Procashtips:Ordinarily I wouldn’t have responded to you but it will be unfair to allow you wallow in ignorance here is the report 7months ago. Till date Nigeria has nothing less than 130M people living in multidimensional poverty. https://nairametrics.com/2022/11/17/133-million-nigerians-are-multidimensionally-poor-nbs/?amp=1 You never responded to the logic behind the current policies which is the core message. |
By the end of the year another 50M people would have joined the 130M number of extremely poor Nigerians. The Voodoo Economics of APC is mind boggling. 200% increase in fuel, Tuition fees for University students, 7.5% vat in AGO and PMS, 40% hike in electricity cost. When we already have over 130M in multi dimensional poverty. How will this bring people out of poverty? Massive reduction of the people’s purchasing power is never a good thing especially when the money will be stolen by few people in government. These massive hike will definitely impact on economic activities negatively. As you’re complaining of poor wages, your Employer could be contemplating on reducing the number of workers under their employment. And we’re making excuses for them. Next will be health. FG will say they can’t find public hospitals again. And I wonder what they would fund aside from their luxurious lifestyle. A president that moves with 60 cars on his convoy with 10 Presidential Jets that is more than enough to float a National carrier is telling you that is earning little above 30K to endure for a better tomorrow. Well… The question is will you be alive to witness the better tomorrow with this level of economic hardship? Time will tell. Modified For people quoting me about the figure of 130M people living in multidimensional poverty please go through this Nairametrics report 7months ago. https://nairametrics.com/2022/11/17/133-million-nigerians-are-multidimensionally-poor-nbs/?amp=1 |
Time to pay party boys. Lol. If you believe that this set of clowns will work in the interest of the common then I have a Gulf Stream G800 parked at MM1 to sell to you. Lol… We never serious. |
So people still dey mention Buhari and Integrity in same sentence? Lol… charlatans everywhere. You people want to hang Emefiele but keep praising the boss he was 💯 loyal to. Nigerians never serious.

Myopic understanding of the impact of fuel subsidy in our economy. Fuel subsidy did subsidize everything in our economy. Transportation, food, Healthcare, Education, Laundry, saloons, housing, car maintenance, home appliances, etc. We should expect 50% -200% increment on some of these things. We should also be ready for a recession. Many Nigerians can’t afford to go to work anymore. Especially people earning minimum wage because it doesn’t make any economic sense. Earning 30K then spending over #1000 daily on transportation. Many businesses will close up shop. |
We don’t want a rubber stamp National Assembly. |
Almost impossible |
Okealaaye:You mumu eh… This was clearly during the workers day rally that was held in Abuja. Peter when to the worker’s day rally to celebrate with them. This Tinubu and APC tribal politics has become a cancer |
Ruggedniggaone:People underestimate the power of fuel subsidies in our daily lives. People supporting fuel subsidies removal are either ignorant or gaining something from government. If Average Nigerian is not sure of earning minimum of 250K don’t even talk about fuel subsidy removal. The level of insecurity that will hit Nigeria will be unprecedented. Bokoharam already recruit people for 30K according to several media reports. Over 130M Nigerians are in Multidimensional poverty and the government wants to expose them to International price movement for goods and services. We’re joking Some people think because they earn #1M or #1.5M monthly they’re now part of the elites reason they advocate for rubbish. Meanwhile the gateman in your house earns less than 30K. Your maid earns less than 30K. Government will not stop at fuel subsidy removal. Public schools is already dead. They’re coming for universities soon. You pay through your nose to get a degree. 400gram of Tin powdered Peak milk is now about #4000. It will never get better. They’re promising a future that only their families will be alive to witness because average Nigerian would have died off due to overwhelming hardship. |

Apexblog:APC as usual wanted to hold a meeting with Labour leaders at gun point. |
The way Tinubu’s men are attacking NLC and TUC leadership shows how dirty Tinubu’s politics is. Asking workers to ignore their Labour union leadership is just so despicable. You removed subsidy before engaging stake holders, what was he expecting? We should all start worshipping him despite the untold suffering of Nigerians. Someone that moves with over 60 vehicles on his convoy and currently have 10 presidential jets is telling Nigerians to endure. If you be Tinubu supporter I sorry for you. Zombies. |
HacheNoire:Peter Obi is an accomplished Entrepreneur full stop. You’re not anywhere close to giving him a financial advice. Peter Obi with Card centre limited crashed the price of SIM cards in Nigeria. Peter Obi with Paymasters help launch electronic payment in Nigeria. Deployment of ATM and POS terminals. If he has decided to occupy himself with societal issues I believe it’s his prerogative |
HacheNoire:Na Peter Obi you dey advise on what to do to make money? Some of Una just dey very slow. Someone that was already Chairman of Fidelity Bank before he was 38years old. Una really dey funny. As far back as 1996 he already bought 1 million pounds house in the UK and paid cash. Truly most of you have no idea who PO is. |
Nazgul:Be prepared to buy fuel for #800. Better wake up |
seunmsg:This is a very foolish thing to say. In the whole of Nigeria it’s only in Lagos where Tinubu reigns supreme are non Yoruba residents threatened with violence during elections and this is not the first time. And none have been prosecuted. But continue with your foolishness. I haven’t seen tribalistic people like APC supporters. |
Lol |
Lol… This administration really turned Fashola to an average joe. In 8years he couldn’t complete Lagos-Ibadan express. India just created a record of constructing a 100KM road in 100 hours. It’s safe to say that the world has left us behind. It will take us atleast 50years to catch up with the likes of India |

obembet:The first Mayor of Enugu was a Fulani Man from Sokoto state in 1952. And he was duly elected by the indigenous people of Enugu. His name is Mallam Altine Umaru and held the position till 1958. Igbos have always led by example. |
Life is now so cheap in Nigeria. It's really scary. What can #20K possibly get him? |
Lordofalmajiri:Europa League spot |

Lol |
Legitisreal:Lagos get road? |
The Chelsea owner is a clown. He has no clue about what he’s doing. He still want to hire a spineless coach. Get Chelsea an Antonio Conte and see Chelsea fight for Premier League title next year. But he will rather go for a coach he can control. I hope he loses all the money he invested in the club. |
kokorokoman:If you have driving skill you should be able to get a driving job while you take time to acquire the digital skills. |

Is the ambassador supposed to be sending letters or fly to Ethiopia to get Nigerians out? This is the time we need good leadership. We all want good leadership but when presented with an opportunity to choose a leader that will lead from the war front we choose people that will rather go to France and UK for medical than build our hospitals. This is really sad. I supported Peter Obi and Datti for this reason. We have been so accustomed to absentee leadership. On many occasions I have seen Secretary of State in America traveling to the Middle East just for one American citizen. I saw those traits in Peter Obi when he was governor. He didn’t send commissioner of environment to meet with flood victims. He was there himself helping to evacuate flood victims and even gave them government house as temporary shelter. We can’t continue like this. We need people that will serve Nigerians and not Nigerians serving them like we have experienced with Buhari. The only thing that improved after 8years of APC’s administration was Buhari’s health. |
