to fulani, they would use the stolen money to buy shares in companies abroad and properties and to invest in businesses like julius berger etc over the years. the fulani spearheaded by the likes of hassan katsina decided to insight the middle belters (gowon and co) against the igbo's thereby causing the first civil war. Its the fulani that imposed gowon, the same fulani after they used gowon decided to oust him and put murtala mohammed in place, its the fulani that supported obasanjo (buhari, late yar adua) and then they regained control during shagari and buhari. Its the fulani that where behind babangida if not then he would have not appointed sambo dasuki. Sani abacha came in and changed the fulani calculation when he changed the sultan to maccido. The fulanis did not like what abacha was doing so theres a possibility that they killed abacha. after abacha died the fulanis came and used tony anenih for the ground work to make obj president and now the fulani have regained full control with yar aduas brother assuming the throne! most likely if a southerner is to become president after yar adua it will most likely be a northern apologist i.e some of anenihs boys e.g mike akhigbe, or ibori that will be next, if its a middle belter that will be president it will most likely be david mark! |
i have to agree with MC Usman slightly because there is no such thing as one unified north as the sultanate and media has made people believe . actually non fulani northerners do not get alog well with the fulani. for example the zuru people of kebbi state don't get along with fulani who are scattered around the outskirts of kebbi state. same with plateau state- the birom don't get alog with the jasawa (fulani in jos) same in kano the kanuri in kano don't get along with the fulani. also the nupe and bassa don't get along with fulani. These are all because the fulani initially came as squatters on their land but soon became permanent residents in all these areas. most of these indegenous northern tribes had a democratic system of leadership that utilized many elders. the fulani came and imposed "emir equvalent titles" on these indegenous nigerian tribes such as gwom jos these titles where fulani imposed i.e they did not exist before the fulani came to meet these tribes in nigeria. so pinpointing the problem more accurately its not northerners that are the problem in nigeria its fulani more specifically who are causing the problem. |
when theres a riot in the north the soldiers and police don't get involved but when there is a riot on the south. the northerners will direct that a soldier go to his village to kill his own indigene for rioting! we are still waiting for EFCC to clamp down on parralel market /black market currency operators i.e mallams that carry out their activities in most hotels or on the roadside. Ribadu did not and dare not touch them. currency black market is a serious economic crime and sabotage, where is the "economic" in "EFCC" let ribadu put his money where his mouth is , thats why hes not recieving justice because he refused to give justice (by not arresting his kinsmen)! |
you see if we are to say the real truth major gideon orkar summed it up as " the homosexual fulani cabal" and he was going to austrasize them (cut off) and change the name of the southern part of nigeria to kwaneria or yoredigbo (yoruba, edo and igbo) ! while the north would still be called nigeria. This is why the F.G. over the past few decades has intensified the dredging of the river niger, so that if the north has to cut off, they will not be a land locked country, they have also been intesifying looking for oil in the north lately as well as any industry that can help them be self sufficient. The typical northerner does not want to work or show up for work but when its time for top appointments and for salary thats when you see them, they want to reap where they have not sewn. There are virtually no northerners that are petroleum engineers but they want to be collecting and spending oil revenue anyhow, also they want to be the ones representing nigeria at OPEC (rilwan lukman). If I'm not mistaken MC Usman on this forum may be major general MC Usman! |
women know how to seduce a man based on ready romance novels. a woman will survey and get information about a man before she makes a move or seduces him, like an armed robber does before he attacks. this is why a lot of married men end up having affairs with their wifes friend because their wifes friend knows about thier movement and have information on them. |
after a random survey of prostitutes about 70% of them actually admitted liking to have sex regularly, based on this women like sex more then men , they just dont admit it and also they know how to cover up their tracks incase their are suspected or caught! all you have to do is look at mills and boons and other romance novels that most women read even married women for that matter. In those books it teaches women how to be having secret sexual and romance affairs with other men or how a men made advances at a married woman or a women that already has a boyfriend etc men openly talk about their sexual escapades and conquests with their friends while women do not so the chances that anyone will know who a woman is sleeping with are none. The most interesting thing is that a woman will have sex with the most unassuming men , this is why very fine women prefer ugly men for sex, simply because an ugly man is unassuming (nobody will think they are last person that women will be sleeping with) also an ugly man will give the woman the sexual satisfaction she needs without too much talk, meaning they are easier to approach. in short it works the same way , i.e its easier for a man to approach an ugly female to ask her for sex than it is to approach a fine lady. |
you can see how they have sent him to be 1 out of the 3 dcp's in edo state. under normal circumstances the kind of appointments ribadu can hold are: 1. public relations officer to EFCC 2 a state dcp 3 as the assistant to the IG of police 4 chief security officer to the president or vice president 5 as a staff officer at police head quarters all other kinds of appointment are supposed to be beyond his reach, meaning the system deems him unexperienced for any other appointment. hes lucky they did not sent send him to be a dcp in a remote part of jigawa, taraba or yobe state (I'm not even sure if they have light, water, telephone or tared road in some of those areas. when you sign up for govt service you should be willing to work in any part of the country as posted. the queitest officers get the plum jobs in lagos and abuja, the noise makers like ribadu end up with remote appointments in remote areas, when they can do no harm. infact hes lucky they didnt send him to poilce college to be an instructor there because in the system if you want to prove to be "i too know" or "too loud" they will just post you to a training school as an instructor or to one remote part of the country or to a base/unit that has little or no relevance and is so dry e.g police records office |
Madam therma you are stating your case to the wrong quarters , the senate , the presidency are there for you to write a letter to about the case, either open letter via media or private letter. Unless your ribadus wife you should be infavour of doing the right thing and following the right proceedures and ribadu did not , thats why hes being made a scape goat. if we do a survey or vote here you will see that 80% of people beielve that ribadu did not follow due process for everything : for arrest of governors, for creation of efcc, for his promotion etc |
Therma i understand and commiserate with you on this sad event on the arrest of ribadu. but belive it or not they (the senate) actually set trap for ribadu in the constitution. How it was done is, The costitution says efcc is to prosecute all financial crimes in the country, however the same constitution rests the icpc and code of conduct with prosecuting crimes of currupt enrichment and misbehaviour by public officials. The same constitution says however that the efcc can prosecute miscellanous crimes as directed by the federal government , meaning that ribadu is supposed to have the verbal and written consent of the presidency and FG before he decides to prosecute any govt official (even if its a staff at central bank or Ndidi okereike of nigerian stock exchange). however ribadu did not secure this approval he went about it on his own. if ICPC or code of conduct is not doing Its job then ribadu being a lawyer should know that he was to seek the verbal and written request of FG and to know to wait for an approval form the FG (i.e from the president and min of justice) before he arrested or prosecute the governors in the tribunal. In short due process as outlined in the constitution was not followed. so some people are using this ribadus blunder to in-turn prosecute and eliminate him so they can have a field day besides his behaviour is quite rebelious nuhu dosnt know how to hide his anger and outbursts. and they can label you a radical in the system if you dont know how to predend like your not annoyed when you are! If you dont learn from the mistakes of others you will learn from your own mistakes, ribadu should have made sure he covered all his tracks professionally and he didnt thats why they are finding professional loopholes here and there to use to mess him up. |
you see general serki mukhtar the current national security adviser is one of the most respected in west africa and africa in terms of intelligence the CIA, MI5 and KGB know him for this. he was the one who hinted abacha that foiled orkars coup, he also knew about shagaris coup and babangidas take over of buhari. Mukhtar is the crown prince of innteligence next to gen aliyu gusau and gen muhammed. He has been involved in every coup planning since muritalas coup so he knows when theres a coup plot brewing! i.e it takes a thief to catch a thief! Mukhtar is the strongest man in yar aduas govt after him then its yayale ahmed and then ibori. Yar adua has been listening to him very well lately. Ribadu got into a power tussle with aaondoaka he told aaondoaka that he was not under ministry of justice , that he reported solely to the presidency this was when yar adua told nuhu that he was wrong and this is when nuhu was told to go on course by the IG. Okiro was actaully helping ribadu at that point but ribadu did not know it. Mukhtar was aware of the incident and mukhtar has planned the national security in such a way that only ministers and presidental advisers have direct access to the president , this left ribau annoyed this is why he is being called a "renegade police officer" i.e an over ambicious , power hungry rebellious officer who is potentially dangerous! You see mukhtar has been receiving national intelligence reports even when he was in retirement because of the boys that he and some other people like gusau have placed in the various intelligence agencies. infact gusau can get any report he wants today from mukhtar even cia reports about goings on in nigeria and abroad. |
I hope you people can now see how they disgraced ribadu what they did was the National security adviser gave the directive that ribadu was to be arrested on the day of his graduation i.e on saturday. the security officer at NIPPS with some policemen, sss and soldiers that where dispatched dragged him, his wife , his children and friends who came to attend the ceremony out of the graduation venue before the cermony even started while all the graduants where seated only for him to find out that there where vehicles from the National security organisations office waiting for him outside the compound of nipps. the national security adviser sent an intelligence signal and cicular to all intelligence agencies calling ribadu a "dangerous renegade police officer" when you get such a circular its usually if there are also intelligence reports linking ribadu to a proposed coup plot , meaning they have reason to beleive that if those officer that where demoted are allowed to stay in the force being that they feel disenfranchised they may want to retaliate or revolt against the government. At this point ribadu is at the mercy of the presidency, NSA, SSS, ICPC, PSC and the minister of jusctice. his charges range from curruption, insubordination (to the minister of justice and other police officers), treason (exposing national secrets to intenational community without prior govt and national security approval) and possibly coup plot planning! |
it can never work be lagos state has no jurisdiction over national security issues by law, such issues can only be official from the FG, also fashola cannot enforce it because he has not control over police by law! shi ke na! so fashola and the state legislative are only inviting qeury and possibly arrest from FG if they are to even try to pass such thing to law, nigeria is a federal republic not a democratic republic and long live the federal republic on nigeria. nigeria was created before lagos state, long live the federal republic! |
actually CBN fixes a maximum on fixed deposit interest rates i beleive its currently at 13.50% meaning no bank can give you more than 14% per annum on a fixed deposit. |
As for governor fashola i would like to call him to order on the limitations of his authority and power. Fashola has no authority or power on national security as stated in the exclusive list in the federal constitution meaning he cannot even order the commisioner of police in lagos to arrest anybody. The commisioner answers and take commands only to the Zonal Commanders and IG of police. So he cannot apoligise to her on behalf of the government he can only do so personally, only the security panel which is currently sitting on the issue can apologise, or recommend any action or compensation to be taken. however fashola can offer her free medical care in a govt hospital owned by lagos state. So fashola my friend learn to realize and admit the limitations of your office authority and power before you disgace yourself! ill simply regard you as uneducated, because being a governor he should now better about political processes. |
recommendations for the panel , simply aquit arogundade and his boys and leave them to return to their duties because they where all simply doing the national duties and their job! so somebody cannot do their job again because the daughter of the senate sargent at arms is invlolved! The panel should simply write an apology letter explaining everything i said above to uzoma and her father , the panel should also offer her free medical assitance or a cash sum as compensation. |
arogundade cannot answer to any court of law, he can only answer to a national security panel the navy boys attached to him where doing their job because the girl uzoma actually breached national security by disrupting the convoy of a flag officer commanding (FOC) at that point uzoma became an enemy of the state! Theres no difference to this case and if someone tried to intercept or disrupt the convoy of the joint task force commander they will beat shege out of that person . at that point person would immediately be categorized as an assasin, a militant and enemy of the state. uzoma is lucky they did not shoot her! convoys and escorts usually are not supposed to be partial to any other motorist on the road except a fellow convoy! |
