Yes we have one of the highest inequality in the world in fact inequality is higher now than during apartheid, but that's due to the current government and not due to white people as I see you are trying to claim.

And if you did a bit more research you would see that South Africa has more Black Middle class than any other country in Africa and you'll also find that South African Blacks are wealthier than any black nation in Africa.

Also if you look at the amount of people living under the poverty line you'll also find that percentage wise South Africa has 17% living under the poverty line while Ghana has 24% living under the poverty line according to the CIA factbook

Decolonisation was stalled due to the cold War, hence the same reason South Africa gained dependence only in the late 20th century is the same reason Ghana only gained independence in the late 20th century.
