Dude we get it, u are CW's biggest fan. It's just like in football, Everton, Leceister, westham etc all have passionate fans and to them their team is the best but deep down they know the level of their team and they know they can't compete with the big boys. So don't worry keep enjoying your CW shows as long as it makes you happy and it doesn't hurt anyone. But deep down we all know that CW no reach.

The CW sucks at making tv shows. I get that their shows are aimed at teen and young adults, but they should at least try and step it up a bit. Even if you're okay with the fact that 99% of their actors look like runway models, there's no hiding that almost all their shows have flimsy plot lines, copious amounts of love triangle melodrama. and pretty bad dialogue. Basically, all their shows follow the same formula. Mediocre productions are being normalized to the point that most people are complacent with sub-par quality as long as they get their characters and plot.


I hate the CW for normalizing mediocrity relative to production. Sure, they have a number of shows with amazing concepts for plots and characters, but their execution is no better than a Bollywood film. Props to people who look past bland production quality to enjoy ideas in a basic form, the gods are your strengths.

Guy u just spoke my mind. I can't stomach a single show from CW, whenever I see a show made by them I just give it a hard pass. So childish and full of melodramatic nonsense. Even the so called vampire shows was like a telenovela. There's no originality to their shows. I suppose a vast majority of their fans are basically teens and children.

That Amma girl is evil. I thought she was a victim but I started suspecting her when she refused to go get help as Camille suggested. And that last scene confirmed it.
By the way I don't believe she was working alone. She must've needed help to pull out all those teeth, move the bodies especially the one that was set up as display for all to see. I'm suspecting those friends of hers, and maybe that's how they got the blood to frame that John guy. And I don't believe Alan was ignorant of all that was going on.

I think I'll stew on this one for a little while before starting another series.

That's all I can remember for now. But I think it'll be better if you check the Korean series thread just like the guy above recommended.

When you are watching a really good series time always flies by. Even if each episode is an hour long you wouldn't know when 3 hours will just go by like it's 30 mins.

But for some series, 15 mins in and you'll feel like you've been watching for 1 hour, time becomes so slow and you'll constantly be checking the time remaining on the episode you are watching dreading the thought of watching the whole season. Whenever I have this feeling when watching a series it's my cue to abort immediately.

Can't really say I'm sad as I was kinda expecting this after watching the second season. The first season was promising but the second was just average to me. The only thing I liked was the Jamaican vibe. Same thing with Daredevil season 2, and Jessica Jones too. Glad to hear that the third season of DD was a huge improvement as I haven't seen it yet, but will definitely download it once I'm done with get shorty S02

One word: META

Better than season 1 (which was awesome). The right blend of dark drama and comedy. Probably the best show on tv right now no one is watching. I hope it gets a season 3.

Didn't know the second season has finished airing. I really enjoyed season 1. I think I should just dive straight into season 2, Because I'm finding it hard to complete power season 5. I don't know if it's just me but the show has become boring, too much back and forth with no real progress. And the acting is just average. Even the so called cartels, Mafia and Serbian mob are made to look just ordinary.

Done with Iron Fist S2. Most definitely an improvement over S1. Plot was more cohesive, fight scenes were better choreographed and characters were more intriguing. It's amazing how Ward's character progresses more than Danny's. And Mary Walker was a wonderful addition to the cast. Shortening the episodes to 10 was a really good decision by Netflix.
My reason for concluding that S2 trumps S1 can be summed up by the fact that S1 left me hoping the series would be cancelled and the core characters absorbed into other Marvel Netflix shows. But S2 has me psyched, ready and thirsty for S3.

Hmmmm. I still refuse to be tempted. I'll wait for a second opinion because season 1 made me to lose hope in that show.
