Such an interesting read. Go get these books: Understanding, Releasing and Maximizing your potential by Myles Munroe. Forget Nigerian politicians for your own sanity.

After reading the book this same politicians will decide your economy, education and health care.

Stop deceiving yourself. Pay attention to your politics and those who lead you for your own good.

INEC including weekends is a good move. But I'd prefer they left the registration till September at the very least.

This might not be true but I don't know why I don't just like this peter obi especially with the way people are hyping him on social media, this was the same way buhari was hyped back then now look at where we are,if he is a messiah like people claim then when didn't he turned anambra to Dubai during his regime,I see him as a pretended and liar anyway what my business I don't have my pvc so I'm not voting for anyone.

Pls this is just my humble opinion nobody should wail on my mentions.

Political illiterate. Just take another minute to re-read what you wrote?

If people hype something, an educated mind would investigate the reason behind the hype and then draw their own conclusions.

But you are a docile citizen of a 4th world country who cares not about the affairs of their country nor leadership.

I blame you not, you are the manifestation of a failed education system. If the generation before you had bothered to ask the government to properly run or invest in education, you wouldn't have uttered such.

The shame is that you're making the same mistake that your own children may probably pay for. I hope you learn and do better.

Cheers!

Wise and educated voters research about all the candidates presented to them and then choose one that aligns with their values or one they believe in their manifesto.

Prejudiced voters like you do no research, but rather beg for convincing like you're at a car dealership listening to a Mercedes sales man offering a sales pitch.

There's no correlation between celibacy and fornication with having children whence married.

There's nothing to wonder.

Phones / Re: Phone I Ordered From Aliexpress Is Being Held By Nigerian Customs by joey150(m): 6:34pm On May 19, 2022

Speedaf has been the courier company that always delivers my item bought on Aliexpress to me. They bring the item to your address.
Whenever I attempt to order it never seems like they'll deliver to my doorstep.

I want to completely avoid going to the post office. Usually all I see is Aliexpress standard shipping.

heykims:

Speedaf now delivers items tagged 'tracking available' to your doorstep such as phones.
I've bought many of such items via Aliexpress this year and once I see 'received by local delivery company', then I know I will get the item the following day.
However, normally before it gets to the delivery company, tracking ought to show 'custom clearing started', then 'custom clearing complete'.
What people do myself inclusive when ordering items that might require custom fee like phones is tell the seller not to label it as phone. U tell them to write something like MP3, radio etc and also write low value like 30 dollars. That way, u will likely bypass custom fee.
Try contact Speedaf if they have ur item.
Is speedaf the default delivery mode in Aliexpress?

ESN was hailed. Not some unknown gunmen..
ESN protects The East from Fulani Herdsmen who have been left to wander and kill freely..
The people are with ESN while the government are with unknown gunmen.
It's that simple.
The East will not allow you guys to criminalize The ESN.
If we do so, we will be left bare for your vandals Toomey and rape and plunder..
It won't happen..

So why can't ESN fight unknown gunmen?

Since the latter also cause harm to people in the South East, like the herdsmen and other elements did(do).

Since you know that it’s not about service, can you please answer the above question

Easier to keep inflating and under cutting diesel prices than solar.

Besides, the crooks didn't want to go through the stress. Like water, thieves tend to take the path of least resistance.

Why should a state government sign off on using desiel generators to power ordinary street lights?

Of course someone has to make money out of the desiel and generator maintenance contract.

Nigerians are seasoned experts at cheating eachother. From top to bottom.

It's never about service, it's always about how to rip off the other person or make more for myself.

I vividly remember Kanu posing gleefully with Wenger when Kelechi first signed for Arsenal.

However, Wenger apparently had no plans to play Kelechi. He was loaned right after that photoshoot of his supposed signing..

Since then it has been from one loan to another. If he had never signed for Arsenal as a promising youngster, I wonder how his career would have turned out.

He was indeed a very talented and skillful midfielder. Sad to hear things have turned out this way for him.

Best wishes, Kelechi!

Soludo should understand better the situation on ground him going to war IPOB and ESN will cost him more, undecidedtake for example assuming he ensure that Monday work should continue and one Monday like that boom! This unknown gunmen just visit main market and open gun shooting tell me who will he blame undecided will this happen it will just matter of when i feel his crew should advice the man oh!

Are unknown gunmen IPOB members or not?

To the best of my knowledge, IPOB has always insisted that they aren't enforcing or mandating people to stay at home on Mondays.

So, who then threatens and enforces people to do so?

Is the government going to bow to a guerilla group of supposed freedom fighters?

Soludo is a smart man. Smarter than the average IPOB supporter. And he, like many other smart people, which are unfortunately in very short supply in Nigeria, know that staying at home on Mondays is doing nothing good for the supposed struggle of Biafra. Rather, it's doing everything bad for the average Igbo man.

When I complain, the very unintelligent ones will call me Afonja or Fulani or whatever. And then compare the normally prosperous South East with the far North that is plagued with illiteracy, terrorism and religious fanaticsm.

Politics / Re: Sanwo-Olu Launches Lagos Ride Taxi Scheme, Lists Features by joey150(m): 6:17am On Mar 24, 2022
You cannot solve mass transportation in an already congested and overpopulated city like Lagos by sharing "uber taxis."

What do these silly politicians see when they travel abroad?

Don't they see an urban bus and ticketing system?

Don't they see dependable overhead and underground train systems?

Don't they see ferries and inland waterways transportation?

Are you going to convey all of Lagos in those cars? Adding even more traffic to an already congested city? If anything, a forward thinking government would be thinking of ways to get more cars off the roads of Lagos than more cars on it.

Apart from the fact that the money for most of those cars will never be recouped, this ride taxi scheme is a white elephant project that was established to enrich a few government officials by way of bogus contracts and free cars.
