I have people whom I work with but I get them from every city I visit. I can't afford to have permanent staff's man. That'll mean I'll transport/feed/accomodate them for every gig. Scouting for local hands saves cost especially in cases where the only available accommodation is hotel lodging. Imagine paying 5-6K for atleast 3 rooms for 2 weeks!

My only free time spans between 6pm-12am and as if that's not enough, I gotta worry about accommodations for every trip!
