Can he cross with pin point accuracy with both feet , instinctively without hesitation ❓❓
How many assists did Saka get last season ❓❓❓
How many Goals did he score last season ❓❓❓❓

Mikel and Etebo were not at their prime in the Championship.. in fact you should not be mentioning Mikel's name in this convo.. you don forget say Mikel play for Premiership just because of Onyedinma don reach there now. And yes Nwakali is above Mikel's level near retirement. komekn: I should reply to your other post about this matter with a lot more depth.
Because you anchor ⚓ yourself on emotive preference not objective appraisal.
Consider Mikel Obi and Etebo they were not outstanding in the Championship good but not anywhere near the best.
Is Nwakali anywhere near the level of Mikel and Etebo❓.
And you are comparing the statistical foot print of players in completely different football ⚽ League. That is not wisdom.
What do you think would happen if you put Mikel and or Etebo in the Segunda division they will be like Maradona and Pogba plus Alonzo. |

Haha Onyedinma will struggle in Malaysia komekn: You seem to carry statistics as the be all and end all of football appraisal. I say it again statistics are indicative not conclusive.
Are all goals the same NOT EXACTLY, a player may not have one on one dominance but is a fox in the box and get lots of tap ins and scored penalities. So it
When you start making comparison between different leagues it becomes even more problematic. Not all second tier league are the same.
Not all leagues have the same distribution of comparable quality from top to bottom. Not all leagues have the same physicality and intensity. In this case the Segunda division Vs Championship.
Without prejudice Nwakali would be lost in the Championship ok n the other hand Onyedinma would-be dominating in the very poor quality Segunda.

I don’t blame NFF entirely. Na only quack coach go work under that kind circumstance to start with. Danielnino00: What if Jpes himself isn't willing to invite new players? I don't want to believe that it's the NFF that's stopping him from calling up fresh legs in the midfield since all these days... |

Then why won't they give jpes a free hand for Sao Tome?.. There will be increasing calls for some of their favs not to be invited. na step by step dem dey use take win war. cross one bridge first Danielnino00: What we should be more concerned about is whether Peseiro or the NFF are ready to get rid of some players in the team and make way for new ones? Say we invite fringe players for the Sao Tome game and then the likes of Musa still gets called up for the next competitive encounter, then what's the point? |

The coach has to be given a free reign to invite who he wants.. Else, you are making the work difficult for any coach. daveP: True. When i kept emphasizing that Rohr wasn't in control of invites, most ignored. What solidified that was that list dropped on twitter then deleted and a modified one was released minutes later. By now, we should be seeing u20 boys involved in squad. But.... |

How many clubs have made an offer for Osimhen as at today? Samueltemi337: Sky Sport Deutschland: Bayern Munich remain in the race to sign Napoli striker Osimhen
German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich remain interested in Napoli striker Victor Osimhen. This was confirmed by Sky Sport Deutschland transfer market expert, Florian Plettenberg who wrote on his Twitter page on Tuesday morning that Osimhen is still a priority target for Bayern Munich.
He disclosed that the Bavarians still want to sign a marquee striker in the summer transfer window and are working on a strategy to make that happen.
The club executives Uli Hoeneß and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge want to make a statement signing this summer and have shortlisted Osimhen as a top target.
The 24-year-old is not the only desired target, with French striker Randal Kolo Muani and England's record top scorer, Harry Kanealso on their shortlist.
Osimhen is one of the best strikers in Europe at the moment and has attracted the interest of big teams in Europe.
While the Italian Serie A champions are still hoping he signs a contract extension, Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis wants 150 million euros (estimated as N120 billion in Nigerian currency) from any team willing to prize him away from the Blues.
Osimhen is also attracting interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. Bayern‘s position is very clear and confirmed again: They still want to sign ONE big striker! They are pursuing a clear strategy in the background. |

Osimhen does not need an easy pass. he will beat Yekini's record regardless. We need to see more players.. We need to test our depth in attack and otherwise. charlesemeka85: even with less friendly game, if osimhen continue with he’s form to the next afcon and World Cup qualifiers he may get up to ten to eleven goals in both footballing series |

I don't think Jpes is the problem in this regard. There are some preferred players that the NFF wants called up at all times. We saw this for the most part with Rorh. daveP: JPes will do otherwise anyway |

We are not exploiting our pool of players. I personally think CHAN competition is a waste for Nigeria.. I would rather prefer a nations league reserved for a team B with no geographic restriction. wayodude: And I was right...NFF/Peseiro didn't disappoint
They seriously don't know what they're doing. Sad for the fans. We are never going to see the true potential of the materials we have when set up optimally. |

Of those u20 midfielders, one of them came in the second half of that game we lost to Brazil. I think of the trio, he will go farthest. wayodude: We need friendly games to try out Onyedika, Alhassan, Daga, Nnadi, Eletu and Nwachukwu. But we won't do it. Trust me.
What we will do is arrange friendlies, call up exactly the same squad bar maybe 1 or 2 players and play a very familiar 11 on match day, with Musa on the bench (stealing a valuable spot for a young player), for his experience |
