BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 9:39pm On Jul 14, 2008
-intercontinental only cares about people who are in political or high government positions
-oceanic only does arangee/set up stealing and fake armed robbery from its own banks so they can claim insurance, NDIC money
-skye bank was set up as a corporate brothel/ashi joint for big men
- First bank "truly the last" lol,, big stong but unreliable!
- UBA they advertise alot of things but nothing works
-Bank PHB, their TV advertisements are not what you get in the branches
-Zenith , they are at the zenith of COT, fees, charges and stupidity
-Diamond,"a diamond lasts for never" lol
-Access they are too oyibo-ish!
-spring bank a cbn adopted child from a government takeover
-unity bank : lai lai, lie, lie
BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 3:01am On Jul 06, 2008
standard is the only real true international bank with branches in dubail , south africa, russia, usa, london, china, japan, etc

neither zenith nor gtbank are truely international because thier uk websites are a sham. also zenith outsources its banking in the us. So only standard is closest to international status 2nd only to citibank.

it may be possible that standard bank, gtbank and standard chartered may merge in the near future.
BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 12:53am On Jun 30, 2008
It would be nice to see GTB open branches in dubai, south africa, new york, hong kong etc

Also GTB needs to start responding to enquiry emails and put up a chat , so that people can chat with customer service if they want to open an account or if they have an issue, access, skye, zenith banks havs a chat so i don't see why GTB dosnt, apart from that GTB is still the best!
BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 12:38am On Jun 30, 2008
These banks are in alliance (i.e the have agreed on this) thats why you get a good deal on one thing with one bank and another deal on another thing in another bank.

Even in terms of COT and fees they are in alliance, one bank may charge you less for certain services, while another will charge you more for that same service.

Even in terms of location they agree on where they will establish bank branches.

By now CBN through its bank supervision department should have mandated all banks to notify customers of thier current charges for all services on theri websites and in the bank branches.
BusinessRe: Cashcraft - Thieves Or A Broker by jimmyjam: 4:41pm On Jun 25, 2008
yes cashcraft has a good research and informations on dividend, bonus, AGM's etc once your registered with them.

they even has direct linkage to a GTB and UBA bank account which allows you to transfer money back and forth between your brokerage account and your bank account.

these are the reasons i would give them 60-70% out of 100%.
BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 4:10pm On Jun 24, 2008
some of the banks on this list are better then others in certain areas for example the older banks are better at giving loans and credit than most of the new banks, but the new banks are better at use of IT, websites etc

whats so surprising is that the older banks over all are among the worst. how can banks that are so capitalised with the largest asset base, be so poor over all in rating where as the new banks that have less assets and less capitalisation have higher rating.

and whats also surprising is how the new banks are majority owned by the older banks for example first bank is one of the major investors behind access bank.

BusinessRe: To Get Legitimate Credit Cards in Nigeria by jimmyjam: 9:59am On Jun 23, 2008
Is it that ebay dosnt post things to nigeria, or is it that ebay will not accept a paypal verified debit/credit card issued in nigeria?

You can get a paypal account and link your credit/debit card to the paypal account because paypal will check to see if there is money in the account via network verification to visa and your bank in nigeria. this is the case even for banks in us and uk the account has to be verified for the adequate amount of funds first, before it debits the account.

however a lot of e-bay sellers dont post (send UPS/fedex/uk post postage/mail) to africa (nigeria specifically) partly because its too much of a hassle to handle and they want funny things mailed, such as guns, dildos etc that carry customs restrictions!

however with some nigerian banks coming to the uk, us etc this will become a thing of the past because those cards will be issued with local card numbers.

so for now you can at least withdraw money at an ATM or use it at a POS terminal and in some cases you can link the card to some banks accounts such as citibank and indirectly deposit it into that account and from there use your citibank card.

BusinessRe: Latest Fraud Threat To GTB And Springbank by jimmyjam: 10:41pm On Jun 21, 2008
The simplest way to beat this kind of attack is to keep all notices, notifications, and emails sent to customers within the intranet login screen versus sending things externally to personal email addresses.

Adedibu is dead, !!!!!!!I hope all can see now what happens to people who don't want to be fair. Let this be a lesson to ladoja, ajimobi, Lam and co. now adedibus son will be messed up seriously.

good for ladoja an very loud mouthed, non straight forward idiot EFCC, ICPC etc will put himself, adedibus son in jail.

adedibus son was cutting down lumber illgally and exporting it without remitting the proceeds to neither the state for federal govt infact he was not even paying export duty.
BusinessRe: Cashcraft - Thieves Or A Broker by jimmyjam: 12:36am On Jun 08, 2008
Reasons for delay in buying and selling stocks in nigeria are: when you give a broker a mandate to buy or sell (i.e you tell them to buy or sell) it takes betwen 1 to 14 days or more for the stocks to be bought the reason for this is because the buy or sell form has to be stamped with stamp duty and signed (with use of stamp) by about 2 or 3 officials from NSE, SEC, CSCS respectively and this is why it takes up to one week to buy or sell, by which time the profit you hoped for is gone.

This means that NSE, SEC, CSCS and your broker are making huge gains from your money as a i speculated.
this only leaves you with the ability to make money via quaterly dividends and bonuses and if your lucky by the stock rising for a period of 3 month

the solution to this is to make sure your broker has an automated tading system with direct computer network linkage to NSE and CSCS this way your trades can be executed real time and you can know immediately if a stock is available or not!

About 90% of nigerian brokers are still using paper forms, while 10% are using this ATS (automated trading system) so make sure you ask your broker if they are suing ATS to trade. Also make sure you sign up with cscs for an individual investor account . that way you can log on to cscs to confirm your trades, e-dividends, e-bonuses etc
Infact there are new regulations now that firsms must notify SEC, NSE about all bonuese and dividends so also check SEC and NSE website to monitor new subsequent dividends and bonuses.

CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by jimmyjam: 5:36am On May 24, 2008
the main rason for this corporate prostitution for the women involved is the money. while the main reason for the men is the libido issue. it has nothing to do with the need for promotion to another job post or position by the females that is only a secondary reason. and this is the reason why high class do it.
BusinessRe: Cashcraft - Thieves Or A Broker by jimmyjam: 10:42am On May 23, 2008
cashcraft is o.k i give then 60% out of 100% because there have been some good reports and there have been some bad reports. but what really needs to be done is a major overhaul of the securities industy in nigeria as a whole. meaning the laws need to be created and guidlines given that allows EFCC to go after erring stockbrokers.
CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by jimmyjam: 7:16am On May 20, 2008
so anyway,

in classifying these secretaries who are interested in their boss and corporate prostitution we can subdivide prostitution into:

1, professional: stand by the street or are on call via agency, live at guest house or hotel lobbies etc

2, corporate: operate in organizations : business, government, school, etc

3, high cass: are usually well educated wel exposed some have even been poitical or big business figures their activities are not usually done in the open

4, normal/casual: is a simple housewife or lady who occasionaly needs financial assitance or has financia issues or my have psychological issues, only then do they take the role of the 3 others abvoe
CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by jimmyjam: 7:03am On May 20, 2008
kajiang02 you sef know say you dey decieve yoursef! mind u ive traced the origins of it (bosses sleaping with thier secretries) and the level it has reached in the society including the fallout of pimps, hos, and players, so we can decieve ourself and ignore it, or as keybu said and i quote

"This is a fact why can't we look in to this matter and find a solution to it. My dear honorable member figure may not be available but sheet happen"

so, r~e~s~o~l~v~e , it before you too become a victim ie either a ho, a love-vendor, a player, a prostitute (either corporate high class, professional or ordinary)
BusinessRe: Cashcraft - Thieves Or A Broker by jimmyjam: 2:00am On May 16, 2008
Current problems and solutions surrounding stockbrokers, SEC, NSE, CSCS, and securities industry in general in Nigeria

objective view

- no harmonised  software system that allows buying and selling , that can easily be branded for stockbrokerage use and therefore use by shareholders

- issues of strike, internet inavailability/ network outages

- stockbrokerage don't have technical know how to implement information technlogy and so staff are overworked and underpayed for jobs that can use computer and information technology.

- there are a lot of laws or rather lack of laws that do not cover gray areas regarding the securities industry

-poor communication via email, phone, fax etc

- some brokers advertise stock analysis and portfoio software that they dont have just to attract share holders

subjective view (my personal view)

- there are saboteurs in our midst that are either c.i.a operatives pretending to be nse and stockbroker staff whos aim is to slow down and
prevent nigerians and nigeria from prospering by buying and selling of stocks

- that certain individuals and groups (including banks and trusts)  both local and international have purchased
bulk stocks of these companies for the next 20 or so years. thereby making only few of these shares available this is why
stockbokers in nigeria tell you not all stocks are available. these groups then re-sell these shares for extra profit in a foreign stock exchange
usualy in america, uk, south africa etc and call them small cap  or mid cap stocks i.e cheap stocks.

they do this so that the queen (uk) and americans also benefit from our money and profit in nigeria by charging high buy/sell commission . in short its called
neo colonialism i.e a new method of colonialism and slavery.

- the brokers and nse staff themselves want settlement i.e bribe before they bring out these stocks to sell to you.

- the stockbrokerage companies themselves want to make money from your money first before allowing you to buy and sell on your own i.e they wnt to also enjoy inside your money with you.

soutions

- use of EFCC, NSE, SEC to report these sabotuers and erring stockbrokerage firms

- stockbrokerage should implement and computerize more so as to make job of brokers and staff easier

- a presidential task force combining staff from the folowing areas to steamline and allow NSE, SEC, CSCS, EFCC,  SSS, senators, ministry of finance, bank reps, stockbrokerage reps, Nigerian bar association reps. to make this information system and buying and selling of stocks in nigeria hitch free and without corruption and sabotage.

-need for creation of laws for more comprehensive securities industry

- ndidi onwurike, cecelia ibru should be sacked because if men where there a better job would be done in areas of cscs, nse etc

- allow free flow of communication via various methods
PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 3:23pm On May 04, 2008
I hope you people can see how Adedibu can be messed up! if they put him in jail he wil simply die there  i hope you can now see how edo mafia is weeding out some of adedibus placed civil servants who are illitrates with fake degrees and certificates.

The typical yoruba man is full of esu (god of trickery aka the devil) and in edo they don't worship esu.  aslo they don't have shango (god of thunder i.e to strike) and the typical yoruba man cannot leave his juniors at work alone without (disturbing) striking them for no reason!

Even the edo man worship his own juju in front of his house for everybody to see, where as the yoruba man will hide his own juju under the bed, in his briefcase or in the bush or forest (oracle) i.e ifa. And this is how yorubaman behaves (like the gods and juju that they worship)

edo don't have bad  gods, they only  gods for god, such as: god of mother/fertility/children, agriculture, protection etc and god of vengance

but most yoruba gods are for bad!

for example these are the behaviors of esu. and there is a babalowo esu specialist that produce 1 juju for each of these behaviors and they will put it in a bag as a kit and give to the person.

- he likes to pretend that he doesnt like better thing
- he causes fight between 2 people by lying
-he cannot be staightforward in thinking and behavior
-hes always trying to be bigger than himself . ie he will carry a car and house that he cannot afford or that does not belong to him just to pose, and he loves spending money he dosnt have, thereby being prone to 419 and drug smuggling
-he will be laughing and be un-serious about something when people are being serious
-he will be purposely friendly with some people and unfriendly with others so they feel bad abut themselves
-he likes to make people uncomfortable so that they leave the vicinity  i.e by putting sand in their food etc
-he likes to be-little people by indirect disrespect
-he likes to manipulate peoples destiny by paying someone to mess them up at work
-one will behave bad and one will behave good
-they are very petty and unecessarily jealous

the person will take the ones they need for the day, and put it in their bag or pocket, when thy want to put the behavior in action they will shake the juju or blow chalk on it

infact hotels are not excluded now the new hotels springing up are now having ladies who claim to be so called "hostesses" i.e people who are suppose to make your hotel stay customer friendly by visiting you in your room to say hello etc (similar to air hostess in the airplane) and these hostesses are providing the players with their needed enjoyment!

and obviously they let the men know from the start that thier bed warming services cost money because they have to in some cases "share money" for the management. so these are all new avenues or channels of prostitution,
ComputersRe: The Best ISP In Nigeria? by jimmyjam: 11:28pm On Apr 16, 2008

PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 3:55am On Apr 12, 2008
abiola ajimola most likely is abiola ajimobi using a 419 name!
thanks cooler for clarifying to the rest who are ignorant of who controls oyo state because i know that ajimobi cannot set exam because its edo mafia thats sets exam in oyo state.

apparently this question of if abiola ajimobi can govern oyo state has been fashioned to mess him up, the real question we should be asking is who control oyo state! so yes ajimobi cannot govern oyo state he is not fit to in every and all ways and he has a vote of no confidence!

like i said if i want to mess any politician up in oyo state i can mess them up . once again there is a former oyo senator i.e senator akinwumni that edo mafia using sss declared him wanted and he took the next available flight and went on excile in the us today and he has court charges for stealing govt money via contracts so most of these people are not fit to govern oyo state!

My final prognosis, recommendations for oyo state:

i recommend that all these guys be shoved aside for rasak lawal and the children (sons) of the former oba (adeyemo), lekan salami, raji rasaki, in saki col togun son should be a commisioner representing that area , there should be 2 commisioners who are people who have distiguished themselves in the govt or business i.e such as a former manager of shell and  a retired army col, also 2 special duties comissioners one a hausa from sabo and another from maybe ijebu or osun state who was born and bred in ibadan,  also there should be one career civil servant appointed as commisioner. also there should be a commisioner from ogbomoso,  also theres a journalist guy from ibadan (i think his name is ladepo or something) he appears to be a truthful honest guy he can be commisioner of information, adedibus son can also continue as long as he behaves himself.  In short oyo state needs unity, fairness, progress, equity, justice etc

if emergency rule has to be declared due to instability then general mufu balogun should be appointed being an infantry specialist and he has expereince with peacekeeping

The solution is in the bible

"let all of you give and encorage one another showing respect, peace, fairness etc to one another "

also " give to orphans what is rightfully theirs" i.e be fair to them and everyone

also "do not adjust an ancient boundry line" i.e do not take what is not rightfully yours

because they are the ones who can handle things now i.e they are young, vibrant, educated, classey , exposed to be able to make things move i.e progress but they will have to make sure they include people who have the backing of edo mafia in that govt.
all contracts done should not be more than 40% profit and 10% of this 40% of all contracts should be shared equally among the governor, deputy gov, house of reps, local govt chairmen etc the remaining 30% is for edo and kaduna mafia to share among their members in the state and at federal levels!

this should be the format for state ministries infact his should be format for most state ministries:

finance
economic affairs
security affairs
information and complaints
agriculture and forestry
industries and manufacturing
lands and housing
works
youth and sports
culture and tradition
education
sanitation
special duties (2 in number)
water resources
transport
labor and personnel
local govt and rural affairs
religious affairs
health
justice
womens affairs

infact i wont be surprised if oluseun osewa is an edo boy or girl because osewa is the kind of name that the edo who intermarried with the yoruba in ondo state bear!

so with that i give myself a passmark and ajimobi a fail mark, and to my edo people i say a big wadooooooo! or wacoyooooo  meaning welcome lol
CareerRe: Masters Degree Or Work Experience To Work In Nigeria by jimmyjam: 3:25am On Apr 12, 2008
in nigeria the use and importance of education, training and experience where not fully explained to us by the british when they came to nigeria until most recently.

1 certification and technical schools and polytechnics give your direct hands on capabilities to work for emplyers or to go into working for yourself

2 degrees give you the ability to do research and to more effectively manage the money and resources in a particular area.

3 in short you are suppose to first get certified before you get a degree

4 expereince is something you are to be getting from day one meaning if your parents where pharmacists and you used to follow them to work and you learned a few things from them you are as good having some experience!

5 its best to combine all these experience, education and certification together

6 another thing you will need is mentorship i.e someone in the same career who is senior to you who can guide, support, teach you, be your god father etc

7 almost everywhere in the world now certification, license, chartered status are what governent and companies are requiring from lawers, doctors, IT/telecom, bankers, accountants, project management etc

however ive noticed that the richest of all dont have any of these things but experience. e.g dangote, bill gates, john d rockerfeller etc

Infact theres a networking event in lagos now called first fridays that holds every friday or at least every friday of the month somewhere in victoria island lagos at a restaurant/bar. this event is a high profile corporate brothel or as the younger yoruba people would put it "ashi joint"

whats so amazing abot this event is the the daughters of some senators, and so called rich men in nigeria are the ones who are patronizing this event more than others so you can see that the rich men wont spend thier money on their daugters but will spend it even on another mans daughter and i find this sad. they will tell thier daughters to get married but the girl will say the young man dosnt have enough money and its the old rich gys that are encouraging this sugar daddyism lol
PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 10:34pm On Apr 09, 2008
you have to have a complete kit before you go into politics i.e you have to be a soldier with a complete kit i.e bag, ammunition, panadol, mess kit (food) compass, map, helmet, bullet proof etc

also for a student you have to have exercise book, pencil, bag, ruler, maths set etc

farmers you have to have cutlass, implements, fertilizer, seedings, tractor, water for irrigation etc

so also in politics you have to have the civil servants, police, SSS, soldeirs, judiciary, press etc on your side i.e you have to be well kitted, if not you will be messed up!
CareerRe: Salary In The Nigerian Army? by jimmyjam: 6:09am On Apr 09, 2008
yep its all about serving for a good cause , its a sacrifice, however officers will have to make money on the side if they want to enjoy the better things in life! if not you'll simply have your basics alone.

Vice admiral is right if nobody joins the government as civil and military servants who will do the job, we can all see the good job ribadu did in EFCC , 90% of efcc are govt employees , i.e police, sss, judiciary etc so also who will work at central bank, infact some of these people have no choice because they are the children of old soldiers and civil service personnel who have no choice but to join because this is where they can find a job they dont have connections in private companies.

vice admiral the almighty God will reward you, becos you are doing a good job, besides the armed forces in any country can be called upon to take reigns of the govt if there is break down of law and order and impose martial law!
PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 2:55am On Apr 07, 2008
Infact There are people who are well polished than ajimobi such as architect rasak lawal who are more capable of running oyo state.

If edo mafia wanted to carry out a coup during obasanjos regime, especially with all his travellings abroad they would have! after all general obgomudia and vice admiral afolayan the then chief of army and naval staff are edo mafia men infact tafa balogun is also a member as well as the chief of defence staff during objs first term. admiral ibrahim ogohi who happens to be an igala man from kogi state but is also an edo mafia man!

its quite posssible that ogohi's grandfather was an edo man that settled in igala area and his name was ogho-ehi i.e an edo name. also ogohi was fair in complexion, also most ibadan people and yorubas who are fair in complextion are great great grandchildren of edo who either settled, intermarried or ethnicaly cleansed by edo who fought against ibadan people at ekotedo.

infact there are a lot yoruba names that are originally edo such as: sola, dhare (dare), ehi ola(eniola), oyo (oyofo/ohiyo), eghe (jegede), ola, ayo (ahiyo), ariyo (arhiyo) , ojora (ojo-rha) , durosanmi-etti, olunloyo (olu-lo-ehi-oyo) ,  oyekan (ohen-khan), kayode, ade, funke (fun-khe), seyi (she-ehi), adeoti (ade-oti), aare (ah-rhe), eyitayo (ehi-tayo/ehi-ayo), oni, ayeni (ayehi), fawehinmi, temilehin, osunlade, rotimi, jaiye (jah-iye), ajao, akao (akhao), ronke, lanre, ibukun, ade-ibinu i.e adedibu which means king of anger or the king of the benin people), akala (akhi-ala), ige (ighe or ighedalo i.e bola ige) agunloye, ajala, ani-kula-ekpo-ikhu-eti (i.e anikulapo-kuti)  idiagbon (idia-gbeon)

which means an edo name like ehindero can also be spelt eyidayo, eyidaro or eyidero

akala does not know where his great grandparents are from hes not originally from ogomosho, the name akalala was one of the founding fathers who left benin to start fuga in edo north area from which one of his sons came with another edo man known as ogbomo to start what is today known as ogbomosho so akala is actually a fuga prince (otun-oba which is also an edo like title meaning close/second to oba) unfortunatley akala cannot speak fuga language so he will simply have to take directive from an akhigbe (which means war lord)

adelusi-adeluyi (these are edo names i.e ilusi and luyi)
also are names like olawuyi or lawuyi this is an edo name.

akhirinade (akhi-irin-ade) which is similar to akhigbe (akhi-igbe) infact akhirinade has a pointed edo nose, similar to the benin bronze head.

even some igbo and other names, such as kanayo (ikhane-ayo) porbeni (porb-ehi), ada, odeh (a benue name), okoye (okho-iye), edozien (edo-zien), ugo (ugodhalo)

infact the name olunloyo means olu went to meet ehi in oyo (after leaving from benin)! so based on this ibadan people came from benin or at least some of them.
