Please I am not hear to sympathize with you but to tell you the whole truth if you must make it in employment - employer and employee relationship market.

The steps you took are not entirely correct in the first place. Do you know how many civil servants and other corporate employees whose salaries are not paid at month end and yet kept coming to work? If you are an employer and you delay salary for one week, then all your staff will demand reasons for delay and where you also delay in explaining, they will all abscond from work. How will you feel?

Humility and perseverance are compound virtue in life. You are employed to solve problems and one of the problems is to make money with which other problems are solved. How much did you make for the company while your stay lasted? You are only after your salary.

Frankly, you have just made yourself unemployable. Nobody would want to employ a character like you in his organization.

Solution

Humble yourself, go back to the company and apologize to them. Avoid exposing this flaws in the social media, the more you do the more you endanger your chances of employment. Be advised bros

Politics/public service is really a public life. No privacy even in the minutest confidential personal and family life. I slipped in my office staircase last week. Nobody except my two office assistants who saw me. Nobody in the office of over 50 staff is aware.

I therefore envy not politicians/public service. You are already in a glass house, you should not throw any stone nor should any stone throw you.

1. What was your intention when you collected her contact from a Course mate friend? Are you a Pastor that wants to pray and counsel members down with some issues in life? JAMB should work hard to ensure it does not continue the re-sit examinations. It is not a mark of success or fruits thereof but sign of pathological failure in processes and governance.

JAMB is not a test of luck, does it mean that one who scored 140 and 275 after re-sit has just become intelligent? The alternative to re-sit examination would have been to reduce the minimum cut off to about 100. This compensates everyone.

I am sure that this re-sit and the touted improved performance will cause JAMB to raise to cut off mark to 250 or more. This will definitely deny so many from admission, worsen the already bad situation.

Marrying a girl you are older than by 15 years may look good but definitely will pose challenges at the long run.

When this girl is fully matured - 22 and above, she may realise then that you are an old man and may wish to fantasize with younger men of her age bracket. This will be an infidelity and you will not be able to condone sharing your beloved with other men out there.

This will bring in the problem of disloyalty, lack reverence and submissiveness of a wife to the husbands which are key panacea for a happy home and marriage.

I love the guy's gut. Why should employment processes between the Employer and the prospect be on a beggarly platform? The employer is not doing any favour to the prospective employee. He has value to add to the organisation and the organisation needs him to work. Employing the guy is not gratuitous but out of necessity on the part of the organisation which must meat goals with employees.

Read between the lines and you will see that the HR Manager failed in his duties and this should be a pointer to the CEO. He is to get back to the prospect soon after formal application and discussion/introduction of the CEO but he never did. Waiting and bossing around as a swivel/armchair HR Manager.

In as much as the prospect needs a job, the HR Manager should do all his best to attract an employee that can add value to the organisation. Let us stop playing god here.

I keep wondering what makes Atiku to think and feel that he can reclaim his acclaimed mandate. The best option for him is to collaborate with the President to run an inclusive government for the betterment of the Nigeria people.

How to experience this newness of life:
Step 1: Confess your sins to God, and ask Him to forgive you of past sins
Step 2: Repent from your sins, and do not return back to them
Step 3: Believe in your heart that you are now saved.

As you do these, continue in your Christian walk and relationship with God by fellowshipping with a Bible believing church, also prayer and continual study of the word of God will keep you going.
