Please follow up on this statement cos I've been reading some comments you've been making based on what Michdaf wrote out of anger.... Let it be known that no decision made rashly out of anger ever yields positive result as is the case of Michdaf who let his emotions get the better part of him and ran his mouth (which is never a trait of a matured person).

Like I said before NL space shouldn't be a determining factor as to whether the relationship thrives or dies but rather it should be a personal decision based on what both of you have come to learn about the each other and that can only be done by first forgiving each other, taking his calls or chatting up and then finally meeting up.


NB: Michdaf be a real man and learn to control your emotions...real men don't go about thrashing down on people, leave the long talk to the women folk cos it's a part of their design (no pun intended).

My dear CalliDora1 and Michdaf...please permit my own write up to be long as I have a few things to pass across cos i've been following this thread like Nollywood movie.
In life part of being mature is accepting ones mistakes and taking responsibility. Both of you have faults in this issue and am not particularly pleased with you miss CalliDora1 cos you simply did not want to agree that you have a fault in the matter even though some reasonable comments pointed it out. Now your faults are that you kept on responding No to his question about you not eating for days without backing up with a reason, you claim you didn't want to tell him you were fasting but there was a way around it by saying you're on the mountain (which I believe every believer would immediately know what it means) making him assume the stereotype which truthfully is now a norm but which he claims is not the case here and secondly as a friend maturity would have made you call to know why he went rogue then bare your mind to him instead of assuming (assumption actually kills).

Now Oga Michdaf on your own end you shouldn't have assumed the norm with girls these days and go rogue of which you claim otherwise that you had personal issues and for the sake of peace I give you both the benefit of the doubt, but as close friends that wants to take things further there was nothing wrong with you opening up to her since she herself had opened up to you, letting her know this is the reason you couldn't be of assistance (maybe she would've understood) and from what both of you have said about each other you both seem like really nice people and I even noticed you both have been defending each other against outsiders here.

So my advise to you miss CalliDora1 is for you not to let people here on NL give you advice as to how to or not proceed with your personal life cos people here are of different backgrounds, upbringing, mindset, ethics etc so their views/opinions may not align with yours and you cannot make decisions based on them (including mine but I believe you can decipher the good from the bad).
You both seem to like each other and based on what both of you have written about each other I would say have a meet up to decide where the relationship is headed cos a relationship that starts with a fight turns out to be the strongest cos both party would become real friends.

By the way, she didn't have to tell him she was fasting. My doctrine forbids you from telling people you're fasting especially if it's a personal convenant between you and God.

No it's illegal to block the roads. When they caught they should be arrested and charged accordingly. They can practice civil disobedience if they want but there's consequences. They don't own the street so they cant block it.

Oga not when it has to do with protest...even the America you made mention of protesters block road and nobody is arrested. It's only when they're vandalising properties that arrests can be made. In protest your yearnings/request need to be heard and that can only be achieved when roads/government offices are blocked.

Honestly I'll say go for the six figures if you are matured enough (in the sense that you invest and reinvest the money you make so as to sustain future expenditure). At the same time you can make the six figures weekdays and school weekend on part time basis...so its a win situation. But never let anyone deceive you that going to school isn't worth it...speaking from personal experience.
