Gentleman I need professional assistance here.
The ss below was sent to me by a supposed exchanger as evidence of payment to a Chinese vendor on my behalf.

The vendor says she didn't receive any such payment.
The exchanger said he made the payment.

I believe the vendor and here is why:
1. I haven't seen any such ss as the only evidence of a paypal transaction (I stand to be corrected by someone who has)

2. For a payment sent from balance and as fnf, on the 10th of December, the availability date should be the next day, not the 16 as stated on this made up ss.

3. The sender claims not to have other ss of said transaction. I still can't work out y.

The sender has been pressing for a screenshot of the receiver's transaction history for the date in question.
I have wasted my time explaining y that is not so easy to get.
The vendor is not obliging. I have been called fraudulent and accused of obtaining goods from them based on a false payment.
I have asked the sender to provide me with a workable screenshot as evidence so that I tender to the vendor.
He declined

Someone more knowledgeable about how these things work should make an input pls.

But these gentlemen that think they can pressure me into accepting this unusual ss as evidence of payment should have a rethink.

The burden of proof lies on the sender to provide a tenable evidence as proof of payment.
Thinking that u will get the transaction history of a legit business as this vendor's is mere wishful thinking.

FYI this Paypal account is not where u dump funds u can't proof. and expect a legit business to tender their confidential transaction history without a court injunction.

Wow. I don't know any exchanger that will accept this screen shot honestly speaking. The sender has to come up with a screen shot showing details of the transaction that includes source of fund.

Its not easy parting with your hard earned money over a frivolous claim.

This isn't sustainable. If people from Europe sends Euros and pounds and you keep paying the beneficiaries in dollars, very soon dollars will become scarce and that will lead to higher demand for dollar which will also translate to increased dollar exchange rate

If only you had an idea of what challenges this singular policy will address. First, more FX will flood the black market leading to the reasonable adjustment in rates.

Secondly, lots of Nigerians abroad now buy up dollars that ought to be sent to Nigeria then add almost #50 spread to sell to importers that want to send payment to Asia. Yea... It's business. But it's not healthy for our economy. Let people collect their dollars and do whatever they want to do with it. It's a welcome development.
