The cocoa money was used to the benefit of Nigerians.The cocoa money gotten from the west was used to build the Nigeria embassy in the UK, first skysrapper in Nigeria, NTA, UI, OAU.
Now tell us what the money made in the south east was used for that all Nigerians are benefitting from.
