Even their economic stats are usually outdated. CIA deals with national intelligence, economics of nations is not even among their priority.

Oxfam use a different yardstick than the IMF for example.

Thus you can't use OXFAM for one countrys poverty rating and compare it to another country which you used the IFM to get their poverty data
