I saw it on one tutorial video,they said after installing twrp U have to flash universal Universal DM-Verity, ForceEncrypt, Disk Quota Disabler for U to be able to boot to system successfully. Otherwise u might end up in bootloop.

Pls why must I use Universal DM-Verity, ForceEncrypt, Disk Quota Disabler . Can I go ahead and root my phone without using it .

I have been given 162 hours to unlock my redmi note 8 bootloader. What should and shouldn't do now on my phone ?

I'm using redmi note 8 for a year or so. No issue still on stock ROM cos I don't change ROM for my phone .all I wanna do now is rooting the phone now .

Guys, please it won't take anything to research your phone first before getting it, and secondly before even tweaking it.

For those that are using MTK variants of Xiaomi devices, know that even with an unlocked bootloader and a bricked phone, there's a 99% chance that you'll still need an authenticated mi account before you can flash that phone via SP flash tools.

A case where someone used mi flash tools instead of SP flash tools to flash global fastboot rom on a MTK Redmi device. A very costly mistake.

Brotherly all network in Nigeria 2orks well on the Mi 9 lite, even the illusive band 28 of Glo works well, the camera is spectacular and the battery is a beast.

Like I said earlier, for those who are afraid of the pop up camera and of course the price of the Mi 9T, the Mi 9 lite is the best alternative.

Use an Anycast TV adapter and stream via Wi-Fi.

Or get an MHL cable and plug one end to phone through an OTG and the HDMI end to your TV. I'm writing a more detailed post now. Will post soon.

OK oo the x2 pro version is even SD 855+ which is far ahead of helio G90T. Brother realme is the cheapest phone considering the spec.

The spec is OK but I can see that the price is far ahead of the price of redmi note 8 pro, so they shouldn't be compared, I supposed.
