In the early.2000, there was one fair, clean handsome guy in my area named ifeanyi(an ibo boy) who owned a boutique..He had a clean celica coupe.,(the car was in vogue that year) that would always go to that ijebu ode expressway to rob luxurious bus in the midnight at ijebu ode expressway..He was the talk of the town then...It was the day he went for a failed operation and was killed that people knew it was armed robbery he was into.That was the end of his boutique business.

It seems you don't know what is happening in that family. Wunmi and Mohbads mum are the ones frustrating the old man. Are you aware that Mohbads mum said the old man is not Mohbads dad? That questions the man's authority to request DNA...That is why Wunmi is requesting a court order. I think the old man is not even sure if Mohbad is his biological son. If not, he would have approached the court. Femi Falana already abandoned them by telling them to sort themselves out.

But since you are hell bent on broadening the issue then I’ll answer you. Mohbad’s father has every right to doubt the paternity of the child no matter what Mohbad said or did not say. And if he doubts he also has a right to request a dna test.
Now you might be bothered about his intentions and you may be right. It might be for selfish reasons but that does not hold water in the court of law or morality.

If I accuse you of killing a man on a day you were not in this country just because I have the intention to rope you into something you didn’t do are you not supposed to prove your innocence by showing evidence of where you were especially if I have legally accused you? Kiddo, Mohbads dad has no right to request for Dna except if it's court ordered..Court orders are not issued on sentiments or emotions. He must give reasons and if the magistrate is convinced, it would be granted....That's what the lady said. Why didn't he get the court order?.... The court has the final say, not Mohbads dad. Even the so called Mohbads dad didn't doubt the paternity of the child.That's what a judge will ask Mohbads dad. All this back and forth is because of Mohbad's estate. Imagine someone whose son died less than a year ago and the so-called Mohbad dad already started wearing Mohbad clothes.

I don't know why they are intimidating this lady with DNA test.Since Mohbad didn't doubt the paternity of the child when he was alive, the child belongs to him.

You can meet him and explain to him to give you more time..like say 4 months

Lagos tenancy law protects the tenant.In as much as you are not owing, the only thing is the landlord will charge you to court...You can give them excuse that you are still looking for a favorable apartment which you haven't found.
I know from the judgement day, the court will give you another 6 months to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Just be calm, they can't throw you out.

If na caretaker or lawyer give you notice, their last resort is the court which will favor you eventually.

But if na the landlord give you quit notice, e fit use different methods like harrassement, some even go diabolical.Just be careful.
