A MOVEMENT IS MORE THAN A CAMPAIGN

I have said this before and I will say it again.
Peter Obi is not running a campaign. He is leading a movement.
Let me tell you the difference in case you don't know.

1. Campaigns end as soon as the results of elections are announced. Movements continue thereafter.

2. Campaigns are driven by politicians while movements are driven by the people.

4. Campaigns are driven by interest while movements are driven by convictions

4. In Campaigns people follow a politician selfishly because they believe he/ she will win but in movements, the people follow selflessly because they believe the people will win.

5. In campaigns ,people follow a person while in a movement people follow ideology.

6. In campaigns politicians tell the people what they will do but in a movement the people know what the person they are following will do.

7. In a campaign, people who cast their vote believe they are doing a politician a favour but in a movement they know they are doing themselves a favour.

8. In a campaign, politicians build structures but in a movement the people build the structure and infact,everyone is a structure.

9. In campaigns we rely on politicians to convince us to get involved,we have people with apathy but in a movement people find motivation from within. Everyone is bold.

10. Campaigns come with a plan from day one but Movements don't. They are spontaneous. They build momentum that becomes the plan.

11. Campaigns are like T.V ads ,politicians pay to get people in but a movement is like a premiership match,the people pay to get in at their own expenses.

12. In a campaign people who oppose you or make a caricature of your campaign are usually confident but in a movement,people who oppose you or make caricature of the movement are scared of it.

In case you don't get it,what I mean is that a movement is like us the Arsenal fans, they will say many things about us but when we are playing they will suspend everything to watch us.�.

I see a lot of young ones everyday who come to us that they want to 'act in our films' with only SSCE or sometimes NCE or ND in their hands. These are not elders. Young people who still have many opportunities on their ways. A lot of times, they drop out of our school because of our standard.

I have seen young people founding churches, starting ministries and underrating the need for education.

Don't let anyone deceive you

Education is NOT a scam!

I see younger people who think they are talented undermining the essence of education.

All these using SSCE or ND to start ministry will frustrate you

Baba Adeboye has a PhD. Baba Kumuyi has a PhD. Pastor Odesola of the RCCG has 6 PhDs. Papa Oyedepo has a PhD.

My University teacher Dr Niyi Adebanjo already had a PhD when he went back to enrol to study Law at the prestigious University of Ibadan. Today he is the Private Secretary to Daddy Adeboye. One of the criteria for that office is to have an LL.B. He didn't know the opportunity would come when he returned to study law.

Personally, I have seen major doors open and I was told 'they are giving you this privilege because these Professors believe they could relate with you'

I once had the privilege to direct a University Vice-Chancellor in a film twice and the first question he asked me as he saw me was 'what did you study'?

Don't be deceived ooooooooooo. Go back to school if you have the opportunity. I scream this all the time at THE CITY OF TALENTS and even help many to school.

There are opportunities on your way that would only answer to preparations.

Be deceived not! Education is not a scam..

For years, Ada Ameh struggled with depression. She lost her father and 6 siblings. Their mysterious deaths were enough to damage her.

She lost 3 brothers.

3 sisters.

And in 2018, when she lost her sister - the one who was an assistant coach with the under-19 Nigerian women football team - she thought she was going to be the next in line to go.

But the death didn't come for her.

At least not yet.

It came for her daughter.

Her only daughter.

Her only child.

The child with whom she shared such deep connection.

Aladi Godgift.

Ada Ameh had her when she was just 14.

And they practically grew up as best friends.

They did everything together.

When her daughter died, her whole crumbled before her.

During one of her interviews, she said that most times she locked herself inside her house and wept like rain.

She was determined to fight that demon of depression.

On June 15th, she opened up that the depression was taking its toll on her.

She said that she was dying slowly.

But added that she would come out of it alive.

But on Sunday, she was overwhelmed by that demon.

She collapsed in Warri, and unfortunately, she couldn't make it before they rushed her to the hospital.

Please be kind to people, because you don't know the demons they are fighting in their closets.

Sometimes all you see are the smiles, but you don't see their struggles.

Be kind.

Rest in power, Ada Ameh.

You brought joy to many of us with your talent.

Stop Comparing Your Family To Davido's family....

Davido is a product of generational wealth created by his great grand mother Madam Adeboyin - a wealthy Iyalode.

Davido's great grand mother was an Iyalode - head of a Yoruba market. That's the same title Ahmed Tinubu's mother held which was transferred to Tinubu's daughter. This title is a definition of wealth.

Davido's great grand mother gave birth to Davido's grand father Ayoola Adeleke who stood on the wealth of his mother to become a 1st Republic senator in Nigeria. Davido's grand father was rich - very rich and gave his children, Davido's father and his uncles the best education in America etc.

The story of Davido's father raising the Osun State Governor elect is incorrect because they all inherited ANCESTRAL wealth.

Davido's father and uncle's are half Igbo and half Yoruba. This explains why Davido's best friends are Igbos because his ancestral maternal home is Enugu. Davido's father and uncles were born and raised in Enugu by an Igbo mother.

The Adeleke family is a dynasty with ancestral wealth. The difference between such families and yours is that while they inherited welath, you inherited poverty. So comparing their family with yours is unfair to yourself.

Poverty is the reason why families fight. When resources are not enough, people become selfish. But where there's enough wealth, there's no reason for unnecessary fights. This is why you see people like Elon Musk get huge support from his family when he starts new companies but your own family members would tear you down when you try to build something new. Elon Musk comes from wealth and nobody in his entire family is poor and thus needs nothing from him.

Be kind to yourself....

Understand why you are struggling - the whole blame is not on you - your ancestors share part of the blame.
If you come from a poor lineage, BE KIND TO YOURSELF. YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING NOBODY IN YOUR ENTIRE LINEAGE HAS EVER ACHIEVED OR EVEN ATTEMPTED. YOU ARE LIVING IN HOMES YOUR ANCESTORS NEVER ATTEMPTED TO LIVE IN. YOU ARE DRIVING CARS YOUR ANCESTORS NEVER DREAMT OF DRIVING. HONEY, YOU ARE BREAKING RECORDS. BE PROUD OF YOURSELF.

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels (2 Thessalonians 1:7)

A lot of people don’t realize that Jesus is coming back. You can tell by the way they live. They live their lives every day, doing whatever they please. Whether they realize it or not, Jesus is coming again. He said He would, and it’s getting closer than ever before.

How I look forward to that day! What a day it would be. Will you be ready for Him when He returns? Or will He come back to discover you didn’t do what you were supposed to do? It’s like when a teacher gives his students some homework and comes to class the following day to ask for it. The one who did it will be happy to see the teacher, while the one who didn’t would wish the teacher would forget or won’t come to class.

The Bible says, “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day” (2 Thessalonians 1:8-10).

When Jesus comes back, He’ll be admired in those of us that love His appearing. This means His glory will be seen in each one of us. Those who heard us when we said Christ was in us will then see His glory in us and acknowledge it as true. Suddenly, we’ll be glorified, each one of us a bright shining light, and they’ll admire Jesus in us and among us. That day is coming very soon.

Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). He didn’t just tell us to shine, but to “so shine!” He’s made us a light to the nations and He wants us to light up other people. He wants us to bring life and joy to them as we reach them with the Gospel now more than ever.

I’m walking worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in all things as I joyfully anticipate His soon return. I’m bearing fruits of righteousness, giving the lives of men and women in my world a meaning. My faith is effective and effectual, producing required results to the glory of God. Amen.

THE LONG AWAITED NIGERIAN POLITICAL REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN

Results of any election in Nigeria can no longer be changed at the collation centres! Rigging of 2023 elections is nearly impossible. All results will be transmitted from 176,846 polling units to INEC’s server and can be viewed by anyone from across the world online in real time.

The implication is that the winner of the 2023 presidential elections shall be known by 7pm on the Election Day without waiting for INEC's pronouncement.

Everything changed with the new electoral act recently signed into law by President Buhari few months ago. The law allows electronic transmission of results from the polling booths hence rendering political contractors, ballot box snatchers and result sheets manipulators useless.

Also, the new rule that no one can vote if the accreditation machine does not read his or her PVC and that the number of votes cast must not be more than the number of voters accredited. To be accredited, the machine must either read the voter’s fingerprint or the face and nothing more.

You can now understand why the youths are rushing to get their PVC. They have learnt that they can determine who leads them. They no longer want those politicians who had lived out their own youths and are now determined to spend that of their children’s and grandchildren’s. Nigerian youths consist of 65% of the current population.

As at 2019, INEC had a total of 84,004,084 registered voters. Only 28,614,190 turned out to vote for president. Buhari won with 15,191,847 votes.

The worrying news to the political establishment is that there are more than 48 million Nigerian youths of voting age. And they are annoyingly trooping out to obtain their PVCs.

A political tsunami is about to happen as millions of youths jostling to get their PVCs have a different idea on who to vote for. They no longer listen to anyone neither do the majority of them believe in tribal marks. If they are not stopped, the results of the 2023 elections will shock the world.

I knew that with President Buhari’s signing of the Electoral Act Amendment Bill that the days of political principalities playing with the future of Nigerian youths are numbered.

The only option left for the owners of political structures here and there is sharing money at the polling booths as was done at their primaries elections. But the anger I see on the faces of these youths is so fierce; it seems as if it has been bottled up for so long waiting for a vent.

But, stop to think of this: what suddenly made the youths to get interested in voting? Could it be that one of the political parties has selected someone with the right message for them?

Are the youths shifting from their abode in the social media to real life especially now their votes can count? We shall find out on February 25, 2023, the day of the presidential election. Curiously, many of the youths seem more interested in the presidential election.

The good news is that INEC has promised to register every Nigerian willing to vote.

A new Nigeria is possible.

Nigerians, this is the time to walk your talk, give life to your prayers and produce the president of your dream. We now have the power in our votes.

How many understood the Bible more clearly.

Demons cast out/ people delivered.

There are Bible frameworks for measuring a successful meeting.

Ministry is not a profit and loss account neither debit and credit.

I will rather be considered a failure in ministry and keep my personal relationship with God than to have what looks like a very successful ministry but void of the joy that only flows from an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit.
It is better to be God driven than success driven!
Beloved, we are gradually getting to the end of this journey, May we all finish well with Jesus standing at the end of the tape to say welcome my good and faithful servant.
You will not preach the gospel and end up a cast away in Jesus Name.
Don’t succeed by all means, succeed by God’s means.

Nigerians, Rise up and get your PVC, we are not running out of this country for some foreign criminals to occupy. Good people always think they are few because they don’t understand the law of mobilization, organization and rallying together for a common goal.

Salary is a medicine for managing the disease of poverty. It can’t cure it. Only your own business can cure poverty. Poverty is not just about money. Time is more valuable than money. If another man controls your time, you are poor even if you earn much salary. It is nobody’s responsibility to help you escape poverty. Only you have that responsibility. So if you are counselled to save from your salary for the purpose of investing, and you angrily retort ‘which salary? My salary is not enough’, what you are saying is that you will be poor forever. You can’t earn your way out of poverty. You can only invest your way out of poverty.

Deborah: Why Do People Worship And Kill For gods That Cannot Protect Them??

This whole Deborah Samuel case has been making me think really deeply about religion. The killers of Deborah are killing for a god that cannot protect them from banditry, kidnapping and endemic poverty in their region and meanwhile I ask myself where the God whom Deborah worshipped was when she was getting stoned and set ablaze to to die in such painful manner. Why would an all powerful God watch as one of his followers is getting stoned and burnt to death without protecting her?

What if these Abrahamic religions are just Jewish tools to keep the ignorant in check?
What if the afterlife doesn't exist?
What if religion is just mass madness or a mental condition?

Why would you kill for an all powerful god? Why would you worship a god that allows evil to befall his own?
