It's normal to see police checkpoint in front of their station. I passed area P station on ipaja road and other police stations but no single road block. Infact I saw one of them using car they are using to smuggle to tow another of their car that developed fault on ipaja road. I fear who no fear the Nigeria police

On Friday 27th of March. I left home to a attend a club/birthday in akowonjo. I saw lots of cars used by smugglers fully loaded with goods that day. It's strange I didn't see a single police checkpoint on my way around 10pm. Same thing going back home around 3AM. Are you dyslexic? This same Watchtower quoted in the video? -Check picture for reference.

But, this video update said you can now take blood if you want to as long as you are the one who owns the blood no issue again!!! When was it ever an issue? Personal decision has always existed in their beliefs since 2000s, 90s, 80s, 70s as far back as I can remember.

So, as you can see, they are two different thing.. infact that's what English people call change I've asked you once did you think 2000 was the first time they discussed the issue or that they've not touched on that issue since 2000? The October 15 2000 article clearly rejected ANYTHING STORAGE but the recent announcement now ACCEPTED STORAGE. 2000-2026 is about three whole decades. Were you thinking the people had been moribund since then? This topic has been handled severally within that period including mentions of the various procedures and therapy that involve blood may leave a patient's body, stored, filtered and be reinserted during the procedure.

You can keep twisting but one thing is sure, this announcement has even created more confusion than before. You're the only one confusing yourself.

The grey area in this part you keep pasting is the word storage possibly in blood banks for a longer term. That was not mentioned in this announcement. Inadvertently nothing has changed. Ultimately it's still a personal decision. So, no new policy here. End of quotes.

Furthermore, the Bible does not comment on the use of a person’s own blood in medical and surgical care. Therefore, like other choices about health care, each Christian must make his own decision about the use of his own blood in all medical and surgical care.

The doctor uses your own blood during the surgery itself, not blood stored from someone else.

This does not automatically mean storing blood far in advance.

Does it mean storing your blood ahead of time?

Sometimes yes — but not always.

There are two different things, so it’s good to separate them:

1. Note this this is wrong : Not stored in advance (most common)

But this this is right :
Your own blood is collected during the surgery, cleaned, and returned to you at the same time.

Examples:

Cell salvage (cell saver) — blood lost during an operation is collected, filtered, and given back to you immediately.

Acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) — just before surgery begins, a small amount of your blood is temporarily removed, kept beside you in the operating room, then re-infused during the operation.

Note: This blood is not “stored” in a blood bank.
It stays with you during the whole process.

Jehovah’s Witnesses often consider these acceptable if the blood is kept in immediate connection with the body **(but each person chooses individually)**.

2. Stored ahead of time (pre-operative autologous donation)
Here, a person gives their own blood days or weeks before surgery. It is stored in a blood bank and then used during the operation.

This is long-term storage.
Jehovah’s Witnesses do not accept this, because once the blood is stored separately, outside the body, they view it as no longer part of the person.
