A London photographer Cameron-James Wilson is the creator of Shudu, a black digital model.



Shudu was modelled after black models like Duckie Thot, and has amassed a huge following on Instagram, with a repost from Fenty Beauty.



Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Wilson said Shudu is inspired by the recent “movement with dark skin models.”



He also revealed that Shudu was created using a 3D modelling program. He said:

I'll admit I once sat in the friend zone for more years than I can recount, and I was always waiting for my call up to the big leagues.

I would like to believe that we all know about Office Etiquette, must dress officially-look presentable to clients, always have a smile on and greet guests but no one ever warns you about the usual office gossip or as I call it Office Politics, or my all time favourite Office Romance.




Office fucking Politics, the same way you have the leading parties in Nigeria, All Progressive Congress APC and People Democratic Party PDP, same goes in a Company.

Most things you should be aware of when starting a new job:

1. Never be too close to the opposite sex- your colleagues will either say you guys are dating and we all know how that goes.



2. ‎Never get too chummy with your Boss- most bosses are perverts, they just want your body 'Sex' or your colleagues will say you are sleeping your way to the top.









3. Never pick sides in a discussion or an argument- be passive never reveal your hand. You could be diplomatic or act as the mediator.



4. Always listen- humans are very tricky beings you can't trust them so always be one step ahead. See the office like a Chess game, you wouldn't want to endanger your Queen.



5. Never do eye service- you only put in your best when you are been watched. Wrong! Always put in your best and you will always be rewarded with a promotion.



6. Never stop at just your job- no matter the situation always get more certificates and qualifications, what makes you better than the next person is what you can offer.

7. ‎Never tell anyone your Secrets- as I said earlier humans are shifty like a cameleon, my advice would be to know one secret of your colleague cos you might need it someday.



8. Never be too Nice- remember it is a place of work. So you work and after 30 days you get paid. It's not a place to make friends.



9. Never indulge in Office Gossip- if those around you are talking pretend to not listen cos anything that you contribute will be rephrased and told to others in various versions.



10. Never stop Saving- you always notice that when your income increases, so does your expenditure. I urge you to save at most 50% of your monthly income. Don't call friends over and waste money on booze, don't spend money on clothes, use what you already have and spend only when necessary.

As I have said time and time again, we need to learn to bring VALUE to a relationship and if you can't do that then be single. There are too many failed relationships and marriages. Since DIVORCE became an option, it changed everything.



Divorce simply put is when two married people break up because either they hate each other, can't seem to agree and work on their relationship or they just love someone else, then they split up their children, house and money, they fight over everything and whoever has the best lawyer wins.

Surviving the ups, downs, and lightning storms of other people’s moodiness can be quite a challenge. It’s important, though, to remember that some moody, negative people may be going through a difficult stage in their lives. They may be ill, chronically worried, or lacking what they need in terms of love and emotional support. Such people need to be listened to, supported, and cared for (although whatever the cause of their moodiness and negativity, you may still need to protect yourself from their behavior at times).





But there’s another type of moody, negative behavior: that of the toxic bully, who will use his or her mood swings to intimidate and manipulate. It’s this aspect of moodiness that inflicts enduring abuse and misery. If you observe these people closely, you will notice that their attitude is overly self-referential. Their relationships are prioritized according to how each one can be used to meet their selfish needs. This is the kind of toxic behavior I want to look at in this post.



I’m a firm believer that toxic mood swings (like chain letter emails) should not be inflicted on one person by another, under any circumstances. So how can you best manage the fallout from other people’s relentless toxicity?



1. Move on without them.

If you know someone who insists on destructively dictating the emotional atmosphere, then be clear: they are toxic. If you are suffering because of their attitude, and your compassion, patience, advice, and general attentiveness doesn’t seem to help them, and they don’t seem to care one bit, then ask yourself, “Do I need this person in my life?”



When you delete toxic people from your environment it becomes a lot easier to breathe. If the circumstances warrant it, leave these people behind and move on when you must. Seriously, be strong and know when enough is enough! Letting go of toxic people doesn’t mean you hate them, or that you wish them harm; it simply means you care about your own well-being.
