it is not scambled, though has dollar sign. Check if 11940 H 27500 is green on your w7 @36 deg East. If it is, disregard the $ signs and press on the channels it will show. If not, track with the tp and blind scan.

mine 69z is audio high with TB joshua live....are you sure its not your AV cable or something......i'm in ibadan.
