Only South Africa and Ghana have done something recognizable with regards to fighting Covid19

SA has tested over 140 000 people and Ghana over 70000, SA and Ghana also have the lowest infections rates in Africa(and one of the lowest in the World) when we factor in the amount of tests done.

Kenya has only tested around 15 000 people and Tanzania has not published testing data!
