The anus of dead one will look shoot out. The vaccination is up to date. 2 LaSota, 2 Gomboro. Pls save my investment.

are the ones dying big enough? What is their weight? which feed are you using? #suspecting prolapse# please give us more clinical symptoms because prolapse cant kill birds that much

Let me briefly talk about the parentstock before i will say something about egg handling and storage. Your parentstock must be healthy, placed on a balanced ration and stay in a neat environment. Some birds may be carriers of some diseases especially viral diseases. it wont really show in them but will manifest in their off springs. In a case like this, i use admacine to reduce the viral load on them, they place them on a good multivitamin. It is not advisable to use male and female birds from the same parents ; it could lead to in-breeding. The male should not be smaller than the female(s). Literature says a male should go with 10 females but i believe it varies. It is not always like that when it comes to turkeys and when the male is older. A healthy and active cockerel can serve 12 hens. A tom goes for 5 hens. if the cock is old enough, i put him with 6-8 birds then 2-3 days off since a hen can produce fertile eggs for weeks after a successful treading.

it is too early to stock xmas broilers nw. If bigger broilers of around 3 months sell well in your area during xmas, i will advice you to stock mid september. everything is sold together just like broilers. A day old noiler is 130. A matured male @ 16 weeks, well fed can go for 2500 + depending on ur location.

When a dog bites someone, rabies should come to your mind first. get any soda soap and wash the surface immediately. If you cant get soda soap, use sprite. The next thing to do is to ask the person if he tried touching the dog or wanted to play/ look for the dog's trouble. If no, let the person see a doctor and the dog should be chained for few days ( I cant remember how long). If the person was the reason for the bite, you shouldn't worry much about it.
Dog owners are expected to take rabies vaccine too... Not only vets.
