Good day house. There is this issue i needed to bring to the floor so the anointed Spirit filled brethren on this trend may say something about it.
There is this church in Lagos where the pastor teaches against Holy communion, water baptism, tithe & anointing oil. He said they not for believer's and uses so many scriptures to back it up.
There is this friend of mine going to the church and even leads a fellowship teaching what the pastor teaches and i have tried making him see how its all an error that all because we are believers doesnt invalidate them all but he seems to believe his pastor since there are scriptures they back them up with.

Recently when i wanted to try make him see reasons why He should pay tithe,i asked if he believes that the blessings in deut28 is for us if we obey all what God said and the reply he gave me was that they aren't for believer's that they are for the isrealites and there is a reason why God gave moses the law and blah blah blah.

I asked the Holy Spirit one day if all they teach is the real truth since i always want to holdon to the truth of the Word that i may be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work but the reply i got was a big NO with a troubled feeling right down on the inside of me.

It bothers me much and that's why I decided to bring it on here

Ill like to respond to Bro JMG1, question on the use of anointing oil.
When Moses was asked by God to build Him a tabernacle, he was given the recipe to prepare some material to be used inside the tabernacle. Such materials he was to prepare included d anointing oil, incense nd d likes to be used in d tabernacle. The ingredients to prepare dis materials was given in details nd the preparation was given in details by God to Moses. He was told to stick with the instructions.
The role of the oil in d old testament was to represent the anointing of the Holy Spirit. There were three categories of anointing in the old testament which were Priest anointing, prophet anointing and king anointing. Moses anointed Aaron as the Highpriest nd it was done with oil, to transfer that same anointing to others, the Holder of the anointing has to anoint the successor wit oil nd by so doing, the very presence of the Holy Spirit d original was having is also distributed/transferred. The same happens for a king, He has to be anointed to carry the authority of the Holy Spirit to be king. The same applies to prophets too(as a matter of there were usually schools for prophets nd sons of prophets in those days). Dis is d background to d use of anointing oil in d old testament. Now let me talk about new testament.

In the new testament, the oil is spiritual, as could be seen in d case of Jesus wen d woman suffering from issue of blood touched d hem of His garment( Just like d anointing oil dat flowed from Aaron head down his garment wen it was poured on him). In the new testament, authority, gift, and all that is now transferred by the laying on of hand. Cos we now operate in the spirit wch is the real thing.

However, the is a difference between the presence of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Holy Spirit. His presence is everywhere but His power can be limited. But here is where d use of objects come in. Thr power of the Holy Spirit like electricity is transferable. In acts of the apostles, we see cases where people brought handkerchief nd peter prayed on dem nd wen d handkerchief was layed on d sick, dey recovered. Same applies to praying into water and oil. The power of the Holy Spirit can be transferred into those objects, it could be anything, table, car, phone, anything.
The danger of doing this too often is dat ppls faith may get shifted to these objects nd could become idolatry. You can read up about John G lake, a missionary to South Africa. He was greatly used of God in the area of healing nd a time came wen d crowd became too much, he went to a big tree nd transferred d power there, anyone who went to toych it becme healed immediately nd ppl almost idolized it. I think dey ended up cutting it.
So we av to b careful in our day not to base our faith in objects but d use is biblical.

I did as instructed and yes it did worked, seems as if I never used anointing oil before.
I don't know if its a gift I have or it relates to everyone,whenever there is an evil spirit around,be it anywhere or in my house,I don't see them but always perceive them,there is one kinda awful smell that comes with there presence and mostly they usually come around whenever am praying mostly in the midnight.

All I do when they come around when praying is to pause the prayer,bind and cast them out in the name of Jesus and they leave,sometimes they don't come back and sometimes as stubborn they are,they still force themselves back making me cast them out over and over again but surprisingly after anointing just my room and myself before praying around12,they never came,as in I could sense them outside the house but seems there is another mightier force fighting them back and all through my time of prayers,no awful smell of there presence whatsoever.

God is indeed great and mighty, He is the Lord of host and there is indeed power in the blood of Jesus. am so going to anoint the whole of the house today by God's Grace.

@3... Have you ever read biblical accounts of those who were anointed and what they benefited?... there you have some benefits.

I mostly always have anointing oil but always directly from my pastor,only that I haven't done that on my own and needed to know more and make it a usual spiritual activity thereby taking charge and not always depening on my pastor.

@#3 yes I have and understand them but will also go through them again. Now that I have interest in it,will pay more attention to the details.

Hold up your olive oil and pray:

The type of container in which you put your anointing oil is also important:

Make sure your bottle has not been used to hold liquor or any other thing NOT ACCEPTABLE to the Father! Ask the Lord if the container is ok.

Caution However:

WHEN FILLING YOUR CONTAINER (S).....

-BE CAREFUL so that the oil does not spill all over . If it does by mistake, clean it up well. Don't just leave it there. Have "respeck" for your Saviour's blood.

-You can use a NEW little make-up brush (cosmetic stores sell them) or a NEW little paint brush SPECIALLY RESERVED for that ( and nothing else!) to anoint the house. This way, your oil won't spill carelessly.

-If you see it in the Spirit , it is BLOOD. As in actual blood, haemoglobin. Ask God to show you.

-MAKE SURE you wash your brush(es) well !" GOD IS INTO PURITY AND HOLINESS, SO MUST WE BE!!!

Personnally, i washed thoroughly with soap, then sterilized in boiling water, a little glass bottle in my possession that contained glycerin, then dried it under the sun before filling it. I always carry my little bottle in my bag wherever i go. It is always with me. I sterilize my bottle once in a while when i want to refill it.

In the above verse, God did not promise us that weapon will not formed against us, that satan won't attak us, that things won't sometimes go wrong, that we won't have bad dreams, that things won't get tough, that people won't go against us, that things will always work out well, that we won't face persecutions etc but he said no weapon that is formed will NOT prosper/prevail. God is getting you ready for HIS WILL in your life. Understand that you are going through training and one don't get better when you don't practise. God is taking you through practise so you may not be ignorant of satans devices/strategies/schemes.

Just stay with God and keep getting stronger as He is taking you on this journey. Rejoice bro because you have a great future ahead, satan know who you are and that's why he's trying to do all he can to get you away from God, just don't allow him.

I don't know how long your training will last but know that it will stop one day when the Lord sees you are ready for the future. God is given you space to grow spiritually, its not as if He can't stop the devil from attacking you, but if He stops all, them how will you grow. Study more of the WORD of GOD and learn to use you authority.

The only issue about cele is that they have actually introduced some other doctrine on there own thereby mixing something else with God.

I remember when I was still in the world, I was involved in internet scam popularly known as yahooyahoo and I actually went to one after hearing so many testimony about how some did some work at cele churches "different cele church" and collected money big time. I went to one and I did as well, after the pastor did some stuffs, had to go to a flowing river to bath and he" the pastor" throw biscuit mixed with some powder into the river and small fishes came out from no where and started eating and yes I collected money too few days or weeks after that. Infact we went to another and the man was asking us for almost 90k or so that he will give us handkerchief, ring and some soaps so that when we chat with magas "clients" they will me hypnotised and will pay us whatever we requested for. All cele churches are now pollutted. Most times they get infos from demons and call them maliaka " angels they refer to". Infact what ever you need, be it you want to make your business grow, you want favor from men, you want a husband or wife etc. Just go to cele church and you get it. They see nothing wrong in marrying witches, or people with marine spirits. They are after power and not minding where they get it from which makes them open themselves to dark powers

My God does not work that way, having everything at your pleasure, He is more concern ABOUT US than what He wants to GIVE US. He said in mat6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Seek first before and not after. May God help us all. Cele churches are of God but there doctrine and services has been polluted. I will never have anything to do with cele churches, I will even advice my enemy against it unless am supernaturally led by the Holy Spirit concerning it but untill that happens, I advice everyone to stay away from them.

bro 2law, you appreciated kallmemrB posts because he told you what you needed to hear. The bible says in john 8:32 that Yeh shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.

From your posts, there are somethings that I need to point out to you and u need to understand that this is your gift and no one else and no one is jealous of your gifts to want to give you false advice, this trend is for people of God, Children of God and has helped and blessed a lot.

1. Angels smile even when they have nothing to say but don't stare as you have stated
2. Angels dont do harm to someone else by causing accdents but demons do
3. Tho angels also are ministering spirit and they help and attend to human needs but they will never do anything out of God's will

Forget the fact that your mum and grandmum has this gifts. Why you know fully well who this spirits are. All you have to do when you see them is to ask them to reveil themself in the name of Jesus

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10. that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

The name of Jesus is powerful and they sure will reveal themselves to you. if they are truly angels, you will know and if they are demon, they have to obey at the name of Jesus and reveal there trueselves to you.

Why not do/try this before you conclude that some are given you false advice. This thing is very simple. Not acting on this means you don't wish to know for you are scared of the outcome and the truth is if you want to keep seeing them, no one can stop you but brother atleast before you decide either to keep seeing them or not, test and try to know which spirit is it you are seeing.

Please run from cele church I beg you, though not all cele are into fetish things but I can tell you that 95% out of 100 are practically selfish. I have dealings with them before I gave my life to Christ, I tell you they will just take away you gifts and if they can, they tie you down and use you in there ministry. One thing you should understand is that angels don't stare but smile even if they don't have anything to say, I don't think I have ever read somewhere about angels staring. I advice mr 2law to follow what CharlyG1 stated and ask them to leave in the name of Jesus, if they do then you know for sure they are fallen angels but if they don't then you know they are truely God's angels.

Good pm to ma christian brothers and sisters. Between the age of 5 and 6 i had my first vision and it was about a woman... She was to be killed by 2 men and i saw her struggling.. It was like watching a tv and immediately i shouted release her and immediately the knife fell from their hands and she was freed and immediately it vanished. I ran inside to tell my mum and she was not surprised and from then she told me that i was bin foretold when she was pregnant that i would be a great prophet etc. After then like few weeks i started seeing crowd of people with the same faces and all on white looking at me... They are like billions i mean uncountable i can't count them.

From the year 2001 till date they are with me... They don't go away. And i see them with my eyes open... Even if i close my eyes i still see them. They have never talked with me all they have bin doing is look at me since 2001. I have had a live visitation of Angels buh they came to tell me what happened back at home and when i asked my parent all they told me was accurate but it was a fearful experience.. Fear griped me when they came to me i could only communicate with them through ma hrt and they were able to reply me. All i have to say is that i know am not living the christian life as i ought to live. Buh they are der staring and looking at me even at the face of sin all they do is look. Pls i need advice on what to do. Or are they something else? If i try focusing on them to get their true facial look they jst move up and down. Pls i need some spiritual counselling. The heart to heart conversation was in 2008 when they brought an information for me. Then i was awake buh jst lying down in bed in a boarding school around 4am when i saw two men walk into my hostel with the faces of my bunk mate... They carried the faces of my two close bunk mates and classmate. I wanted to shout but my voice was seized den after i tried waking my bunk partner cos i was sleeping down bunk but i was weak then they started telling me things i neva knew of back home and when they were done they left and immediately the rising bell was rung. When visiting day came i asked my parent what they told me and everything word for word had taken place. Let me answer ur question now... This is a different thing from what hv bin experiencing since 2001. Its like your eyes being open ur seeing the world around you and at the same time u are seeing people in another realm at the same time but this people keep looking at you without talk all they do is look and look but if am to pray in which i dont pray often.. I get to see them more and more or am singing a worship song buh they never talk. Hope u'v gotten it? Its like ur eyes being open and ur watching a tv thats not visible to others its only you that can see them.

All i need to know is who i truly am.

This is something to think about: 4 WIVES

Once upon a time there was a rich King who had four wives.

He loved the 4th wife the most and adored her with rich robes and treated her to the finest of delicacies. He gave her nothing but the best.

He also loved the 3rd wife very much and was always
showing her off to neighbouring kingdoms. However, he feared that one day she would leave him for another.

He also loved his 2nd wife. She was his confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with him.

Whenever the King faced a problem, he could confide in her, and she would help him get through the difficult times.

The King's 1st wife was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and kingdom. However, he did not love the first wife. Although she loved him deeply, he hardly took notice of her!


One day, the King fell ill and he knew his time was short.
He thought of his luxurious life and wondered, I now have four wives with me, but when I die, I'll be all alone."


Thus, he asked the 4th wife , "I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me
company?"


"No way!", replied the 4th wife, and she walked away without another word.
Her answer cut like a sharp knife right into his heart.

The sad King then asked the 3rd wife, "I loved you all my
life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?"

"No!", replied the 3rd wife. "Life is too good!
When you die, I'm going to remarry!"
His heart sank and turned cold.


He then asked the 2nd wife, "I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me.

When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?"


"I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!", replied the 2nd wife. "At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave."


Her answer struck him like a bolt of lightning, and the King was devastated. Then a voice called out: "I'll go with you.
I'll follow you no matter where you go."

The King looked up, and there was his first wife. She was very skinny as she suffered from malnutrition and neglect.

Greatly grieved, the King said, "I should have taken much
better care of you when I had the chance!"

In truth, we all have the 4 wives in our lives:

Our 4th wife is our body. No matter how much time and
effort we lavish in making it look good, it will leave us when we die.

Our 3rd wife is our possessions, status and wealth. When we die, it will all go to others.

Our 2nd wife is our family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for us, the farthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.


And our 1st wife is our Soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power pleasures of the world.

However, our Soul is the only thing that will follow us where ever we go. Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of us that will follow us to the throne of God and continue with us throughout Eternity.

Value your soul and feed with the word of God and prayer.
