Politics / Have You Bought Fuel At 86.5 Naira Per Litre? by jliusadura(m): 3:11pm On Jan 05, 2016
I just bought my first fuel at N86.50 Naira per litre. Location: at Keto petrol station , Ajibode, Ibadan. Condition: Maximum of 25 litres for vehicles, no sales for kegs. I later went to Conoil at U.I to fill up my tank also at N86.50 naira per litre without any restriction the number of litres but no sales for kegs. Please share your experience and conditions imposed by fuel stations if any. Please let's know your location.

No wonder he was everywhere shouting "Buhari is a dictator!". He saw it coming. That's why we said all the defense they are getting from wailers is just corruption fighting back.

Buhari publicly challenged you to bring evidence. If you can't bring it then you are the one that is dump. Bring evidence if you are the true son of your father

Take am

I don't know what is happening to waste management in Nigeria's largest city. For about two weeks now the city is becoming an eye repelling as refuse dumps grow bigger as days passed by. This unlike before when waste management was largely effective. Are those responsible on strike or what? Update: The refuse is now being evacuated. It's like someone forwarded this post to the appropriate authority. Kudos!

The Federal Ministry of Education on Wednesday in Abuja honoured Dr Victor Olalusi who scored 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) in the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Russian National Research Medical University, Moscow (RNRMU) in 2013, arguably the first in the world.

Olalusi, who was the best graduating student in the whole Russian Federation in 2013, studied in RNRMU under the Russia-Nigeria Bilateral Education Agreement.

Olalusi previously had the best WAEC result in 2004, First Class Architecture (FUTA) -2005. JAMB Best Science Student (JAMB score 322) – 2006. Cowbell Prize Award – 2006. Medicine First Merit list (OAU) – 2006. Highest OAU Post UME (score – 325) – 2006.

Speaking at the event, Dr MacJohn Nwaobiala, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry said a lot of Nigerian students were brilliant but Olalusi was a genius.

He said Olalusi had become an ambassador not only to the ministry but to Nigeria and Russia.

Let people buy big generator and share power instead of each person producing carbon monoxide. That way we can reduce pollution pending when there would be stable electricity.

There is nothing like husband snatcher. Abati probably left a troublesome woman and pitch tent with peace so he can live long.

Lol @ Kunfu. That babe won't take you serious oh. After the call whatsapp asked me for rating and I gave it 3 stars out of five. I think they are still working on improving the service that's why they ask for ratings. But with that cheap rates it really worth it.

I made call using whatsapp today and discovered that it's far cheaper to call any network. From my calculation, 5 minutes call costs just 1mb. Mathematically, if 1 gig = 1000 naira; 5 minutes only costs 1 naira.

Education / Nuc Approves Ui School Of Business by jliusadura(m): 3:15pm On Sep 22, 2015
The National Universities Commission has formally given its nod for the establishment of the University of Ibadan School of Business (UISB).

In a letter of 9 September, 2015 coded NUC/FAS/AS/FOI/VOL. 11/145 signed by the Commission's Director of Standards, Dr. G. Kumo, the approval was sequel to the recent resource evaluation visit carried out by a panel of experts to the institution's proposed School of Business with a view to assessing the human and material resources available for its establishment in a statement by the University's Director of Public Communication, Mr. Olatunji Oladejo.

The letter reads in part, " I am directed to inform you that the Management Committee during its 460th meeting held on Wednesday, 9 September, 2015 considered and approved the establishment of the School of Business to be situated on the campus of the University to run Executive MBA with specialization in the underlisted (Telecommunication, Agribusiness, Oil and Gas, effective from the 2015/2016 Academic Session."

The letter also stressed that further inclusion of options would require the express approval of the Commission.

"All programmes shall bear only the approved titles and nomenclatures (MBA Telecommunications), etc and any change will require the approval of the Commission", the letter stated.

Finally, the letter noted that the award of such degrees must only be done by academic units. The Commission emphasized that it shall monitor compliance.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Isaac Adewole, speaking through the School's pioneer Director, Prof. Adenike Osofisan expressed delight and satisfaction with the approval and thanked the Commission for its expeditious action on the process for the accreditation.

NYSC / Re: NYSC: A Litmus Test For A Faithful Wife/girlfriend by jliusadura(m): 7:15pm On Sep 20, 2015
Any man who allows his wife to go far for NYSC either does not value the relationship or just want some freedom to himself. The same applies to a woman who insists on leaving her husband's hood. The fact is that they are not really into each other. For those in other forms of relationship, they must make provisions for frequent visitation. The fact is that even when you marry there would be times one of the partners has to travel; we have to learn how to cope from now. It starts with knowing your partner's weakness and how to cope with it. Some can't stay alone for long while others can. But never trust anybody 100% to avoid heart attack.
