Due to financial struggles i relocated to my parents house 2023 since then i'm still with them

Now its 2 years and i have gotten financially stable and solid.
I want to leave but my parents are old and they want me to be around them at this stage of their life.

My siblings are all married except me. My siblings are in different states far away from my parents.
I'm the only one closer to them

I'm the one taking care of the house and making sure things are in order.
But deep down i want to leave the house and go create my own family.

If i leave them and move out i fear that things will be out of order and disorganised due to old age.
Unfortunately no younger sibling to help look after them.

What should i do?

1.In this thread, I can count up to 4 doctors who are practicing in different parts of the world. And the unanimous decisionno such poll was conducted on this thread : blood transfusion is still the bedrock of medicine in 2005. If you are a doctor, let us know researches that said blood transfusions ARE NO MORE nobody said this used in emergencies
2. I gave scenarios of acute blood loss where blood is needed immediately, you haven't replied to that.
3. Please how is that sentence contradictory?Many procedures can be done bloodlessly via laparoscopy but the costs are astronomical. Example, open appendectomy is averagely 500k in Lagos. Laparoscopic appendectomy is averagely 1.5m. How many can afford it?the same way they're affording burial, weave on, car, phones, rent, fees etc And whats more, not every hospital can do laparoscopic procedures. Its a costly procedure and you may do it maybe once a week. And what's more, some laparoscopic procedures may be eventually converted to open procedures.
So what in the above post is contradictory?

You are not entirely spot on. Take myself for example, I have being married for 5+ years and I still have a strong sexual attraction for my wife. Don't try to twist the argument here, the nexus of whether the girl lives or die argument in court was the blood transfusion, and in this instance the parents are objecting to medical evidence of blood transfusion because of their faith. Of course the parents would have been told that their are no other options of the girl's survivability but the transfusion. ((Circumstantial).
