daveP: Odegaard o
I sensed he wanted an Assist so bad it led to his overthinking decisions.
He may personally feel at rivalry with ESR. Why, cos when ESR scored last match, he was the only one that didn't celebrate from the bench. Too too obvious. This may make him overthinking in the final third. I hope he rewatches the clip to see how he messed up.
Loving the sense of urgency though. I think we shouldn't overblow this stuff sha. It might be anything and not necessarily because ESR scored. Maybe he was disappointed in his performance personally or sort. Media likes putting ideas in fans' heads. |

patrickmuf: In my opinion, I think Zlatan though arrogant flows with the media, he has built a personality thus he says most things to keep people talking about him...
I feel Cantona was just living his life and did things based on his instinct, he cared little about the media perception of him... Oh.. Nice to know. Thanks for your input bro |

ChristineC: my brother I only saw Cantona on highlights.
I think it was a confidence thing for Cantona, not really arrogance. Yes, he was also feisty in an era where men were ashamed to appear effeminate or "weak" no matter the situation. Nothing much to it.
For Zlatan, he's really an anomaly when compared to the typical Swedish men. I think he's trying his best to foster impression of this defiance of the Swede to people who hasn't really been with Swedish men. For those who have had close contacts with a good number of Swedes, Zlatan is a far contrast. Sometimes I wonder if Zlatan is really Swedish he's serving his country well, that's all I can say. Lol... I guess his Bosnian abi Croatian heritage is the one affecting Ibra to act the way he did/still doing Appreciate your input lots |

Joezinho: Eric and Zlatan certainly comes off as arrogant, but I would like to disagree..
Confidence level in football comes in different type. Some players know what they are good at, what needs to be improved. Their confidence level is high, but they are down to Earth. They make use of the media very well. Like they make a statement about their future goals in front of them.. They speak up in a very confident manner, but some football fans think this as a sign of arrogance. eg: Eric, Zlatan, Mourinho..
There is an old phrase “it’s hard to be humble when you know you’re the best!” I am not convinced they are really arrogant..
The key thing I’ve noticed is that you never hear former teammates do both of them down.
The documentary is everything bro. Fergie really love cantona.. I really agree with your thoughts 100% Na why I see why you like mourinho The documentary was dope Boss. How fergie flew all the way to Paris to convince Cantona to come back to football Manchester after he has said he wants to quit football after the suspended. Na there I know the kind respect and likeness Ferguson get for am I really appreciate your input boss |

DeadPresidents: Cantona is a true eccentric. Possibly the reason he did not have a steady National team career.
I'd say Cantona for me. Cantona was god at prime Manchester United where an intimidating figure like Sir Alex held sway.
Ibra in comparison was god at the croissant capital of the world Lol.. Someone that did flying kick to fan In a live match . When a whole Ferguson treats you differently than the rest players, you should know such a player na god oo I appreciate your input boss |

afrodoc2: Those are definitely on the Mt Rushmore of confident players alongside maybe Romario and Maradona.
Zlatan’s own has reached pantomime levels so it is difficult to say how much is real and how much he says and does just for effect and to get a reaction.
I will never forget confidence I had whenever Eric was on the pitch flying his collar. Nice... I love the Cantona's confidence sha. The kind of aura he brought to the team. Watching the documentary, it was as if he was the missing piece for man u to catapult to greater height. I appreciate your input doc! |

Spy360: He's a striker or inverted winger depending on how you read games. He's different from Saka and Pepe because he has that sharp run, composure and great finish. But if we play him in the CF role, he will fade out. He's best suited in that inverted role on the LW where he can have space to run into. All thanks to Lacazette too. He's found his partner and both of them are ready to push Auba out of the first team. But this has always been his game, and anyone who's playing inverted winger role are mostly strikers. If you sub Martinelli for ESR, ESR won't play you inverted winger role. Let's just assume you meant he's too young or immature to play the Cf role on his own for now, and you want him to use the wing to grow in the cf role, we might agree. But mehn, everyone knows martinelli is a Cf. Even van persie a striker, started as wing at first, displaying same attributes as martinelli did and we all knew the kind of great striker he turned out to be |

Spy360: Somebody has been shining all the while from the LW position and you attribute it to his being a CF. That LW suits him well since he has Lacazette besides him pulling away defenders and creating loads of space for him to attack with his superior pace.
Stop calling him a CF. Lol... Spy spy. He's talking about his movement and finding space in the central area vacated by Laca to cause goal. The movement, the sense to make the run, the space to find and enter, then coupled with the fine finishing. Those are attributes of a Cf and that's what martinelli is exhibiting. Pepe and saka do play wings most times and hardly do you see them display that attribute. When you see striker, you go know one, even tho he play wings. Even me, I'm all for him to be a striker abeg!! |

Roland17: I dey pity dem so bad. They have only 8 senior players available and this has affected their morale and how they have approached the game. But like I said earlier, we are grateful for the "ifa" and thank goodness the lads are taking their chances. I would rather we play these games than have games in hand. I also thank IFA too oo. I wished we met Everton the way Chelsea met them, I'm sure we would have collected three points instead of zero. Las las, weeks gone, nobody go remember how this match be again. And as for the bolded, it's good we're playing these matches now and accumulating the desired points and increasing the gap amongst our rivals. At least, when they start playing theirs, maybe the tight schedule might be to our advantage |

So I'll celebrate any goal that comes with it. Chelsea had same opportunity yet they drew 1-1 If they situation is reversed, I'm sure they(Leeds) would want to capitalize too. I'm so happy for martinelli, he's just showing why most of us had faith and I'm glad he's back in form |
